About this house rental
This cozy little a-frame cabin is situated in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful Heber-Overgaard, AZ. Everything is brand new inside and decorated in rustic charm! Our cute and cozy cabin is the perfect place to forget about all of your worries. Make dinner in our beautiful kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We have a Ninja coffee maker to make good hot coffee in the morning! Two bedrooms upstairs (one with one king bed and one with two twin beds) and our couch in the living room is a queen sleeper. Take a snooze in a hammock hanging from one of the many tall ponderosa pines on our property. Our cabin comes with everything you need to prepare a meal. Cook steaks or roast marshmallows over the open flame or sit by the fire at our cozy little outdoor seating area. Our cabin is little, but makes you feel right at home. We have a 65” wall-mounted TV in the living room where you can login to the Apple TV or Roku to access all of your movies, we have WiFi. Our pellet wood burning stove will give you all the cabin vibes in the winter time. We have an outdoor seating area on the back patio and barstool seating in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a huge cabin, our place is NOT for you. If you want to get away and enjoy nature and feel like you’re in a cabin, then look no further! We are a TINY HOME at 896 square feet, we made made good use of the space and it has everything you need to feel comfortable.

Cozy and welcoming!
Our family of three kicked off the new year with a weekend trip north for some family time and relaxation. This cabin didn’t disappoint! It’s so welcoming with a ton of cute and cozy appointments. The owners seem to have thought of everything, which helped because we didn’t ☺️,
It’s clear that the owners are passionate about making their property a destination and, when a small issue arose, they jumped into action.
The town has a few restaurants and we had really good experiences with the restaurants we visited. The area is really about the outdoors and the wilderness. It’s surrounded by pine and is a nice break from the Phoenix heat.
In sum, don’t hesitate in renting this super charming cabin in the woods!

Our family had a great time at this cute cabin. It is very cozy and has everything you need. There are special little touches throughout the cabin and property. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring the area and found the cabin absolutely delightful! The living room actually felt bigger than it looked in the listing and we had plenty of space for the five of us!

What a great place, full of charm. Photos are very accurate, feels larger in person. Such attention to detail throughout the entire property, you will love the outdoor living areas. Fully furnished throughout with large tv's, comfortable beds (king in master!), well appointed kitchen & living room. Just on the edge of both Heber & Overgaard so many options for eating out within 5 minutes of the house. We own VRBO's ourselves & know a good one when you see it. This is the one!

Amazing Cabin
I really enjoyed everything about this cute place. It’s so clean, tastefully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all that is needed for cooking. It’s close to all the attractions in the area.

This cabin was exactly as promised and was just so cute and cozy! We appreciated all the cooking utensils, spices and grill materials to prepare meals for our family. We also thoroughly enjoyed the firepit area. We had a wonderful getaway in Heber with nearby hiking and antique shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean, beautiful and easy to find
The cabin is beautiful. Modern amenities, clean, and lots of space in the front and back yards for kids to roam safely. Adjacent to the main Highway, but detached enough where you feel isolated and experience minimal traffic noise. The property owner is responsive and very helpful. Looking forward to the next time we can make it up there.

Very cute cabin
It was a last minute rental and we were lucky this cute little cabin was available. It is very tastefully decorated and very cozy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice get away
Wanted a couple of days away from summer heat and work... this was a great escape, close to lakes and great trails to enjoy. Everything you need is at the cabin and it is decorated lovingly by the host who has thought of everything you might need. Loved the back porch, BBQ and coziness of this A Frame! Melissa is on point with communication and everything was seamless! Will come back!

Love this cabin!
Man, I hesitate to even review, because once y'all discover this gem, good luck to me being able to reserve it in the future! This cabin is ADORABLE. It has absolutely everything you can think of needing. It is immaculate inside and out. The owners are beyond nice and accommodating. My kids and I fell in love with it. The location is great as well - can't ask for better.
