This unit is one of 18 other units in an adorable community named Little Lagoon Cottages. There is deeded beach access directly across from the community, so walking to the beach is very convenient. This property is located on the lagoon and has limited views of the lagoon from the balcony. • Access to the balcony is from the living room, dining room, and both upstairs bedrooms. • Plank tile flooring throughout the cottage. • Beautiful kitchen equipped with everything that you will need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six with four additional bar stools. • The living area has a sofa sleeper • Bunk beds are located in a nook just off of the living area • The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV and a connecting bathroom • The primary bathroom has double sinks and a stand-up shower • The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with a connecting bathroom • Twin bunk beds are located upstairs in the hallway (perfect for children!) *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. • Full-size washer and dryer located upstairs near the bedrooms • Wireless internet access is provided • Maximum of two cars allowed (parking is covered under the cottage) • There is a gas grill available under the home. So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
