About this condo rental
Our posh and spacious loft-style apartment with exposed brick has a true big city feel surrounded by small-town charm. It comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is centrally located in Cookeville s Historic Westside District within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, and the train depot. Built in 1927, the apartment is a comfortable fusion of historic charm with an urban vibe. With exposed brick, stylish lighting, hardwood floors, and modern, mid-century decor, the space has a cool, relaxed feel. The living area features a massive sectional surrounding a 60 inch flatscreen, and a separate sitting area beside the brick fireplace. The full-service kitchen features new stainless appliances, granite countertops, aside an eight-top dining bar. The master bedroom features a king size bed, tv and full on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king size bed below a loft with an additional 2 fulls, a tv and a full bath next door. Out back, guests enjoy a fenced patio area with cozy furniture perfect for relaxing. PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent the space for parties. Perfect
Beautiful home and just an all around great space. My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. We walked all over downtown Cookeville, central location! The owners went above and beyond for everything. Wish I could give more stars, would stay again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I were here with our adult son to attend a wedding in Cookeville. We loved staying here especially with it being in the best location possible. We could easily walk to so many places downtown. Our reserved parking space was just a few feet from the door. The host communicated very well with us. We would stay here again

Location, Location, Location! Great place, great beds, great set-up. More importantly, within 100 yards of ice cream, three restaurants, Red Silo BC, and just down the road two blocks is best donut shop in Tennessee! Walking distance to TTU. Very much enjoyed our stay.

I loved, loved, loved this place! I traveled here to visit family. Although I traveled alone, 2 of my relatives stayed overnight with me while others just visited. The space was amazing. It is so large and roomy and I felt right at home. I love big rooms. My family from the area loved the place too. The location was also great. Food, drinks, shopping, sightseeing, everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this place and hope that I can stay here again my next trip.

Great location and great accomadations
The property is located in the historic downtown area and is in easy walking distance of good restaurants and breweries. The loft is well appointed and extremely comfortable.

First time in Cookeville!
The rooms were larger than we expected and were perfect for our family time together while attending a wedding. Beautiful spaces in well-equipped. The Christmas tree was an unexpected surprise and made our time there even more special.

Family Reunion
Our 5 grandchildren from Alabama met us at the Loft to spend the weekend to attend a family reunion in Jackson Co and visit with Cookeville family. We all loved the location where we walked to several restaurants and shopping. The very spacious kitchen/living room area was above expectation. Cooking in that kitchen was fabulous. Because we had 8 adults, sleeping and dressing was not private but we managed just fine. We would highly recommend this loft to anyone needing a large space in the heart of Cookeville.

Cool loft, great for entertaining
Overall it was a good stay. The owners were very responsive to any questions and allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. The loft was cool. HD TV with DVR, good reliable WIFI. Cool location, walkable to bars and restaurants. The bed in the master had nice bedding but the mattress was a bit soft and squeaky.
A few things definitely were negative. The soap in the kitchen and bathrooms were really watered down softsoap. Stuff is like a 2$ a gallon. We bought our own and left it.
The first night the neighbors upstairs were really loud stomping around until 330AM. And up barfing early the next morning. Clearly was out partying too much the night before. We didn't get much sleep that night. The 2nd night the neighbors were gone and we slept much better. In the master bedroom, there were numerous holes in the ceiling drywall/plaster which was disappointing as it looked bad. There were many lightbulbs that had gone out throughout the house as well.
Overall the good outweighed the bad. We enjoyed our stay!
