About this house rental
Nestled in Gold Canyon, this charming house for $273 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Vacation in Luxury! Don't ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. We have earned VRBO's 5-Star Premier Partner status for a reason! Can sleep a total of 14 people! All new completely renovated/decorated inside and out! Large 4k High Definition Flat Screen smart TV's in every room (accommodating hulu, netflix, vidangel, amazon prime, etc.)! No stairs - all one level. First bedroom has a trundle bed (twin on top and another that slides out beneath - sleeps 2). Second bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom, twin on the top and another twin that slides out beneath the full (sleeps 4). Third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). There is also a queen air mattress that can be used (sleeps 2). Master bedroom is complete with king bed with large walk-in closet! Eat-in kitchen complete with brand new stainless steel appliances and reverse osmosis water purification system. Living room comes with game area for kids, High speed wireless internet, cable tv provider with 70" smart TV. Private phones in all rooms. In the backyard you will find a beautiful pergola with patio furniture and gas BBQ. 2 car private garage. Just a few miles down the road from the infamous Renaissance Festival! Not far from lakes where you can rent paddle boards, river cruises, kayaks, pontoon boats, wake board boats, etc. Even closer to Salt River Tubing station (Not far from Goldfield Ghost Town). Visit Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch for beautiful desert landscapes! Also near US60 freeway for easy access to Gilbert,Tempe, Scottsdale, sky harbor airport as well as Mesa Gateway Airport. Walking distance to tons of amazing hiking trails as well as top 5% nationally ranked golf courses!!

So enjoyed our stay at this home! Loved the open set up of the house for meals and visiting. Bedrooms were comfortable and plentiful! All necessary amenities were provided.
Location worked nicely for golf outings and hiking. Some fun local restaurants with very nice staff and good food. Great experience! Would recommend!

This was a great place for our Waste Management Golf/Super Bowl trip. If you are looking for a quiet place a bit out of town, this would be it. It handled 7 men nicely. Well appointed with everything we needed.

Wonderful Home
This home is beautiful, and had all the amenities, including lovely plush towels, fully equiped kitchen, and tv in every bedroom. Being able to park 2 cars in the garage out of the sun was ideal in the desert. We loved the country-like neighborhood, quiet and beautiful with a lovely mountain view. There are several restaurants nearby, but we easily prepared the majority of our meals in the great kitchen complete with pots, pans, lots of dishes, cups, utensils and even a rice cooker. We enjoyed it so much we plan to return in December!

Spacious house in Gold Canyon
Great location, large living area and bedrooms.
Only minor issues that I would point out, paint chipping in guest bathtub (alerted property manager and this will be addressed); backyard area is sadder than sad, could seriously use some sprucing up; lack of paper towels and kitchen trash bags that actually fit the pail was actually the most frustrating issues, only one roll currently on towel holder and extra trash bags under sink too small for pail. In the grand scheme of things, not major issues, however they are the reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Gold Canyon
I stumbled upon this property after my previous rental was cancelled by the host with short notice (due to property being sold). Jason was quick to respond and answer questions I had regarding the property.
Prior to arrival we received all necessary information we needed about the property and the surrounding area. Upon arrival we found the property to be as described. The home was well maintained, in a central location and loaded with the things we needed for our stay.
First, the bedrooms. This home has a master suite with a king bed and 70” tv, a second bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a double bottom bunk and a double pull out in addition to a twin top bunk. Bedroom two also included a large TV. Bedroom three has a daybed with a pullout as well and you guessed it another large TV. There is a second full bath (in addition to the master), a living room (also with a large TV) fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. The yard is enclosed and included a patio area and gas grill (with spare tank). There is also a two car garage and large driveway.
The home is clean and it is obvious Jason takes pride in this property. Aside from groceries we had everything we needed for our extended family vacation. There were games for the kids, grilling tools, linens, paper goods and even a supply of spare batteries for the remotes (often overlooked by hosts). There is a landline phone, excellent WiFi and all TV’s are smart TVs and support most streaming services.
If you are visiting Gold Canyon this is a great property to consider.

One of the best rentals ever!
I’ve rented a lot of VRBO properties and this is at the top. I was able to extend my stay an additional 4 days. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Now, about the property. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of good places to walk. Neighbors were so friendly. The house was very clean and so well appointed. I really felt like I was at home. The kitchen had it all!! New 70 to 80 inch TV’s (I think) in every room, beds were comfortable, new carpet (it seems like). Just awesome. The only thing if I had a criticism would be the backyard. It’s very cozy but it’s all gravel with a small patio slab. This house was perfect and loved every minute of my stay here. So wish I was here longer. A special thanks to the owners for allowing this house to be on VRBO.

Excellent place to stay
This was perfect for my family of 7. We had our own space but also where together as a family hanging out. The house was great. Everything we could need was there. I would definitely love to do this again. Oh and the property manager was awesome. If I needed to contact him it was easy and he was fast to get back. Great service

Perfect Stay in Gold Canyon
This was the perfect house for our family to stay in during our recent visit to Gold Canyon. We are a family of four, but the house could easily accommodate a larger family. The house was super clean, decorated so nicely and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back! Jason was great as well, very responsive and made chekck in and out extra easy!

Great Family Rental Space
We hosted a family Thanksgiving weekend for 11 at the house and it was terrific. Though the cooking and serving supplies were a bit low, we brought our own. We found, however, that the kitchen was very well stocked with nice plates, cups, and silverware and there were plenty of seats for all. Nice, open floor plan kept us all connected with rooms and beds for everyone. All stocked with very nice sheets and blankets and towels, etc. My only gripe was the floral scent in the house and on the bed sheets -- I'm just not a fan of these types of scents at all. Otherwise, clean, spacious, and very welcoming house in a beautiful area with sweeping views of the mountains. Terrific stay.

Great Location & Very Accommodating
This home slept 12 of us plus a few extra (groomsmen). Very nicely decorated and spacious. Convenient to our wedding venue and the owner was very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend to anyone coming out to this incredible scenic part of the eastern Phoenix area.

Worth the money
This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Excellent Vacation!
This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful surrounded by 5 star golf courses and the Infamous Superstition Mountains (we did not find any gold however)! The kids loved all the hiking trails as well as the lakes. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(

Great trip!
We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The mountains, golf courses and hiking trails were all breath taking!! The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
