Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Host was available at check in and took a lot of time to go through everything and show us around. The space was large enough for our family of 6. It was very close to town as well as the state park. A fantastic roof top deck with views of the ocean.

We really enjoyed the location, view from and layout of the property. It was hot upon arrival and the AC didn’t reach the room with twins, but after a day it cooled it off enough my daughter and her friend were comfortable. The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the owner met us to walk us through the house before she departed the property. The access to the quarry was a nice addition. We enjoyed it. Being able to take our pets was amazing and it was a clean property for allowing pet access. Happy with our decision to stay here! We would go there again.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. Sue was wonderful to coordinate with and is friendly and accommodating. The house is exactly as pictured with wonderful views of the Atlantic. There was enough room for us all to be comfortable and every evening was spent on the roof deck.
The quarry was unreal! Clear water, jumping off points, (which Sue knew all the names of), and fun for the entire family. We’ll never forget the memories we made there.
The town of Rockport was also beautiful and full of fun things to do. We were never bored, ate great food and truly hope to visit again as soon as possible. Great stay all around!

This was our first visit to Rockport and we had a wonderful time. Our host met us when we checked in and gave us a tour of the quarry which was very helpful when returned on our own. The water was a little cold but it was late May. Nonetheless it was a fun and unique experience. The harbor views from the apartment were terrific especially from the rooftop balcony and it was close to the amenities. We look forward to visiting again someday!

I’m not a morning person, but I got up every morning of our stay to watch the sunrise out the master bedroom window. Sue and June have made it so easy to enjoy the view. The property is so thoughtfully put together and arranged for comfort and privacy. They were so responsive and knowledgable about local food and activities. We would absolutely come stay again!

We enjoyed our 10-day stay in Rockport. Sue was great at orienting us to her slice of heaven. She even took the time to show us the quarry which is such a special place.
It had everything that we needed for a fun-filled vacation. The rooftop view really can't be beaten. Great location to walk to Bear Skin Neck.
The welcome basket and bottle of wine were a special touch and much appreciated. She even left doggie treats.

We spent 4 days here with our grown children - 5 adults in all. It was absolutely perfect for us!. It never felt crowded; the 3 bedrooms are well spaced apart, the kitchen/eating/living area is open and so comfortable and clean. Having the extra half bath is a big plus. The rooftop deck is awesome, with sunrise views and Rockport Harbor.
Great location for walking.
We were personally greeted by our host, Sue. She was so welcoming and the basket of snacks was much enjoyed.
We definitely will rent again.

Beautiful view from just about every room in the house, 15 -20 minute walk into Rockport, access to the quarry which is simply amazing! Thank you June and Sue! It was such a treat to meet you both!

This is our second stay with Sue and June at their Rockport house. We had a wonderful week filled with lots of quarry swimming and beach time. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of 4 (with plenty of extra space as well!). Thank you Sue and June for another wonderful stay! We can't wait to go back next year!!

Lovely location and hospitality
The rental was as described and more spacious than I thought it would be. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable and the 2 bedrooms with AC were a godsend during the heat while we were there. (And to note, the 3rd bedroom was comfortable once the highs went below 75.) Views were spectacular. The quarry passes are also a bonus—it is probably the best natural swimmIng hole we have ever been to.
Sue couldn’t have been a more gracious host and we had excellent and prompt communication before and during our stay.

Love it!!
We’ve been staying at this location for a few years and absolutely love it. It was sad to leave. The place was very clean and the owner is just a call or text if anything is needed. The grill was out of propane and they were over in 10 minutes to replace it. The location is fantastic. We walked into Rockport downtown several times and loved going out to Bear Skin Neck. We enjoyed checking out all the local art work, swimming in the local quarry, walking our dogs, and of course, hanging out on the roof deck. Gloucester is just a short drive away and we love going into all the galleries in Rocky Neck. I’m already thinking about scheduling next year’s visit!

We enjoyed coming back to this lovely spot. The weather wasn't so good (Henri) but we still got three days at the quarry! Reasonable walk to town gave kids some independence. Sue kindly sent me a personal belonging I left behind!

We loved our little Rockport get away! Thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise and moonrise views from both the rooftop deck and windows facing the ocean! Great back yard for kids! June was a lovely hostess and even prepared a little welcoming snack basket for all of us!

Rockport getaway
We stayed here for a lovely four night stay. From the homey feel, to the beautiful views and rooftop sunrises and sunsets to the AMAZING private quarry this location was well worth the money. We will be back next year. The owner is lovely and greeted us with a welcome basket and lots of information on the local sites. We will be back next year! Our dog enjoyed it too!! This property is better for folks with older children as there are steep stairs and a roof top deck...

Wonderful getaway
We had a wonderful stay! Sue was a gracious host. She took us to the quarry on our first day and showed us around. We were there during an exceptionally hot week and the only issue we had was that the kids bedroom did not have AC. This was not a deal breaker for us though and for those extra hot nights we moved the futon mattress in to the master bedroom for the kids. The quarry passes were the best part of our stay. We went quarry swimming multiple times a day every day. The kids loved it and had so much fun jumping into the water. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Lovely location and really special touches
My husband and I and our small dog very much enjoyed our weeklong stay. Rockport is a wonderful location for a scenic break. The unit was very comfortable with fantastic views both from sea facing windows and from the roof deck which was a real treat. Sue included many thoughtful touches from the welcome basket of goodies to use of the outdoor grill and long, lush yard. My husband loved picking blueberries for his breakfast every morning. The location was wonderful and convenient in a pretty, quiet location between Halibut State Park and Bearskin Neck. We enjoyed walking our dog on the hilly neighborhood. The unit provided everything that we needed and we loved tucking in for the evening there.

Place with a VIEW!!
We had a nice stay despite the weather being a little off and Covid. Our puppy stayed with us and we had some company a couple different times.
The view from the roof deck is nothing short of AMAZING and we spent as much time as possible up there. There were plenty of great views from many of the rooms which was great.
Besides the view the apartment was pleasantly furnished. The owner was nice enough to leave a welcome basket with lots of goodies including treats for our pup. There was a washer and dryer which was nice.
Susan, the owner, was very nice and was available via email if she wasn’t on the property. She had lots of great suggestions for places to explore.
We’ve been up to Cape Ann many times over the years. Every time we find new cool places to explore.
We will be back!!
