sunset villa is located ideally. far enough away from the high rise area, yet near enough to be at a beach in less that 5 minutes.

There was an issue getting our check in email that had the door code. Not sure if it was on the VRBO side or not. The owner was very responsive and sent someone over to the house in person who told us the code and the location of the key. The pool was great. Plenty of seating on the back patio. The location was very convenient for just about everything we did on the island.

Great house, will definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the restraints and palm beach. Michael was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Feels like home. Huge private swimming pool. Very clean, nicely decorated.

Amazing aruba property.
This property is well maintained with great amenities. Waking up to coffee by the pool and huge shaded patio was heavenly.
There was lots of space and Mike was accessible for any questions or hiccups we had. Snorkeling and four wheeling a must. The location is perfect, we will be returning!

Another stunning holiday in Aruba
The property ticked all the boxes as advertised, however the outside / pool area certainly exceeded the pictures and our expectations. Bedrooms were clean and more than adequate, whilst the spacious kitchen and living area filled all of our needs. Pool table was a bonus for the lads, but future renters please respective rules of the house to help maintain it's high standards. Easy 7 minute walk to the shops / beach and casinos of Palm Beach, so ideally situated for both pool and sea lovers alike. Thanks Michael for sharing your home with us

Great Location, with a short walk to everything!
What a great home with a nice pool! I was married on January 12th in the US, off to Aruba with a big group of people, and out of the 3 houses I rented, this was far most the best. Very clean and Spacious. Micheal was on top of his e-mails when I needed him, we were able to hang out by the pool after our check-out time so the cleaners could clean, so we did not have to go hang at the airport any longer than we had to. This was my 4th time to Aruba! NO need to go All-Inclusive! Can walk to all the fun! LOVE ARUBA!! Thanks Micheal for everything! Lori

The house was absolutely perfect for us. There were 3 small children traveling with us, and we were reluctant to stay in a hotel because infants/ toddlers require a lot of stuff and a lot of space when traveling.
We rented a car through Mike’s referral, and we went to different beaches each morning. Then we would head back to the house, make lunch, naps for the kids, then would spend the entire afternoon in the pool. The kids actually said their favorite part about Aruba was the pool 😐.
The house is located in a residential area, and so close to Palm Beach and a handful of restaurants. We used Mike’s lists of favorite restaurants, beaches, and activities often, and were never disappointed.
When traveling to another country and renting a house, it is a little nerve wracking because you never really know who and what you’re dealing with. But Mike is amazing and helpful. I spoke with him a few times during the trip about little issues, and he responded almost immediately, and had his crew come and help us out within a few hours.
The house is clean, spacious, and we definitely plan on returning to this house or one of Mike’s other rentals in the near future. I’m already missing Palm Beach Paradise 😭

Lovely property so close to the action but privacy and space when you need it
Amazing house. Mike was so responsive and accommodating. I don’t know how people can spend 2x as much for half the space at a hotel. We could walk to the beach and enjoy the people watching but come home within 5 minutes and jump in our private pool and relax- that’s what vacation’s all about!

A great first vacation in Aruba
Thanks to the thought and care Mike has put into this Villa and his years of exploring, documenting and recommending places to visit, we had a fabulous week on Aruba. The Villa was great. Superb clean accommodation. Wonderful, relaxed, private and quiet outdoor space, inviting pool and all within minutes of numerous beaches, restaurants and activity.
We relied on many of the restaurant recommendations and were never disappointed. The watersports were also simply superb, great service and teaching and well priced.
Highly recommend this lovely Villa and appreciate the care Mike has taken to make it a special spot for a great vacation

Exactly what we needed!
This is our second time renting a home in Aruba with Mike and Kim. Their Palm Beach Paradise property is aptly named. It has all the amenities that anyone could ask. Beautiful pool, patio, gazebo and BBQ for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. The home is in a great location; less than a 10 minute walk to the Palm Beach!
The home is clean and well-maintained. Mike was always quick to respond to our emails for any questions or concerns we had.

