Renovated beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - Beds are queen size for your comfort Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Large Master bedroom with Master bath. Sleeps 6 people. Off street parking for one vehicle in garage. Heat/hot water, fully furnished, wifi/cable. Front loader washer/dryer. Central AC . Outside seating area. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Very close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well. No smokers please. Apartment is "townhouse style". Two floors. Completely private nothing is shared except the outside grass area. Parking reserved for ONE vehicle in the south bay garage which is less then a 5 min walk My company is Atlantic coast homes and my name is Jennifer. I hope to have the opportunity to rent to you while you stay in Salem. 4 Night minimum stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Salem. The area is so quiet and peaceful especially at night time. We were able to walk to all of the local places we wanted to visit with ease. The house was great for our family. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

This rental is much bigger than we had expected! The offsite parking was a little stressful, however the parking pass given is a great idea. The host was hands off, which was great! Would stay again!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was a great location close to downtown Salem. The property was nicely furnished and SPACIOUS. When we visit the Boston area in the future there is no place else we will stay. Everything and everybody made our visit 5 Star.

Our family stayed for Christmas - and could not have found a more perfect place to spend the holiday. The place was just right for four people, and the location was absolutely perfect.
It was a nice place to place to gather as we started the day - the full kitchen was great - and we were able to get to just about anywhere in Salem without a car.

Wonderful location. Place was very clean. Two of the 6 guests were seniors. The stairs were a challenge, and there wasn't any grab bars in bath.

We absolutely loved the location and layout of the property, however the furniture was extremely subpar. Everything felt like it was made for a college dorm - except more uncomfortable. The top floor, which is the master suite, has a terribly uncomfortable bed which is much more suited for children who can sleep anywhere. We actually had to go out and purchase a mattress topper so that the bed wasn't hard as a board. In short, furniture/décor needs an upgrade.

We did a girls trip for the 1st weekend in October. The location was great for walking to all the sites. The Property was exactly as advertised. If we ever return to Salem, this will be where we stay. I highly recommend it!

You couldn't ask for a better location in Salem. This 3 bedroom/2 bath has more room than we expected. It was updated nicely and someplace we would 100% stay again. I was actually traveling with my boss and we chose this because the location and the cost was less than the hotels. We chose bedrooms on different floors and both had our own bathroom to use so plenty of privacy. Overall - very impressed with the communication!
To note:
Parking is in a garage a very short 2 blocks away. This was very easy to get to. I believe the spot is on the 4th floor so don't think that you passed it - just keep driving up.
If you have mobility issues, you may not want to stay here because there is a narrow flight of stairs you have to go up to get into the condo. The main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a loft with a master bedroom/bathroom and a Laundry closet up another flight of steps.

Totally updated, clean, and comfortable apartment. The location could not have been better. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see, and there are great restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns just steps from our door. The House of the Seven Gables is just down the street. If you’re visiting Salem to see it all and do it all, this is the place to be.

I stayed with my mom and sister-in-law this week for three nights. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, and especially the location. It was completely walkable to all of the great stuff Salem has to offer and the view of the water was beautiful.

This property was in a perfect location for exploring Salem on foot as well as driving to neighboring towns. It was incredibly clean. One of the places I use as a judge of cleanliness is the shower curtain liner. This one was very clean!!

Great location right off the wharf, across from a coffee shop and some cool shops. Parking in the garage down the street was a quick minute walk; Jennifer provided parking pass for our one vehicle. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, and full kitchen were such an added convenience. The neighborhood is very quiet and the other tenants were very nice. Had a great trip!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, a full size fridge, and a cozy living room made this the perfect home base for exploring Salem! The location along the wharf put us within walking distance of Salem attractions and lots of great options for food. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Salem.

Wonderful location. Very close to anything you would want to do in Salem or the surrounding area.
The place was spotless, including all the linens. My family is all pretty picky about cleanliness and this place was genuinely immaculate.
Beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t spend that much time lounging in the living room but we ( 4 adults and 1 toddler) we’re all comfortable.
We didn’t cook either but 4 of us could sit and enjoy donuts in the morning ( Ziggy & Sons was the best by far) .
The only room for improvement I would I offer is installing black out curtains in the rooms. That’s a Very minor complaint but it would have been nice.

We visit Salem every year and were very impressed with this home. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk over to the water with our babies in the mornings. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The location of the property was the best. A short walk to everything you could want to see and do in Salem. The management staff was friendly and helpful.

5 stars for the property , location and the extremely helpful cleaning lady (who provided tips on where to eat and visit).
The communication with the property manager was poor. I had to follow up several time including calling and leaving a voicemail for checkin instructions.
The townhouse could use a few more very large rugs to soften the noice of foot traffic…. But I get that rugs get dirty easily and may take away from the cleanliness.
We will stay again.

Everything turned out as expected in terms of location and amenities of the Vrbo. We had a little difficulties with Parking since the VRBO only provides parking for one vehicle and we had two. Perfect time to go to Salem in October with the witch and Halloween theme in full force. I would recommend this VRBO to others!

This is right by the bay and shops and restaurants by the water AND walking distance to all the attractions. I want to stay here again! One thing, be sure you can handle stairs if you get the upstairs unit. The place was beautiful and clean as can be!

The house was immaculate when we came in! I can't believe how clean the house was. It is located in a great part of Salem. All of the museums and historic sites are within walking distance, but the house is located next to the wharf and you can see the "Friendship of Salem" ship out the front window in the living room. The price is very reasonable for a three bedroom rental. All of the appliances are new and the house as a lot of space. We had 4 adults and one child and there was still plenty of room. You can't get a hotel room for that price! Highly recommend this rental property for your trip to Salem, MA.

Awesome Stay-Great Location
My family (3 teenage boys) and wife stayed at this great location! The house was spotless, parking garage was super easy! The location is so close to downtown and the ferry and restaurants everywhere! The price was right and Lucy was unbelievable! I will be renting here again no doubt

Nicely appointed units with updated kitchens and baths. We had a wonderful stay with 10 family guests total using both floors in 14 making it easy to run up and down stairs between units. Easy access to all Salem has to offer. Rated slightly down overall due to several beds that were not comfortable.

EXCELLENT RENTAL FOR YOUR VACATION!!
We stayed at this rental for the 4th of July holiday, and we loved it. The rental was VERY VERY clean, it was modern, the beds were comfortable. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The host was very responsive with any questions I had. The air conditioning worked perfect in the upstairs bedroom and the main floor and it was HOT when we were in Salem. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this rental, you won't be disappointed.
