What a great house! The location to the beach was a very short drive. Delnor Wiggins State Park does get very busy on weekends and from10-3 it is very hard to get a parking spot there. During the week we had no issues. The house itself is on a corner lot and boasts a lot of privacy in the backyard pool area. The pool has a very tropical feel and was very warm. The house was well stocked with most everything you would need, especially towels. It had beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas as well as some beach toys. We brought a few pool floats and left them for other guests to enjoy. The layout of the house worked out well for our family. Each bedroom had a tv but two of the tv's appeared to be older and not hooked up to any cable which was fine because we weren't there to watch tv. Ben was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions that we had. This is a house we would definitely stay at again!

We had the best time in this gorgeous home. We stayed for a month and it was the perfect house. The space is set up beautifully and the kitchen came with nice cookware, utensils and appliances. We appreciated that this home had everything you’d find in your normal home. It’s a little too far to walk to the beach, but we found it easiest to drive 5 minutes to the state park. Parking for the beach is $10 for Vanderbilt beach and $6 for the state park. This home is in the perfect location with Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, LA Fitness, Publix and amazing dining (The Crust Pizza!) all under 5 minutes in the car. The home has trash pickup 2x a week and consistent pool and lawn service - making it VERY well maintained. Ben was an incredible host and was both thorough and prompt. This was our favorite beach rental to date and we look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed being close to both Vanderbilt Beach and the state park, restaurants, etc. We also enjoyed the bikes at the house which were a very pleasant surprise. The pool was great and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Three couples spent a week with the intent of watching the US Open Pickleball Championships. We were only 30 minutes from the East Naples Community Park where competitions were held. Ideal spot of all activities, around the corner from Vanderbilt beach and only minutes to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. It is close to shopping and great restaurants. House was in immaculate condition, spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Ben was very responsive to any questions we had, great property manager.

Very nice property with a pool that was very private. Great location to whatever you need. Quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of restaurants around. We travelled with 2 teens that were able to utilize the in-law suite, which they loved! It is a very spacious and comfortable space nicely decorated. Everything was spotless. The residential neighborhood is 1 mile to the Vanderbilt beach that you can easily walk or bike. There are also some very nice, less busy streets nearby that made for beautiful bike rides (Bay Colony Dr.) that is all shaded and beautifully landscaped. Nice location for day trips up to Sanibel, and the Everglades. Highly recommend

Ben Becker was an excellent host. Great property with wonderful amenities. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. We used the heated pool daily and enjoyed the gas grill. Overall an outstanding stay. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at Ben's house. It's a great location, the house has everything we could possibly have needed, and the pool area was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing! The house is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The in-law suite provides so much room and privacy for a multi-family vacation like ours. The heated salt water pool was a dream and allowed us to use the pool even at night. The house was sparkling clean with many towels. The house is located close to Mercato, whole foods, trader joes, wallmart, CVS, and many restaurants. Vanderbilt beach is a short 5 min ride. We had great communication with the host and he was very responsive.

We stayed for a month while checking out Naples at a potential place to move to. The location of Pop Hauz is great! Everything you need or want is just minutes away. We went to the state park beach many times as it is 5 min away. You can get a 12 entry pass for $50. They stamp it once for the entire day and you can come and go as you please. This was great for going to the beach during the day and then just running back for the sunset. The house had everything you could possibly need even for a month long stay and the pool is huge and very private. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. Downtown is a quick 15min. Ben is super gracious and responsive. We highly recommend Pop Hauz and will stay there again!

We had a lovely 2.5 week stay at the Pop Hauz. The unique "in-law" suite set up of this home made it easy to combine two families and meet our work from vacation needs. The pool was great, the location convenient, especially as this trip included our first visit with my parents, who live in Pelican Bay, since covid. Some Emily were able to stay with them and we could easily gather for dinners together. The aesthetic of the house was a huge plus, laid back, cheerful and easy to maintain. We hope to return!

The house was very comfortable, clean and had a great outdoor pool area. A very relaxing trip while we didn’t walk to the beach, it was possible. We would ride bikes or drive for convenience.

Love this modern, updated home with a beautiful, well stocked kitchen and lovely pool and patio. Great set up to have privacy between the in-law quarters and main living area. Will book this home again for future visits to Naples.

We spent our spring break in Naples (April 3-10) and are glad we chose Pop Hauz! Super quiet and convenient location as others have mentioned. Very well furnished, clean, and the pool was beautiful. Ben was very responsive to the couple of questions we asked, definitely recommend this property!
