Everything was set and decorated nicely but I felt like I was going to bump into something and break I do not think it would be a place to take kids too. 2 bad things - air conditioner was on a schedule and I could not adjust it Back door screeches really loud when u open and close it

Beautiful home with beautiful furnishings. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to all the theme parks. Had a few hiccups when we first arrived, but Julian addressed them promptly.

Nice large house, it was only my husband and I but we rented it for the large fenced in back yard for our fur babies. We ubered to the disney parks and used Rover app to hire someone to let the babies out. This house is an awesome alternative to staying at disney property.

House was very clean and as it is listed. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Host was very easy to communicate with. Host also provided snacks and water for us when we arrived, which iwas very appreciated.

I was very hesitant on writing a review because I never like to give anyone a bad rep. The reviews on here are very misleading. House was very dirty when arrived. So much dirt under all the rugs and couches/furniture in the house. Food on the walls in the kitchen area and very dirty baseboards all throughout the house. Privacy was nonexistent with this property. No where on the listing do they state there are cameras in the backyard and front. The two cameras in the backyard was a little too much and felt like we were being watched the entire trip. The one on the front is understandable but in the backyard is not acceptable especially since no where is it notated on the listing. I had to reach out multiple times to get a code to get in the house since was never sent ahead of time. The code to the door is never changed which you can tell when you see the key pad. The 4 codes are wore out while the others look new. So anyone who stayed at the house in the past can access the house. A few improvements could make this house great!

The home was very nice with a few minor problems that the property manager should have done a thorough check before we were expected. Its a quiet place, with a privacy fence. We all enjoyed ourselved. Juliann was a very good owner to communicate with and would help if she could. Also greated us with snacks & drinks upon our arrival. I've rented other places but never has this type of greeting happened. Thanks Juliann

This is our second time staying here. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is a convenient drive to all the parks - 30 minutes to Disney/SeaWorld, about 15 to Gatorland, and 45 minutes to Legoland. We spent a lot of time at the parks, so we didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities, but the kids loved the game room. The pool table flips over to an air hockey table. Beds were comfy.

We took a trip to Florida (used to live in central Florida two years ago pre pandemic) where I wanted to propose to my long term girlfriend and bring our dogs with us. The whole trip was a success and extra magical having such a great property to come back to at night after long days at Disney, visiting my family and of course the engagement excitement. They really think of everything here and have almost anything you might need to enjoy your time at the house along with all the necessary things for a vacation. There was even delicious cheesecakes, muffins and Pepsi waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely come back in the future if we make our way to central Florida anytime soon. 5/5 in all ways.

What a great place! From the hot tub to the game room! Very clean. The inviting fruit & cheese plate, cupcakes & more all made us feel very welcomed. Neighborhood was off the beaten track…quiet, perfect for bike riding. Dinners out on screened-in porch so great for family time! Thanks so much! We plan to come back!

This home was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hostes even left muffins, a cheese platter and drinks. It's close to all the Disney parks which made it alot easier and cheaper to come back eat lunch/rest before going back to the parks. My teen boys loved the game room and spent alot of time in there. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home and will stay again in the future if it's available.

This property is very lovely. The home is very nicely decorated with lots of perks provided by the owners. There were muffins, drinks, snacks, and fruit platter waiting upon arrival.

This property has absolutely beautiful decor and is so spacious. We had our pupper with us and she loved the big backyard attached to run around in. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was cleanliness when it came to the hot tub and a few dishes. I’m sure this is from previous guests and has nothing to do with the property manager. When we contacted them to clean the hot tub, they were very quick with it. They had it drained the same day and new water in it by the next afternoon. Overall 10/10 and we definitely plan on returning to this exact house in the future for another vacation. Everything about it was PERFECT!

This was a great experience for our anniversary getaway. The house is beautiful. It was very clean and had everything you need to feel right at home. The owners have really done a great job making this home a warm and inviting place to be. The neighborhood was quite and close to major attractions. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone for their stay in Orlando.

This home was absolutely wonderful. My family and I felt like we were in our own home. The owners left us fresh muffins and a fresh fruit tray which was a refreshing surprise. I posted pics on my Facebook and shared our experience with all our friends and family. The house was not only beautiful but extremely clean. We had an issue with adjusting the air conditioning (which ended up being our fault), we called the owner and it was taking care of right away. I can't say enough about our experience with this stay. Love Love Love

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped and super clean! The owners left soda, cake and fruit in the fridge upon our arrival. Such a nice surprise! We will definitely come back in the future.

My family enjoy the house we had a wonderful time felt like walking into home from the very start I was very accommodating and cozy &clean. I left the free people dress and an XO dress behind that was a gift to me never worn my only issue is that I don't know how to get in contact with the property to have items returned or request extended time or late checkout. But I definitely recommend this home and would like to stay again !
