Ritzy Rabbit is absolutely perfect for your vacation. If not available, ASK ABOUT OUR OTHER HOME CLOSE BY. Email owner, Kathy Rubeck, for last minute specials. This two-story home boasts a beautiful Master Suite on the main floor, has a romantic flair with a beachy theme. There is a King bed, walk-in closet with safe, large bath with shower and over-sized tub. Glass doors open to the walled courtyard, pool, and spa. A night swim or a soak in the spa gives you the "ahh, I am finally on vacation" feeling. Across the courtyard in our cabana are private guest quarters with a Queen Bed, a kitchenette, full bath, and a private entry. Upstairs are 3 guest bedrooms. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the first room. The second room has 2 twins and a half bath. The 3rd room has 2 twin beds. There is a full bath with shower in the hall. Our housekeeping is using bleach in approved amounts for enhanced cleaning. As the owners, we manage our own homes. Feel free to ask us for information about restaurants, boat rentals, fishing opportunities, golf courses, kids activities. We are happy to tell you about our favorite places to dine, shop and play in Naples. We strive to provide an excellent vacation experience for all our guests. Our guests in Ritzy Rabbit enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool and spa. They love the short walk or bike ride to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park. The villa is conveniently located just five and a half blocks from the beach and not far from the "NEW Uptown", Mercato. Mercato is the newest HOT SPOT in Naples with dining, shops, Bars, Movies, and nightlife. It features a Whole Foods Market. Ritzy Rabbit is not far from golf courses, tennis courts, library, movie theaters, nature preserves, the zoo. A short walk to beautiful Delnor-Wiggins State Park (pass included) on the beach takes only about 15 minutes, or grab a bike and be there in just a few minutes, (we provide Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass for free entry and parking at the beach). Dining on the Beach at the Ritz Carlton is a treat you won't want to miss. For an "Old Florida Flair" Try the Lighhouse and sit on the Bay. The kitchen is truly gourmet, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Includes everything you need to prepare a Holiday meal. Our GUEST BOOK will guide you to the grocery stores, abundant shops, movies, and activities, dining and night spots. Need more information? The separate cabana is great for the grandparents, that teenager, or the newlyweds. The upstairs with three bedrooms makes this a great area for children. A TV allows them to have their own space. We had a great four weeks stay at the Rizzy rabbit. The house was extremely comfortable and very well maintained. The screened pool was enjoyed by the entire family, especially by the young children. The house was close to the beach and an easy walk or bicycle ride. it was great having beach chairs and bikes available to the renters. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with when anything was needed. The location of the house was convenient for shopping and accessing restaurants, though on a pretty busy road.

Ritzy Rabbit was wonderful for our family vacation. 5 adults and 3 young children stayed here comfortably with room to spare. The house is beautiful, very clean, very close to beaches, centrally located to everything, and we loved the pool/hot tub. Owners provide everything you need to have a great vacation. Kathy and Ron were extremely responsive. Highly recommend. We'd love to stay there again if in the Naples area.

In Naples for son’s wedding which was in Bonita Springs. Central to many things such as
Beaches, parks, Mercato as well as the many guests that rented in the area. House is well appointed and clean.

Our family of 7 stayed at the Ritzy Rabbit and we absolutely loved it. From the 100% accuracy of the listing to pure comfort of the home, this place was spot on. Check in was seamless and upon entering the home you could tell that it was loved and well cared for. The housekeepers had the home spotless. The kitchen was well equipped and anything you would need for a day at the beach was there and ready. So much space with 4 bedrooms and a cabana, we had room to spread out. We visited the beach just down the road and it was wonderful. It’s just a short drive or bike ride and you’re there. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close to the house so there’s always something to do. My family has already decided we will be returning to the Ritzy Rabbit next year!

We loved the Ritzy Rabbit! The house is exactly as shown in the photographs. It was clean, well-maintained and comfortable for our family of 9 (7 adults and 2 children.) The cabana house was a nice addition to the main house. The house was only blocks away from a beautiful beach which everyone enjoyed, when not swimming in the pool adjacent to the living room. Our hosts, Kathy and Ron, were very nice and responsive. They provided pool toys, golf clubs, bicycles and beach passes. We all would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking to rent in Naples.

Loved staying at the Ritzy Rabbit for Spring Break. The property is even better than the description. Loved the pool and spa. Location is awesome for going to Vanderbilt Beach. The condo had all the beach amenities we could ever want and bikes to get there. The owners are amazing in their communications and truly strive to give their guests the best vacation possible.

