We had a wonderful stay for Grandma's 95th birthday weekend. We have been staying in these buildings since the 90s and had not been in almost 10 years. Unit was exactly as described, easy check-in and beautifully redone. Hope to be back soon - thank you!

Wonderful views and easy access to beautiful beach with umbrellas for rent.
Condo had chairs and beach towels to use.
Grocery stores within 1 mile for breakfast and lunch groceries. CVS and Walgreens across the street.
Bistro Cafe was excellent for breakfast.
We enjoyed Santurce restaurants for dinner( Casita Miramar, Vianda and Lote 23)
Old San Juan walking tour
Day trip to El Yunque for a hike and Fajardo for bioluminescent kayak tour.

View was breathtaking each time we entered the unit. Loved the fully opening balcony doors, it brought the sights and sounds of the ocean into the unit.

Our stay at this condo was Perfect! The condo exceeded our expectations, the location is ideal for seeing Carolina, enjoying the local foods and spirits, the beach…best beach we’ve ever experienced and the guys that set up the umbrellas and chairs were exceptionally nice and helpful. Everyone at the condo and within the Carolina neighborhood are wonderfully friendly and nice. If considering to stay at this location and condo, don’t hesitate or look elsewhere, stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great property. Close by everything. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Great view, we slept with the window open most nights and you can hear the waves all night.
Cons: Not enough towels. We had to buy our own towels. Communication with host was a little shaky at first. I’m use to property managers answering and responding quickly. No oven. One machine is the washer and dryer and I couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer.
Overall the stay was good. No major complaints. Property is as described. Security was very helpful.
10/10 would recommend

Loved our stay the place was rigth on the beach, you can hear the waves at night & plenty of restaurants & night life to go around, the only thing & it’s a minor one is that the shower pressure was really low but everything else was great, will definitely comeback to stay here I loved it, the host was very responsive but didn’t need to contact for anything as everything was smooth! Thank you!!

Location, Location, Location. This is a fantastic condo located in front of the beach. The open balcony from the 18th floor allows pristine views of the beautiful waters and beach. My daughter had her own bedroom and bath, which made getting ready for our trips easy. Isla Verda is the perfect location. The property is less than 10 min from the airport and less than 20 minutes from Old San Juan. We were able to easily take advantage of shopping and restaurants in the area. Parking is a challenge so it is nice to have a secured, covered space included. I truly appreciate Shaka's immediated responses to all of my questions throughout the trip. We loved the stay and recommend it to anyone who enjoys listening to the ocean while sipping on a cocktail from the comforts of a nice space. Two tips: If renting a car, the entrance goes directly to the garage basement. When initially arriving turn right to the outside parking area. This will take you to the lobby where there is a security guard to let you inside the building to get your keys and remote for the garage access. Once you have the remote you need to pull your car up to the yellow line in front of the gate for the remote to work.

The property looks exactly as depicted online. It’s very convenient to restaurants, highways, supermarkets, pharmacies, casino, airport, casino and let’s not forget the beautiful beach. You’re right on the beach. Super convenient with a breathtaking view.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo unit was exactly as pictured. It was nice to have beach chairs and beach umbrellas for our use. The master bedroom was great with a nice firm mattress and plenty of dresser drawers to unpack clothes in. The second bedroom did not have a dresser - it would be nice if there was a small one available for the guests. And the two beds would benefit with a newer firmer mattress as well. The view from the 18th floor was beautiful! We would stay there again.

We have stayed in this building several times and love the views and location. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt this condo is better suited for shorter stays. It was difficult to cook meals as there is no oven just a convection microwave. The kitchen and freezer could use a clearing out of food and outdated spices, oils etc. There is a combo washer and dryer but the dryer has limited drying power. I believe there is a laundry room in the building but we never used it. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!!!

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the condo. It was clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get around using Uber, and the convenience of Walgreens and CVS was great. The host sent helpful instructions. I absolutely loved hearing the waves below and the beautiful view.

My husband and I had the best time. We missed hurricane Fiona by 2-3 days and the weather was amazing. The condo was in the best location, with Restaurants and shopping right out the from door. And the views of the beach from the balcony was breathtaking!!!! Can’t wait to come visit again!

