Nestled in Little Elm, this lovely house for $320 per night is a great option for your next trip. We have several lakefront houses, all right here together on this street. Sit on the porch of this fully furnished house and watch the wildlife migrating to the south for winter. The lake is still warm enough to swim and relax after a long day or week. This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Fully furnished. It has Smart TV in the living area and a Smart TV in each bedroom . Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed as well as a bunk with a full size on the bottom and twin on top. Come stay at a waterfront property instead of a hotel - no matter what brings you to the area. It is perfect for all ages who want to experience a comfortable house and its outdoor amenities in a great location. Get back to nature and have a campfire right out your door while surrounding yourself with nature. Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboards are included at no extra cost. Boats available to rent on request. Bring your own boat if you would like. We have a dock that is located right behind that house that we share with our guests. It is also great for fishing and swimming. Bring your floats and cooler and come to relax. We have 7 houses in the neighborhood. 4 are true lakefront and 3 are across the street with unobstructed views and access to water. Property was beautiful , nice few of the lake . Owner was Amazing came by let us know where everything was. Had my 7 year old and two year old . They loved it were able to run around outside. Shopping is very close and easy to get to. Beautiful place

Had a great stay with family at this cute little getaway house! Location was perfect to shopping and restaurants as well as our other family in Little Elm! The last night the A/C went out but Jeri was quick to come try to rectify the issue and when he was unable to he offered us another house a couple doors down that he had clean and available to sleep in before we left the next morning! Will definitely come again and rent from Jeri!

We stayed here for my sons basketball tournament. It was so relaxing and peaceful. We had a great time! Property had a lot of things to do which was really nice. My son and husband loved being able to canoe and fish! We will definitely be coming back!

The pictures of this property are totally acurate! Beautiful and plents of room. I could only imagine the fun of this place in the summer. We entertained my father and other guest during our stay and everyone fell in love with the place

Home is in an older neighborhood but lake view makes up for it.

Jerri and his family were all very accommodating as we were visiting with my 5 yr old grandson. They allowed him to use the trampoline, lily pad, etc. Even invited them to go tubing. Very nice people.

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Though we weren't there very often, it was so nice to know we were going to be able to sleep and relax somewhere clean and quiet! Communication was fantastic as well! We definitely want to come back to enjoy more!

Scenic relaxing Getaway Close to Home
This is my second time to stay at this property. Such a beautiful scenic property. Everything needed for a weekend away can be found here with easy access to shopping/grocery stores for provisions. Love that there is access to some water toys for my family to enjoy.

Jeri is such a nice man. The place has a really view as it is right on the lake. The is nicely furnished but outdated and in need of some repairs which is the next project for the owners. Weather was chilly while we were there so we were not able to enjoy all the lake has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Quirky house on Lake Lewisville
Family and I stayed here during a Spring Break trip to DFW to visit family and friends. The house was clean, checkin/checkout were easy, and owner was very responsive. It was nice being able to bird watch and kayak while in the area. However, didn’t spend much time outside bc the lawn was squishy in parts and smelled like septic. The property is in a changing neighborhood, with lots of trash and suburban development visible along the shoreline that we paddled from the house.

Fourth of July
We stayed here for the holiday weekend and had a blast. Literally right on the lake. Renter has kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and water mat. It kept us and the kiddo very entertained. House is very pretty as well.

Couldn’t have asked for more! The house was cute and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Add the lake outside the back door and it’s ideal. Although it is an older neighborhood you are minutes away from everything you need and the residents were very nice and welcoming! If you are looking for a lake getaway (even if you are local) don’t overlook this gem. You will not regret you’re choice!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is fantastic! We enjoyed amazing views of the sunset, extremely quiet views of the lake, morning swims/stand up paddle boarding/kayaking/floating, daily grilled lunches, and overall just got to unplug from our usual daily grind. If you can’t unplug, there is fast WiFi available, satellite TV, and you are close to the typical suburban conveniences (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc.). We will be making this a regular escape and look forward to many more stays here.