We loved it! The house was everything is said it was and more. It easily fit our family of 8 adults and on 2 year old. Daughter-in-law loved the pool fence. It was so nice to have the sliding doors open and not worry about the little one heading for the pool everytime. Great-grandparents stayed in the cabana house and loved having their own space. The owners were great about putting the right size crib up in the master suite for our son and daughter-in-law. They were in awe of all the room that had in the master suite. The tub was broken and parts were ordered, so there was nothing we could do about not having a bathtub for the little one's bath. The pool/spa were great. We loved that they were warm and everything worked so well. The house is located on a busy street but you don't hear the noise. It was hard to get on the street at certain times of the day. Like when school let out and on Saturday evening when the church services let out. The house comes with all kinds of beach stuff that was nice. The beach is close, were able to bike there and back to watch the sunsets in the evenings. There were plenty of dishes for all the different meals that we cooked and space for everyone to eat. Overall this was one of our best houses to stay at. If we are in Naples again, we would stay here. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay, it was great to escape the snow in northern Wisconsin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ritzy Rabbit. In our group were 6 adults and 3 children ages 5 months, 11 year and 3 years. There was plenty of room which made for a harmonious family vacation. Nobody got in anybody's way! We enjoyed walking to the beach, which is under a mile.
The best feature of this lovely rental was the screening around the pool, rendering it safe for the toddler. We could all enjoy the outside patio without worrying about the young children falling into the pool. A good time was had by all!

Very comfortable home with thoughtful basic amenities provided by the owner. Pleased to find everything as described in the VRBO listing. Despite the cooler weather, family members made good use of the pool and spa. Accommodated our nine family members comfortably.

This was my third time renting here. Great location. Love having the pool with safety fence for protection for the toddlers that were at the house. Owner is easy to work with and always available if you have any questions.

Nice house but some hiccups.
The house was very nice and the owners were easy to deal with. Sadly the pool and hot tub heater was broke so no hot tub. Also the dish washer and dryer didn't work very well. These were minor set backs and the owners did everything to make it right. All in all it was a good stay would recommend.

Ritzy Rabbit Rendezvous
Ritzy Rabbit exceeded our expectations as the perfect location for our annual sibling rendezvous. "I love this house." words frequently spoken by one of us....4 senior siblings....coming from San Diego, Atlanta, and Indianapolis to celebrate life, with each other. The accomodations were perfect and just as described. There are actually 2 main floor bedrooms...the beautiful Master Suite (for me, 78 years, with back issues)the cabana, with kitchenette and bath, pool entrance, for our 82 year old brother....he loved it...preferring some privacy.)
Each of us had our own bedroom!!!..didn't have to sleep with anyone else!!
We loved the open concept of the lower level. Kitchen was fully equipped. Living room...very cozy and comfy with large screen Smart TV, pool entrance.
The pool with hot tub...beautiful, accessible from living room, Master Suite, and easily from the cabana.
We spent time on the beautiful beach at Delnor-Wiggins State Park, using beach items provided at Ritzt Rabbit.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property...just perfect for us! Would love to stay here again on a return trip to Naples. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

My family and I spent a week at The Ritzy Rabbit. It was a wonderful week. There were 9 of us including 2 children (15mon and 5years) and 3 teen age guys . Nice place to stay
The house was beautiful. close to several beaches and a short walk to Wiggins State Park. The home had all the amenities including our favorite the pool/hot tub. Will stay here again.

This property was exactly as it was described and a great spot for our 3 generation family vacation. The property was clean and everything is in working order. The pool was a very nice addition. The location is perfect for walking to coffee or the beach. Highly recommended!

We had our wedding just down the beach, and rented this house for us and our adult children. We had a blast playing in the pool, having some nice dinners in the well appointed and well stocked kitchen. All of our group loved the spacious bedrooms., and all of the amenities the house provides. The owner is very responsive to questions/comments.

GOLF TRIP
I’ve been planning golf trips for 20 years, and this year we decided on Naples. I found the Ritzy Rabbit and booked for myself and 7 others, we were not disappointed. The location to numerous golf courses and the ease that Kathy & Ron made the check in process was extremely easy! All of our questions were answered within minutes. The house was spacious enough for 8 guys. I would come back to this location, and I would highly recommend.
