Situated in Rio Del Mar, this lovely house for $615 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Don"t be fooled by lower listing rates of others on first glance. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a twin in another bedroom and a queen in the third. This charming light-filled house with beautiful views of Aptos Creek is a mere 10 house flat walk to Rio Del Mar beach along the picturesque creek. Quick walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner or market! So convenient! Ocean views from upstairs and master bedroom. - Beautiful succulent filled patio with fire pit, dining table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing, reading a book or great conversation around the fire. - Brand new well-equipped kitchen for cooking up gourmet meals if you desire. Many wonderful restaurants close by. The new VENUS is a 3 minute walk. - Al fresco dining on balcony and patio. - Living room includes a gas fireplace for a some lovely ambiance! - All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and outdoor shower for rinsing off. - Gas BBQ on the patio - Free WiFi, large screen TV with basic cable, Netflix, Amazon. - Let Alexa play your favorite music. - Full-size washer and dryer - Minutes to local Seacliff favorites - Marianne's Ice Cream parlor , Pizza 1 and Manuel's Mexican restaurant to name a few. - Convenient, five-minute drive to Safeway, coffee shops and the Aptos Farmers Market. -2 parking spaces in carport . Also lots of parking on the street. - Like all beaches in northern California we do get visits from seals, dolphins, whales and the occasional shark. We like to call it nature ... please plan accordingly. - Check-in is 3:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Fun house to stay at. Very comfortable for our party of 5. We had fun with the fireplace and outside fire pit and walking to the beach and creek. Lots of board games/puzzles. No kids toys but my son had lots of fun with their flash light and collecting shells on the beach and looking at the ducks in the creek.

What a fantastic holiday home , well stocked with everything you need . With a really helpful host. Super comfy beds, peaceful gardens and neighbourhood. Everything you need within in a 5mile radius such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways , garage , doctors and so much more !. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway to an ideal base to explore Californias east coast like we did . The only negative is you didn’t find out about the lodger who stays in the contained flat enjoined to the property until after the deposit was payed , however he didn’t bother us and made little noise .

We enjoyed our stay at Peace and Plenty very much. Being raised in this area, we knew ahead of time that the location would be great. The property is extremely clean and I would have taken the bed home if at all possible. So comfortable!! The house is well stocked, and the sea breeze that flows through the house is wonderful.

We had such a wonderful stay! Perfect for a family vacation, a real home away from home. Loved the patio with the beautiful succulent garden and fire pit. Perfect for morning and evening. The home itself is super clean and well appointed from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Location was perfect for beach time and close to great restaurants and other activities like the Nisene Marks and The Boardwalk. Loved it and hope to stay again.

We loved our stay at Rio Del Mar. The beach house is comfortable and cute with a stunning outdoor garden and patio. The kitchen was spacious, lovely, and well-equipped. Overall, our stay was relaxing and peaceful. We loved getting up in the morning and taking the very short walk to the beach to get coffee, heading to the beach in the afternoon, and exploring the surrounding areas.

The ambiance of this beach house made us feel at home immediately. Evenings around the fire pit, games on the beautiful patio and room to spread out and relax and enjoy the lovely succulent garden. Everything you need to walk to the beach and play in the waves. We had a truly memorable family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this property and loved its close location to the beach. It had all the amenities needed for making a trip to the beach with a young family effortless. A perfect beach vacation!
This property was exceptional and perfect for our family of 5. Diane has done a wonderful job of providing anything needed during our stay…beautifully appointed kitchen, great patio for cocktail hour, wonderful beach decor and only 5 minute walk to the beach. Check-in and checkout was seamless and Diane was very responsive during reservation process. You won’t find a better property for your beach vacation!

Perfect Beach House
This lovely beach house was perfect for my family--comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, games for the grandsons. All of us appreciated the many thoughtful amenities. It was a short walk to the very safe beach and close enough to shopping. The succulent garden was gorgeous and was such a nice place to relax. Thank you for making our family vacation so wonderful.

Home was clean, extremely well furnished, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, beds very comfortable. We slept well. Neighborhood fun to walk around in at night. Beach just one long block away. Sunsets brilliant.

Absolutely amazing!
This was the ultimate place to stay! My family and I had the most amazing time on our short vacation and we created so many wonderful memories because of this house. Communication with our host was super easy and the house has such a great location. The house and kitchen were also stocked with everything you could need and the entire place was very clean and had such a "homey" feel. We will most definitely be back!

Overall great location
Great location, and clean property. The house had everything that we needed, except for shower gel in the bathroom. Loved the interiors, and the kitchen was spacious and amazing. Diane was always available and helpful. The street to this property can get crowded, but its close to the beach, so its expected.

Absolutely perfect
We had a small reunion of girlfriends at this amazing property, and it was perfection in every way. So close to the beach, such a beautiful interior with a cozy gas fireplace for cooler evenings, and the most incredibly zen garden. Plus Diane was super responsive and helpful. The restaurant down by the parking lot at the beach was so much better than we expected as well. Loved everything about this place - just wish we'd had more sunshine! But if we had to be "stuck" indoors anywhere, this house was ideal.

This is the most stylish rental I’ve every stayed in. No detail was spared in ensuring your stay was warm, welcoming and comfortable, with a seamless checkin/checkout process as well.
