The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too.

The condo is really close to the beach and some great dinning . We also walked downtown 7mins. The chickens will wake you up in the park across the street . Pool location is in the back parking lot. Condo is clean and has everything you will need. The AC was perfect. The hot water is warm not hot.

Todo estuvo perfecto para nosotros. La ubicación lo es todo! La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente! La limpieza impecable, los espacios súper cómodos. Está muy completo el apartamento. Lo único que pudiese decir es que las literas suenan un poco y el ascensor está fuera de servicio por el momento, pero en nuestro caso, no fue problema ya que solo eran 3 pisos. Estamos ansiosos por volver. Gracias!!!

It was our second visit to the area, and this time it was just the woman and myself instead of the 6 family members we shared a different property with last time. Needless to say, we had a relaxing, easy, and comfortable experience right across from the ocean in walking distance from the main square of Rincón. We got ice cream, coconut mojitos from all the local bars, and ate delicious food at every restaurant we could get to before our time was up.The apartment was instantly home. A coffee pot, a pan to cook eggs and sausage in the morning, a Roku to watch movies at night with our Hulu login when we finished watching the sun go down behind the ocean on the balcony or over at our favorite restaurant Tamboo just a short drive from the apartment.My wife and I couldn’t thank you enough for sharing your apartment with us through VRBO. We hope to come back every year or two for a short period of time to re-live the magic that is Puerto Rico. Eternal thanks,The Reeds
