Very nicely equipped condo near the beach. Quiet, secure and comfortable. Walking distance to many good restaurants. The pool is great for kids.

This place is very new and modern. Safe and secure. Walking distance to everything!! The elevator was not operational the week we stayed but the stairway was well lit. So if you are 3-5th floor be prepared to get in some steps. The on-site washer and dryer had some difficulty spinning the loads. So takes a bit to wash and dry your laundry. Overall. Great stay!!!

A small condo with wonderful sunsets. Very clean. This unit has all the kitchen supplies you need, soaps, shampoos for more than week stay. Nice sherts, blankets, towels. TV all rooms with netflix. Just bring some clothes and toothbrush all ready for you.

We arrived late in the afternoon after having eaten very little on our trip. The gate was open, so we just entered and parked under the building. We wanted to go out to get some dinner at about 6 pm and discovered the gate closed. Not having been told how the gate operated, we didn't dare risk going out and not being able to get back in. We tried contacting the local manager but never heard from her. Manager needs to make sure renters know that no code is required to enter. Unfortunately, we had no wifi the last three days. I called Vacasa and the person told me it was out all over Jaco. I waited for it to return, but never did (I know how to reset the router). No follow up from Vacasa and still was unable to get a response from the local Vacasa manager. Communication and customer service left much to be desired.

The positive: We really enjoyed the modern look of the apartment/condo. It was a bit smaller than I thought, but it worked for my family of 4. My two little girls enjoyed playing in the pool, it was perfect for them. It was a really short walk to the beach also, and close to all of the restaurants in Jaco. The negative: The apartment could have been cleaned much better in the kitchen and in the living room area. There were some stains and residue left behind that was not cleaned up. Overall: We would stay there again on our next trip to Jaco.

The most beautiful sunset which we saw. Reflected in shallow water. So nice and quiet!

Very nice property, steps from the beach. Beautiful view to watch the amazing sunset. Clean ,new, modern apartment. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and bird watching and evening drinks but could use an umbrella for shade during the day. How ever, the beautiful beach, warm water and soft sand, is where to be during the day. Communication with Vacasa while at the apartment was prompt and very smooth.

Very nice new apartment. Modern design through out. Lovely common pool and patio area. Very easy entry to apartment complex via the intercom. The apartment has a lovely balcony with beautiful ocean view but there is no umbrella for shade and it is too hot to sit on till about 4:30 when the sun sun starts to set.
Nicely situated at the south end of Jaco beach, a lovely stroll down the beach to town.

Being so new, bring essentials such as salt, pepper and spices; coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher and wash machine detergent are provided. Enjoyed our stay.

Nous étions 2 couples. Dans le condo il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, 1 cuisine et 1 salon. Tout était propre à notre arrivée. Le chek in était simple, efficace et sécuritaire.

Les photos représentent parfaitement les lieux. La piscine petite, mais efficace.
Près de la nature et de la ville. Les perroquets et toucans volaient à proximité

La Vue sur la plage et le couché de soleil est incroyable.

Vers la fin du séjour, problème avec le wifi. La personne à été facile à rejoindre, mais le problème à persister sur 2 jours. Bon service malgré tout.
Je recommande au propriétaire d ajouter des chaises et parasol pour aller à la plage

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised plus many delightful touches when we arrived. The location was an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to Jaco. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Access to the beach was terrific, and the short drive into town easily done. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the condo I would highly recommend.

Nice appartement, good location, easy check in and out

The condo was spacious super clean and just as described. The amenities were wonderful and the beach access was ideal. Surf lessons and beach chair rentals were just down the block. There is a small super and two decent restaurants within a block each way. Towels sheets extra blankets were all great. The washer dryer was a huge plus because we packed very light with only one personal bag each. We enjoyed the local botanical personal soaps and washes very much. The walk into Jaco in the morning was super easy on the beach. We went in to town for groceries and breakfast. Grabbing a taxi was easy and about 1900 colones one way. We didn't rent a car and found the recommendations for xploratours was an ideal fit as the service was exceptional for private transfer and tours. We ran into problems with the phone in the condo as it simply would not work so all the recommendations in the house book were great, but we didn't do an international plan on our phones, so we weren't able to call any of the services for house cleaning while we were there or express service. We were able to work through that for the most part because the wifi was at least good in the condo. Then the wifi went down and we weren't able to get help. That most likely was not the fault of the 402. There was construction directly below us non stop. I'm pretty sure something went wrong with the internet due to something happening with the construction. The construction was loud so we hardly got to use all the on site amenities like the pool which we were looking forward to. Overall it was a good stay but some prior disclosure about the construction would have been fair as drills hammers and power tools are not my idea of a tranquil birthday retreat. The construction seemed to start around 7am and wrap up between 3 and 5. We pretty much spent the time away from the unit which was a shame because we booked a condo with all the comforts of home to eat in more and relax while taking in the great views. The place has the potential for a 5 star but there was simply too much that either didnt work or was working around the clock in the case of the construction below us.

This new unit is small but has everything you need and is far better than a hotel room. The views are amazing as you sit on the patio listening to the waves crash, the birds chirp and watch the incredible sunsets. Vacasa is always attentive . Thank you for a fantastic stay at Sunset Boulevard, Jaco!

The view of the beach and sunset and closeness to the surf is only equaled by the rooms comfort and appearance. We could not find anything about the apartment that could be improved. There has been a lot of thought and effort put into these units. The staff incredible.

Being away from the neon of Jaco proper but close made the experience better. The local bar restaurant at the corner to the north has great food.

I look forward to returning.

The stay in the Sunset Boulevard was absolutely magnificent..... very beautiful place.
