Usually it is about 8 to 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and the more consecutive sunny days there are, the warmer it gets. If the weather has been cold, most likely the water take longer to warm up... We have no control over how warm it gets when guests arrive! It's totally contingent on the weather. We were very happy with our stay. Everything is exactly as pictured. The owners were very responsive (and I asked a lot of questions!) My grandchildren loved the pool and their shared bedroom (bunks and full size bed...sleeps 3 so it was perfect for them!)

TV is only ROKU. No cable. Limited channels, No heated pool as the Solar didn’t work, The owner did order and send us new pots and pans as what was left was unfit to cook with. Grill was charcoal and you were expected to replace what used. So Cheap. Furniture not comfortable. Home was well decorated

Everything you need and more at this whimsical property! Beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Spent most of the time in the refreshing pool! Close to the ocean and restaurants too.

It is very clean and has lots of space. The house was decorated and furnetured in one style. Daphne has a grate taste. Very easy to check in and check out. There was pleanty of towels for the bath and the beach. Beach acessories were available, and even a car seat for a child. The pool was clean and beutifull. The outside sitting area is very cozy. The house itself is in a good location, just a couple of minutes away there are many resturants and stores. Its 30 min away from many beaches. Some that we liked were Paradise beach(parking free), Sebastian Inlet(no waves). It is good for kids. Also the house is 30min away from a good zoo. The owners are very nice people, very welcoming and helpful. Daphne answered every question that we had. We would like to come back to this house and definetly reccomend this house.

Great value and location
We really enjoyed the stay, plenty of room and it was easy access to everything we wanted. Wish the pool would have been warmer.

December in Florida.
The overall property was okay. We were disappointed in the shape of the home. There were several blinds broken, missing slants, basically not operable. We found gum stuck to a closet shelf. There were carpet stains which could be easily removed. The house was in a residential neighborhood but it is a short cut from point to point, so cars would race past at all hours. Once again, it's an average house. We just felt like the owners might be trusting a management company to oversee things and they are doing a poor job.

Absolutely perfect!
We came in for our wedding. 3 couples. My grandmother and our toddler. This place is absolutely incredible!! Daphne and Fritz made our wedding celebration absolutely unforgettable!! Personal touches galore! Champagne. Favors. Balloons. Rose petals. You name it. They really outdid themselves making our stay amazing. The house itself is breathtaking. Big. Spacious and open. Fully stocked. You need nothing but groceries. There was coffee, filters, spices and things for cooking already there. It was like walking in at home. Everything was so easy to find. Tons of blankets. And extra towels. Even little things like toiletries under the sinks just in case you forgot anything they had you covered. Roku TVs were a big plus because that’s what we use at home. And the binder with restaurant suggestions was super helpful to know what was in the area when it came to choosing dinner out. They really did think of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Having our family all together for our big day and the memories we made here will stay with us for a lifetime. We will definitely be booking The Whimsical Haven for every repeat trip to Florida from now on.

My Sister, my 2 children (ages 17 and 10), and I did not want to leave on the last day of our stay! This house is GORGEOUS!!! The pictures don't prepare you for how spacious and wonderful it is! Each bedroom is large and the living room is the perfect place to rest and watch a movie (if time allows.) The pool is awesome. Any needs or concerns were promptly addressed, and Daphne & Fritz were great! We can't wait to stay again.
