Nestled in Réunion, this attractive house for $379 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in Grand Bois, less than 10 minutes from downtown Saint-Pierre and all amenities, in a protected and historic area of Reunion Island, Sud Paradise has been designed so that people who live there can pass a memorable stay. This villa of more than 150 m² will allow you to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children (or 8 people) thanks to its three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The living room, the kitchen and the master suite (with its king size bed 200 * 200, its bathroom and private sanitary) are air conditioned and all three give onto a large terrace of 90 m2 with views of the pool and especially the Indian Ocean. You can admire: • the old renovated Grand Bois sugar factory, architecture prize, which refers to the industrial activity of Réunion's past centuries, • the sunsets, • and especially the waves breaking on the Reunion coast. The other two bedrooms: are air conditioned, overlook the garden area, have a queen size bed (160 * 200) and a private bathroom. The terrace and the swimming pool at the front of the house are friendly and allow some to lounge on the sun loungers, others to bathe, and still others to have a meal. The living room is equipped with a large format television for lovers of beautiful images, as well as a games console for young and old! The sofa is a call to laziness. You have a quality internet connection thanks to the fiber. The kitchen is also fully equipped: coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, blender, fridge, freezer ... complete crockery. In addition to the washing machine, you will have the comfort of using the dryer. Bath towels are provided In the evening, it’s nice to be lulled by the sound of these crashing waves. If you're lucky, you can even spot the whales that often frequent this spot. This new house located in an equally new subdivision is still in its “alpha” version. We will not fail to improve it according to the observations and remarks of our customers. If we cannot yet provide all the services that we wish to set up, this villa is for rent with a remarkable benefit / price ratio in the sector. PLEASE NOTE: this villa is located in a quiet area, parties, parties and noise are strictly prohibited. If the reception of potential visitors is tolerated, the number of people present in the house must in no case exceed 15 people. For your safety, the exteriors of the house are placed under permanent video surveillance.

Lorsque j’ai réservé en mars 2019, il n’y avait aucun commentaire. Normal, la villa était neuve et peut être tout juste terminée. Même pas peur ! Je confirme les commentaires de Béatrice, Séverine, Cyrille et Marc. Je rajouterai juste: sans vis à vis, la piscine : un bonheur et les couchers de soleil : un régal pour les yeux. Nous avons passé, avec nos amis, d’excellents moments. Je remercie Véronique pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour une demande précise sans oublier la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la dame d’entretien. Je recommande fortement cette location

Nous avons passé un tres agréable séjour dans cette belle maison , spacieuse, lumineuse et superbement équipée... Rentrer de randonnée et profiter de sa grande terrasse et de sa jolie piscine face à l' océan , fut un réel plaisir....Par leur accueil , leurs petites attentions , leur disponibilité, Véronique et Eric ont su faire de cette location en endroit où l' on envie de revenir....

Accueil des propriétaires chaleureux, et très convivial ils se sont montrés très disponibles durant le séjour (boisson d'accueil, infos sur les points d'intérêts, maison très claire et moderne équipement domotique, bien agencée au niveau des pièces. le fait d'avoir chacun sa salle de bain permet de gagner du temps par exemple, notamment lors de départs tôt. les agencements extérieurs piscine, terrasse et une vue directe sur l'océan, invitent à la détente et le partage entre amis ou famille. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité, nous recommanderons vivement votre villa à notre entourage.
