Located in Lakeville, this lovely condo for $258 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This wonderful, first floor apartment is within walking distance to Lakeville lake. Walk to 5 restaurants, health food store, post office, liquor store and beach. The large bedroom has a closet, dresser, and king sized bed. There is a new bathroom with tiled shower stall. The living room has Wi-Fi, smart tv, cable, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has everything and a washer/dryer. There is a small yard and easy parking. You can walk to the park at the lake, but you can not drive in without a town sticker. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am. If you would like flexibility, please contact the owner.

Very nice place. Everything we needed and more. Clean. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space. Very relaxing. Having a washer and dryer was a plus! A few nice restaurants nearby. A coffee shop across the street. Great location for visiting family in Salisbury and Millerton. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Hope to visit again.

A very comfortable stay while we were in town for a nearby wedding. Great restaurants and a sweet town beach just about across the street. Great communication with the owner who was able to be flexible with our arrival time. A sweet place for a weekend!

We had a delightful month long stay in the apartment. We didn't eat out due to Covid, and found an amazingly well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook full meals. The rooms are large, lots of light, with tasteful furnishings. Touches such as games for young children, good books, and lots of shampoos, creams etc. to indulge in. Across the street, walking distance, is a lovely lake and small sand beach. Pierce, the property owner provides beach chairs and we spent a few afternoons of relaxed reading by the waters.
The property lives up to the listing photos and descriptions and much more.
We hope to come back and if available will certainly stay here again!

Apartment was great! Super clean and very comfortable (amazing bed!) and really great location, just across the street from the Grove and a short walk to restaurants etc. Can't wait to come back and stay again!

I'm hesitant to review my stay for fear that this apartment won't be available for my next trip! Everything in the listing is spot on. The place was immaculate, and there was a nice selection of coffee and teas to greet me. The location is ideal - within walking distance of everything Lakeville has to offer, with Salisbury and Sharon a short drive away. I will definitely be coming back!!

It was lovely to stay in an apartment with a large kitchen and bedroom after 2 weeks of hotel rooms. There was everything you needed to prepare meals but it was also perfect to have 3 or 4 options to eat out within walking distance .

The apartment is exactly as described. Clean! Comfy! Nicely appointed. Owner is very responsive and helpful.Yes there is some street noise, but earplugs if you need them are provided. Loved the AC, too. We would stay again.

Pierce Kearney's Apartment 1A at 24 Sharon Road in Lakeville was incredibly well equipped and comfortable with an easy walk to a delightful lake and really good restaurants. It 's an easy drive to Great Barrington for shopping, movies, etc.

Perfect place in the beautiful town of Lakeville. Just a short walk to the beautiful town beach and wonderful restaurants! We enjoyed visiting with family and friends during the day and we enjoyed returning to this beautifully decorated apartment style accommodation at night with all the comforts of home. Was very clean and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!
