About this apartment rental
This 3-story end-unit condo is located just across a quiet street from the Atlantic Ocean, and is just minutes from the Village. With your own secluded beach, and being just three blocks from the famous King and Prince Resort, no one has a better location. Unlike several hotel / motel like condos that have parking garages, elevators, and long public hallways to get to your room, this unit is a true end-unit condo, only attached on one side. Parking is a reserved space by the front door. While we rent our property, it is also our home away from home. We hope you and your family will enjoy all of the features we have provided for ours. The main Master bedroom is on the second floor and has a plush king-size bed and a full private bath. The 'Guest' bedroom has two single beds and a full bath. It is also on the second floor. Upstairs we have a bedroom suite that has a queen-size bed, full bath with large tiled shower, a sitting room with cable TV, and a deck that overlooks the ocean. The deck is perfect for reading during the day, and enjoying a glass of wine under the stars at night. Downstairs, the Living room has two sofas. While the kitchen is small, the appliances are new and we have had several Thanksgiving's there. We have prepared everything from turkey dinners to steamed crabs. The kitchen table is adjacent to the living room. All have access to the TV in case the big game is on during dinner time, or the kids want to watch cartoons during breakfast. In total there are 3 TVs, each with cable. We have WiFi broadband cable internet access for the workaholics. For those who have never been to St. Simons, it is the most peaceful beach destination there is. It is not commercialized, and very relaxing. Historic sites, village shopping, a lighthouse, fishing from our pier for fisherman and sight seers, and many restaurants are all within walking and/or biking distance. There are also several beautiful public and private golf courses on the island. For those who want to enjoy the ocean activities or intercoastal waterway, boating, charter fishing, and kayaking are all nearby. If we are booked on the date you are looking for, try our Island Cottage VRBO# 24065 - it's a great place as well. The condo is great except for the steep stairs. One of us is 85 and the stairs were steep, but we had a great time staying there. Loved the balcony and the chairs that are on the balcony.

You can’t beat the location of the property. 2nd row, right across the street from the beach. Owners were very quick and responsive to messages and communicated easily prior to and during our stay. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and had plenty of space for everyone! Could use a little TLC, but nothing that would keep us from staying again!

Check in very easy.. was sent keys by owner. Easy to find (was sent directions, but mapquest got me there correctly) rather spacious, except the kitchen.
Quick walk across the road to the beach.. super hot when we were there, and beach didn’t seem too crowded. Dolphins, manta rays, sand dollars, crabs, and little fish all over. People fishing for sharks.. my son saw one get pulled in.
Easy to get in touch with owner if needed. Would consider returning.. thank you

This was the second time for us at St Simons Island. And the second time was just as good as the first! Great beach location. We ended each day on the third floor deck. Great communication with Debbie. Thank you again!

Nice property with plenty of room

We loved the fact that the house was super close to the beach, village and restaurants. We rented bikes and could take the back roads to all the shopping/restaurants-we even rode on the beach! Not much of a beach view from the house but cant say enough good things about the host, cleanliness of the house & convenience! Will definitely be back to visit!!!

This townhome is a short walk to one of the best public beach accesses on the island. Although the condo is a little outdated with the paint colors and furniture, it is very comfortable has plenty of room. We had 4 adults and 3 younger kids. The ocean view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. There are about 30 something steps to get to the top floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would love to decorate this condo if you guys ever decided to change things up a bit :)

Great place for the cost
This townhome is a short walk to one of the best public beach accesses on the island. The ocean view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. There are about 30 something steps to get to the top floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would love to decorate this condo if you guys ever decided to change things up a bit :)

High value
My family and I had a great time in St simons. There was plenty of room for my family. The house was clean and comfortable. The house could use some updating but for the price I think it is good value.
Location is perfect. We were able to walk to the downtown area get bikes and ride.
Check in was outdated being that I got keys in the mail and then had to send keys back after stay. I would suggest getting keyless entry installed to the owner.

Family peace retreat
Our family had the most wonderful time ever. Your home was cozy, lovely and so welcoming. God Bless You for sharing your property. We played hard and loved hard the entire time.

The dishwasher was a bit worn, but stove and fridge were fine. Plenty of dining space between the table and the open living room. Short of being directly on the beach, this was a great location. Just out the backdoor and across the street to the beach access path. It was great to be able to pop back to the townhome, make some quick sandwiches and bring them back to the beach for the family. The chairs and umbrella came in very handy. Very easy walk to the village. We would definitely plan to stay here again.

Location, location
The group really enjoyed the location because it was walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. In the condo the stairs are steep! This was a great fit for a party of four—one couple and two singles.

Perfect area for a reasonable price
This townhome was perfect for us! The location was perfect - right across from the beach and close to town/restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Beach chairs, umbrella provided - just bring your own Beach towels. It has most of the amenities of home. We would definitely stay here again! Loved our trip!

Long Stay (1 month)
Great location. Good folks to deal with. Accommodations in need of maintenance. Good rate for out long stay and we think it was reasonable value. If we had been paying the much higher daily rate, we would have expected a much better maintained interior.

Saint Simons
It was exactly as the property owner described. There's 2 beach access points within walking distance of the condo. The view from the top floor balcony is amazing to wake up to. There were some issues and as soon as I notified the owner, he was quick to respond and get them fixed & vice versa. We'd definitely stay there again.

The down side was the upstairs t.v on the second and third floors didn’t work, but that wasn’t a real big thing for the most part. The carpet on the stairs could use a good cleaning or be replaced. The tubs had some wear on them and the third floor shower had weak water pressure. But as I said it was a nice place, the wife and I enjoyed our stay.

We rented Debbie’s property for a week with our 4 kids, aged 6, 4, 2, 1. The pictures seriously do not do this place justice! It’s huge! The house was stocked with nearly everything we needed and it wasn’t an issue to pick up additional trash bags, TP, and paper towels. The house was very clean, the check in process was easy, and Debbie could not have been more welcoming or accommodating (she even let our friends come in a day early to help set up the place for the little kids)! The location was great! We ended up going to 5th street beach all week because of the tide schedule, but it was no issue to walk down the street (even with 4 kiddos!). Highly recommend this house, it was a wonderful home and made it a wonderful trip!

Condo was clean. Everyone we met was friendly. The only problem we encountered was two other guests parked in our assigned parking space. We had two spots assigned and only needed one. Fortunately we found a space that was not numbered. Would definitely go back to the same condo again!

Girls weekend
Perfect size for our group of 7. The actual number of beds accommodates 6 adults. There are two long couches so it worked . It’s not modern but nice. Great location! We lioved it.

This is a beautiful rental with a terrace looking out on the ocean. It’s across the street from beach access and a short walk to wonderful restaurants and shops on St. Simon’s Island. Very quiet and comfortable for a true ‘respite’ for everyone! Perfect location! Wonderful stay!

Wonderful first time trip to St. Simons
Property was very reasonable for the price, and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice relaxing stay. Plenty of kitchen options and the walk to the beach was easy peasy. There are tons of access points and the beach is quite nice. At high tide it's difficult to get to the closest access, but honestly the main access with beach at high tide is a quick walk down the road. Loved the balcony on the top floor and watching the dolphins swim and play in the mornings. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
