Santa Rosa Towers (unit 502) 3 bedroom / 2 Bath condo. This unit has been completely remodeled and is virtually brand new. Features many upgrades like large crown moldings, hard wood and marble floors and a coastal decorating theme. The Unit boasts some of the most breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sitting in the condo you get the feeling you are right on the beautiful blue green water. The condo is fully stocked with everything that you need to enjoy a great vacation. Cook your meals in or walk to one of Pensacola Beaches great Restaurants,. Grill on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the surf. There is a also a great pool and tennis court!! We like the location of this condo. It’s spacious, the pool is great, and the permanent residents living there are so friendly. I had to clean the refrigerator prior to putting food in it and there was a sticky spill on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The outdoor grill didn’t work along with the electrical plug on the patio.
There is a nice patio table where we enjoy having our meals.

This is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. The manager needs to do the following.
1. Unplug the tub in the main bathroom so that it drains properly.
2. Get a different cleaning crew as we found human hair in two beds. They also need to clean between the box spring and the wall.
We went and purchased new sheets and pillow cases as we did not believe the linen was clean.
The place is very nice, but you also expect it to be clean and the drains work. We would go back, we hope the manager will take action on these two items. Thank you. Mike

Visiting Pensacola Beach for 35 years we have stayed in many condos. This was our first time staying in the Santa Rosa Towers and it did not disappoint. The view was wonderful. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items to make cooking easy. Board games, puzzles, beach chairs and a couple of bikes were available. Nothing can beat the scenery and view from the balcony. The property manager was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. This was a great stay!!! Thank You!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured online. Derrick was quick to respond to any questions I had. Residents who live there full time were very friendly! The pool was a nice respite on the days the gulf was too rough. We would stay here again!!

Amazing view
When you walk in all u see is ocean. After 1st night we did notice some small things, one TV didn't have a remote so u couldn't adjust the sound and it had lines on top of the screen. Paint chipping off cabinets. But overall this place was great. We all had a great time here.

Beach Bum Vacation 2022
The condo was very nice and spacious and had a large balcony with an unobstructed gulf view. The condo was just a short walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again.

Frig didn’t have light so we purchased, cabinetry was peeling in bathrooms and kitchen, dryer didn’

The location and stay was excellent, however, the unit is in very bad condition. Some of the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom have peeling laminate. Both shower curtain liners are moldy and very old. The bathroom towels and rugs are extremely old and some had stains. My wife had to clean the stovetop as it looked like it had not been cleaned. In the laundry room, the trim around the door is gone and has exposed wood, etc. We have pictures of all these issues if you would like to see. In addition, we have stayed in many units over the years in this building and this was one of the poorest. I understand if it's a rental property, but it needs updating.

We Will Be Back
We have been coming to pensacola in different houses for years, but this condo was one of the nicest we have stayed by far. The owner was very friendly and the house was stocked with everything you would need. It’s a good bit bigger then you would expect and the view from the porch is amazing. The Perfect Beach Blend
We now have a new favorite place! This condo is super family friendly for teenagers. The beach view is amazing and the sound side view from the condo entrance is breathtaking as well. You can catch the trolley right out front that will take you pretty much anywhere you wanna go including the boardwalk. We cannot wait to go back!
