Centrally located, Saltwater is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, playgrounds and the island hike/bike trails. Bruce State Park, with its nine miles of pristine natural beaches, is only a short ride from your beach get-away. An excellent location & delightful interior make this home a perfect choice for your vacation. Features two bedrooms on the first level. The first is a master suite with jetted tub & a King Bed that overlooks the Gulf. The second is a well appointed bedroom with another king bed and an on-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an open 12 ft. high children’s loft with 2 sets of trundle beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. Multiple TVs/BluRay DVDs, stereo & WiFi. Outdoor amenities include a private boardwalk to the beach, an outdoor shower to rinse off a day of fun in the sand, a park-style grill for fun family cookouts , and two spacious balconies overlooking the Gulf.This house is dog friendly and very child friendly (Pack-n-play, Highchair, ). Park your car and rent bikes or a golf cart to travel around the island. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia

This is a great place to stay. The location couldn’t be better. The house was clean and everyone was comfortable. I have nothing to complain about.

We want to come back it was soooo nice and the location is perfect! The little bit of yard or garden area behind the parking area is overgrown and rough on the shins. Walking between the condos was a challenge as well and downed palm tree leaves ripped my ankle open to bleed. The boards need replaced on outer decking and the screws were exposed and cut my grandsons foot open too. If the outside area got as much attention as the inside it would have been much nicer! Oh and the carpet is stained badly in one bedroom.

The house was clean, comfortable and cute. The location is perfect and within walking distance of most restaurants on SGI. Would def recommend and stay here again.

This is our 3rd time staying in Saltwater and we just love it there. The view, location, being dog friendly, EVERYTHING. We cannot wait to go back!

The island of St George is absolutely gorgeous, the location of the house is perfect, however, the house itself is in need of maintenance, for example, the upstairs a/c unit was NOT working and was 80 degrees. When host was informed by us, she replied that a part was on order, but never informed us before hand that it was not working!
I think the worst part that ruined my stay was the smell of dirty dog in the house (and we have a dog), carpeting definitely should be replaced or at the very least, cleaned. Absolutely filthy! Will definitely return to St George, but not this particular house.

Want to walk out your door onto sand; or have a most amazing sea view? If so, this place is for you. Extremely well appointed and very clean. Close to everything you need. Neighbors are close, so hopefully yours are as great as mine were. If you're mobility limited, this might not be your place. Otherwise, awesome!

This property was easy to book at the last minute and the home was AMAZING! Uniquely decorated- it felt like a fairy cottage on the beach! Loved it! The home was gorgeous with beautiful views and a beach right out the door! A real dream! I would come back in a heartbeat! Don't miss out and do book this very special home!

Great location, great experience
Arrived and checked in with no issues. The house was in a perfect location for us, we were within a 5 minute walk of every restaurant on the island, which was great for stretching our legs after plenty of oysters, crab legs, burgers, and bbq. View from the house is excellent, everything was clean and comfortable, have no complaints about our stay!

Wonderful house
This is a wonderful house to stay in. We have now rented it two years in a row and have enjoyed both our stays. We are a family of 8 and it was big enough to accommodate all of us. Just a few short steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This was our first time renting a townhome. It was very clean and an accurate description online. We even had a welcome gift from the host which was a nice touch to notice upon opening the front door! The host was responsive to my emails and texts. Always a bonus! Had a wonderful stay and really want to book for next year!

This house was perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunrise/sunset right from the main living area. There are steps, so not for those who would have difficulty. But, the house was otherwise perfect and dog-friendly!!

We live in Tallahassee and we were at st George for a little family reunion and my aunt decided she wanted to stay one more night and I booked it, then she decided she didn’t want to stay but she said next time we can rent two townhouses next time we come and this house will be one of them and we will come when it is warmer because it was way too cold but we had a lot of fun, Thank you for letting us stay!

The house is exactly as pictured. It was clean and generously stocked with any item you may need during your stay (except for a blender!). The bed in the master was super comfortable and all linens were fresh and clean. The home was perfectly set up for the dog guests as well, with a doggy gate set up on the exterior steps, a wire crate in the closet and food/water bowls available. My pups adored the suitcase doggy bed! We felt at home and didn’t have a single issue checking in or problem with the property. We will definitely be back! PS- We quite enjoyed the “Easter eggs” in the floor tiles too! We found a dog paw print, frog & lizard :)

Everything was nice and clean. House was perfect. We have a family of 10. Location was within walking and biking distance. Literally just across the street from grocery store and shops and little Weber’s donuts