Can't wait to go back!!
This was our first time in Aruba and our first time renting a house. We will definitely do it again with the A+ experience we had with Mike and Kim. From the beginning of March until the moment we got home in August Mike was very helpful. He answered my emails the same day I sent them, he sent us great recommendations for car rentals, restaurants and ATV rentals, and was very informative about the island in general. The house was everything the pictures showed and more. The house was very clean and well taken care of, all you need to do is move in for the week with groceries. Kitchen was stocked full with pots, pans, towels, oven mitts...etc., all the bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels, all the bedrooms had fresh sheets, pillows and blankets....the only thing missing was a mint on your pillow. The backyard/pool area was fantastic!!! It had a lot of seating, two small gas grills, a shower outside by the pool, plus an entrance to a bathroom from the pool area. The temperature in the pool was always refreshing, never to hot or cold. We did go to the beaches, because it's Aruba, but would have been very content with staying in the backyard in the pool. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Definitely follow all of Mike's recommendations and you will have a great time in Aruba!! Can't wait to go back!!

Home away from Home in Aruba
Just returned from our second trip to this property in the last 3 years. Wonderful home, extremely comfortable and conveniently located. Perfect for a family that likes a safe, clean, quiet, relaxing "base camp" for their day time adventures in Aruba! Backyard pool is great relaxation spot after a full day of fun!

Wish we could give it 6 stars
Our family w/three kids (19, 17, 7) just finished up a week at the Palm Beach house. I'd say this house is about as good as you can find - it's in a great location, tucked away in a neighborhood so you feel like you're living on the island, but very close to the beaches and everything else you came to see. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and the pool and patio area are phenomenal. The pictures don't (and can't) really do it justice. Everyone preferred hanging out by the pool and we seriously could have spent the week doing just that. It's not easy finding something that kids (and adults) of all different ages like but this house, and Aruba, really did that. A last word - Mike was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to heading back to Aruba and renting from him again.

Paradise in Paradise...
Our group had the pleasure of finishing our trip at Mike's Palm Beach rental. The first half of our trip was spent in the High Rise area, being typical tourists, so this highlighted our Aruba experience. The location of the house is perfect...close to the High Rise area but just far enough away to get a true feel for the island. Literally minutes away from shopping, restaurants, beaches, night-life, late-night food trucks, ATMs, and super markets. The neighbors are really helpful as well and will answer any questions you may have about the area. Secondly, the property is amazing. I must say, the pictures are very accurate and do a great job of giving an initial perspective on the rental. Unfortunately, the pictures do not do the rental justice. The property was very clean, SPACIOUS, and for lack of better words...comfortable. From sitting on the patio, listening to music while enjoying the pool; to cooking dinner and watching a movie, amazing living conditions made enjoying Aruba that much better. We also received a GREAT deal on our rental car by giving Mike's name. No other rental car company could get close to matching the prices we received. Lastly, Mike was an email away from answering any questions we had. He was very responsive and replied immediately. All in all, a great place to stay and look forward to renting again soon.

Great house and vacation.
The vacation home and Michael were great. The house is close to Palm Beach and the resorts. We were 6 females on a girls vacation. Our ages ranged from 45 to 6o+ so we did rent a van for the week to explore the island.
The house was perfect for us. The living area and kitchen areas were very spacious, but we spent most of our time on the great patio and pool at night.

A beautiful home with fantastic backyard and pool
We had the pleasure of staying at mikes home this past January for 10 nights. We were one of 4 couples and rented out the upstairs apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home is just like the website pictures. Everything you need is there for you. Just loved spending our time outside on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool. We had a few minor issues and mike responding within the first hour of emailing him and had the issues quickly resolved. This was our second time renting from mike and one of the reason was because he is so great to work with during your rental experience and the other reason is because his homes are so nice. All the stores and beaches are so close by. A mere 5 minutes by car and your there. Thanks mike for letting us rent again from you and hoping to rent again next winter. Jamie ohara

Impressive!
My boyfriend and I stayed at one of Mike's condo and extended our trip for an extra day and had the opportunity to stay at Mike’s house at Palm Beach Paradise for one night. Michael arranged for someone to meet us at the condo and show us to the house. The house is BIG. We spent our afternoon poolside and the backyard is huge. The house has all the amenities described in the listing. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and the pool table. We’d love to rent this house next year with family and friends.
Overall, Michael is very responsive and made the entire booking experience easy. I highly recommend renting from him.

Very nice, great backyard with fantastic pool.
Fantastic location, backyard is beautiful, could use a couple more lounge chairs. Very close to Palm beach, 5-10 minute walk. if there is a question or problem Mike and or Alex were always accessible to reach out to.