My husband and I love visiting Isla Verde, and the Maribella del Caribe condos have always been our go-to. When a dear friend and I decided to have a beach getaway, I immediately recommended the area.
We were so thrilled when we found the condo listing. Truly 180 degrees of unobstructed beach views. The condo is in the Ouest tower, so there is nothing but the beach behind it. It's also on the 18th floor, which made the view even better.
Secured building, a very secure condo. We also felt safe. It was the perfect size for the two of us but could easily accommodate 4. We each got to have our own room and bathroom. The beds were so comfy, and you could not beat falling asleep to the ocean outside your window. The water got a little cooler as our stay went on, but given the heat and humidity, we often jumped in the shower to rinse and cool off.
We ate most of our meals out and picked up pastries for the mornings from the bakery down the street, so we only used the coffee maker, but there was a perfect little kitchen set-up (stove top, coffee maker, larger refrigerator, pots/pans, etc...) if you want to make meals at home.
I loved morning coffee and afternoon reading on the balcony. There were 4 patio chairs, an ottoman, beanbags, and an air conditioning unit on the balcony. As two people, we had plenty of room, but it might be a little cramped for 4 people to sit outside together.
SPOILER ALERT!!! There are color-changing LEDs in the living room light fixture. We were so excited when we found out :) Wine and dancing in our own space!
The condo has private access to Isla Verde beach. It is so nice not to worry about overcrowding or not getting a good seat if you don't get down to the beach in the morning. The owners provide 4 chairs (seated with drink holders), but you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach.
The area (Isla Verde Ave) is so great. Very walkable area and a short ride to Old San Juan. Lots of restaurants/places to grab a drink. Walgreens has just about everything you could need (beer, wine, spirits, small groceries, toiletries, snacks). There are also two supermarkets within 10 min walk.
The owners were wonderful and very responsive. Accommodated our requests for room setup, answered all of our questions, and made great suggestions. We would definitely rent the condo again.

The apartment was not well cleaned. Example, Old soap on top of shower head. 1 of showers had no hot water.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The pictures and description of the amenities are all accurate! The communication with the owner were impeccable! No complaints whatsoever. Looking forward to rebooking my stay again. I really didn't want to leave. Enjoyed Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

The property was nicely updated. The beach location and balcony views were definitely the best part. It would be so helpful to provide an extra set of keys and key fob. It was very difficult to go anywhere with out the keys and could leave members of the group without access if we didn’t all go somewhere together.

As expected
The condo was as expected. Puerto Rico on the other hand was not…..I don’t think they like tourist. Every time I went to pay for anything, they leave the counter, or start talking to their co worker and ignore us, it wasn’t 1 or 2 times….it was obvious and kinda crazy, we where masks and follow rules, we’ve been around the world, & in the Caribbean a lot, 1St time we had this. Our security guard at the condo was so nice, the only one that stood out for sure.

Great place and location
I would highly recommend this unit. The location was fantastic, all needs were met and did I mention location???! We spent quite some time each day and night on the balcony. We had a problem with a window and it was taken care of within 10 minutes.

Great birthday trip
Had a fantastic time in this beautiful condo. No real complaints. Did have trouble with the microwave but not enough to contact the owner. Also the A/C unit seems to be removed from balcony pictures. Again not a huge deal. Beds were comfortable. Showers hot and great. Would definitely book again!

The owner was extremely accessible and answered all my questions. The furnishings were great and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything was walking distance and this was an added bonus. The apartment was relatively clean. We did keep finding long hair in different places and I had to wipe down the kitchen because there were some areas missed. The washer dryer combo was a challenge for me because it didn’t really dry the clothes. It could have been user error though.
With all that being said, I would definitely stay here again. It was relaxing and comfortable. The owner is amazing and the view is stunning. You won’t regret booking here.

Beautiful Condo!
The location is perfect! The condo is beautiful and it feels very safe. (We were a group of 4 single women.) The only issue we had was with parking but that is not the fault of the property owner .
