Ping Pong table , pool table, treadmill and work bench are also on this level. Walk outdoors to the brick patio with four adirondack chairs and grill. A private, outdoor shower will delight kids and adults. Follow steps from the brick patio down to the private beach and dock on Fells Pond! You can sit on the dock with your morning coffee, swim and sun on the Water Lily, paddle board and kayak. New Seabury in Mashpee is ideally located on the Cape. Twenty minutes in each direction will take you to the Vineyard/Nantucket ferries. The Mashpee Commons offers upscale shopping and five restaurants. The nearby towns of Falmouth, Woods Hole , Osterville, Sandwich, Chatham & Provincetown are a must to explore. Cape Cod Baseball league In Cotuit and Falmouth is a treat for all ages.
