About this apartment rental
Welcome to our newly renovated condo located in Newton! Around here, you can basically access any location you can think of. You just have to walk less than 10 minutes to a transportation, cinema, restaurants,pubs ,whole foods , etc. If you go to Boston, Fenway Park, Back Bay, South Station and airport only take 15 minutes to drive. The condo that has 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath on the first floor of a multi family house . It has a front and back entrances. You can use anything inside the condo, we provide k-cup coffee and tea. The washer & dryer are on ground floor. We live on second floor, so we're available to help anytime. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable. If you need a ride anytime, such as pick up from the airport and/or drop off, a service fee may be charged.

Lovely apartment with proximity to Boston
The apartment was very nicely appointed and decorated. The proximity to the Mass Pike and Boston was an added perk. Also appreciated the owner's responsiveness to questions and her commitment to ensuring that we had what we needed while enjoying her hospitality.

Homey apartment
We had a lovely stay here. Property is exactly as described, the pictures give a good sense of the place. Host was very welcoming and easy to stay in touch with as needed. Close to a Trader Joe's (walkable) so it was easy to stock the kitchen and do some simple cooking. Felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and lovely
Great communication from owner, super convenient location close to airport and city. There is a Trader Joe's just a few blocks away and the historic Cabot's ice cream parlor is close and should not be missed!

This newly renovated, first floor apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many conveniences. It is very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the off-the-street parking lead directly to the back door. Our stay was excellent.

The apartment was as beautiful as it looked online, perfectly cleaned, and the owners were present and polite, just a text or email away if we needed anything. Perfect location, easy access to Boston, gorgeous neighborhood, we definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, and great location
This was the perfect place to stay to visit Boston. It was near the bus stop (less than a quarter mile walk) to take the bus to downtown. It was less than 2 miles from the train/subway line. That made it very convenient for going into downtown without needing to drive and battle traffic.
Bing was friendly and was easy to reach by email or text message. Although, we didn't have any issues, so we didn't have any need to get a hold of her.
The rental is beautiful and comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful stay. Truly a home away from home feel. All the little things available that you usually wouldn’t expect. I would have no hesitation returning for a future stay in Newton.

Beautiful modern new home
Lovely well decorated new home, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. You have everything you could ever want, really lovely place to stay. Pull out coach is not too comfortable to sleep on though.

Perfect stay!!
This home is so cute. Great job by the owners! It is clean and well stocked for your stay! We stayed one night but it is also great for longer stays too. Beds are comfy and plenty of pillows to choose from.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und ruhig. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig unkompliziert. Falls wir wieder nach Boston reisen, würden wir unbedingt wieder bei Bing übernachten.
