Warm weather and miles and miles of sandy beaches await you in this hidden paradise, nestled between Cocoa Beach and West Palm Beach, FL. Our one bedroom condo is located inside of the Ocean Village gated community in FT Pierce/ South Hutchison Island. It has 4 community swimming pools, a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, recreational center, fitness center, shuffle board, basket ball court, an on site restaurant, a pool-side tiki bar. The miles of secluded Sandy White Beaches are located on the east side of the property, with an approximately 4 minute walk from our apartment. Our 1 bed/1 bath condo is located on the second floor and was re-decorated and re-furnished into an upscale nautical/coastal theme rental dream. The living room and bedroom have flat screen TVs with cable from Direct TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The condo has a patio with a sitting area perfect for guest that wish to visit. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a soft, pillow-top mattress above the regular mattress. In addition, the living room has a new queen size sofa bed .The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. We hope our home becomes your second home and that you will visit us, year after year. As of June 2024 a new Main Pool will start construction/ rebuilt. We also added new flooring and paint to the apartment. The restaurant is temporarily closed & a new onsite restaurant will be opening in the foreseeable future

Great, clean apartment with all the things you could want in a place! The hot tub and pool were open and it was so lovely. Jim was super communicative and it was easy to get in and out.

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the “extras” provided by the owner. Check in and check out was simple and they were gracious to offer an earlier arrival and a later departure than most rentals. Ocean Village has so much to offer active people. If you enjoy golf, tennis & the ocean you never need to leave the property.

We enjoyed Nelson’s Farm Market, Ft Pierce City Marina, Pelican Seafood and all the sand & sun we could handle.

My wife stayed here due to family events and vacation get away. We really enjoyed the property it was safe and secure. close to the beach and to happenings in the city. any questions we had Jim responded quickly and was very helpful. We will definately be back soon.

A very comfortable condo. Location in the complex is very convenient, close to golf, fitness and restaurant/bar. Everything provided. Would recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. The condo was well stocked and the communication with the owner was exemplary. My questions and texts were responded to immediately. He was very helpful and informative. It was a short walk to the beach, and pool. and hot tub! I highly recommend this unit.

This is a beautiful apartment that had everything we needed in it. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach everyday. Communication was really great with the owner. This was a 10 out of 10 for us, we will definitely be renting from Jim again in the future.

We stayed at Jim and Angie’s condo at OV this winter. The unit was clean, organized and loaded with amenities including all pot/pans, linens, sports equipment, beach chairs, etc. we were very happy with all the owners provided us as guests. I had a few questions while on our stay and Jim responded quickly and provided positive responses. We would recommend this condo as a great rental in beautiful Ocean Village resort!

Our first time staying in Ocean Village and we would definitely return. There's so much to do on property. The condo is a very short walk to the 1st tee of the golf course and "big" pool with tiki bar and beach. You can also drive to the pool and beach, but there's a beach cart provided by the property owner which was a huge help for us. Beach towels and chairs are also provided, along with a cooler and tent (we didn't use these but definitely nice to have). Jim was very responsive, open to feedback, and our stay was incredibly smooth.

Angie and Jim have thought of everything that made for an easy and convenient stay for our family of four. Highly recommend! Easy access to highways and grocers (~10-15min) and easy walk to beach - close enough you can hear the waves with the front door open!

I really enjoyed my week long stay here. This was my first time using vrbo and I was not disappointed. The place was clean with nice amenities and convenient to stores and restaurants. I used the gym and pool daily which was really nice to have. The beach is a 2 minute walk in the neighborhood. I liked having 24/7 security in the front of the neighborhood. The condo has pretty much everything you’d need which is always a big plus when renting one of these places. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Absolutely perfect
We had an amazing stay here! We will no doubt be back! Very clean, lovely people at the front gate and so close to the beach! Can’t wait to return!

The property mentions NO PETS ALLOWED, yet there must have been pets in there. My skin crawled and so did my wife’s who has no allergies. Even the though the location was nice, the cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, like I said it mad both of our skins crawl as well as one of out guests.
The landlords stated the they would deep clean the apt. After out leaving, but no mention of any refund. We even stripped down the Queen bed and purchase a memory foam mattress to be more comfortable, but no reimbursement of any king fro the landlords.
DONT STAY HERE.

Lovely retreat
The unit was very nice and clean. The location was in the middle of the property with easy access to the first hole for golf. I would highly recommend for couples.
The owners were very helpful in answering questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Nice condo and Apartment
Jim very attentive, very simple the entrance to the condominium and apartment, very clean and with everything you need to cook and go to the beach, you can walk to the beach very close or if you do not want to carry your things you can go in the car. 1 minute and park in the pool that is next to the beach. Thank you very much Jim, we had a great time, we hope to return soon.

First class accommodations
This was our favorite condo to stay at in ocean village. Location on the property was convenient to all amenities. The condo was very clean and all essentials were provided for all meals, cleaning up and enjoying a day at the beach. Thanks again to the owners who communicated our entire stay.

Nice Place
Recently redecorated, tastefully done, well equipped, responsive owner.
Ocean Villas 1 is a "subdivision" in the larger Ocean Villages complex.
Nine hole golf course, tennis, swimming pools, restaurant, bocce, shuffleboard.
Beach a quick walk away.
Entire complex is gated and well maintained.
Not much to recommend Fort Pierce, so, you'll be spending your time in the complex. (West Palm is an hour away on I95)

Enjoyable location, comfortable apartment
The apartment is very well located, a short walk from the beach. Our family enjoyed playing tennis, swimming at the pool, playing ping-pong, shuffle board and bocce. There is also a restaurant and a tiki-bar by the pool. We enjoyed borrowing some books from the library. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony offers a nice view. The washer and dryer were useful to our busy family. The owners responded promptly to our questions, were very helpful and accommodating. This is a very nice property and we definitely recommend it. It is set in a little paradise and we hope to visit again.
