We have you covered! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, outdoor shower with dress area, beach cottage is located at 246 Ocean Blvd W, just west of the beach access bridge. It is close to local restaurants and entertainment. One of it's many great features is that the cottage is only 50 feet away from it's own private beach access/boardwalk! The cottage is privately cleaned/inspected/maintained to the owner's standards by the owner and/or owner's private vendor. Breath taking views of the ocean can be seen from the covered front porch, sun deck, living and dining areas, as well as both boulevard side bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. Part of the home's remodeling began in 2010 and completed in 2014. However, updates are continuing to be made throughout the beach cottage! Ceramic tile flooring and upgraded lighting were added throughout the home's open floor plan, which includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen appliances were upgraded to stainless steel and new furniture was purchased for the living area. New mattresses were also purchased for all of the beds. New solid wooden rockers await you on the covered front porch and under the cottage. Upgraded décor has been placed throughout the home for a fresh, inviting, and classical coastal design, making you feel at ease in this vacation rental cottage. Additional features include, but are not limited to, new pillows, new mattress covers, 2 TVs, dvd player, washer & dryer, sundeck, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, downstairs grilling area with wooden rockers, water hose, as well as books and magazines for pleasure reading.

Quaint, all the amenities needed present. Rustic feel spacious for family fun! The beach was literally a hop, skip and a jump from the front door. Beach life 2.0!!!!!!! Basic commnuinity stores and resturants very close. The kids loved it too!

Our family came together for Thanksgiving for first time in Holden beach. The home was cozy and a wonderful place to make new memories. The home made you feel you were home. It was clean and comfortable. The front porch with rocking chairs was a special treat. I hope to stay there next year and for years to come.

House was nice and clean. Plenty of space to spread out with 2 adults and 2 kids. Also, a big plus that you can walk across the street to the ocean and not have to worry about parking. Loved the house and will definitely look into a future stay here.

This is a very well-equipped, ckean and roomy vacation home. I loved that the beach access is literally straight acriss the road. We decided to stay an extra night and the ownet was wonderful to work with!! We will be back to this house again!!

House was very clean and kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook any meals. Location to the beach was only a two minute walk and road to cross wasn’t very busy this time of year. Jane was very quick to respond to any messages I sent. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a classic beach house with ocean view from rockers on the front porch this is your place. Nice, no frills and clean rental that provided all we needed. Beach access conveniently located right across the street. Outdoor shower nice and kitchen was organized and well-stocked. Jane is so kind, awesome to work with and easy to reach!!

Everything was perfect. The house was a lot bigger than we thought. The pictures online does not do the house justice. It’s really big lots of room has everything you need for your vacation . The beach is only right across the street so you don’t have far to go to enjoy the sand and the water. We really loved staying there . We definitely will be returning. We love the house and Holden beach.

The pictures actually don't do the house justice. The furniture is updated since the pictures. Yes, the beach access is across the street but not only that, it is private. Only 6 other homes can use that access making your area on the beach less crowded than most. We really enjoyed our time and we will absolutely be back!

This house is perfect. Great location-steps to the beach! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we cooked every night. This was a girls trip-a mom. 2 daughters, and 5 nieces. We loved the porch with the rockers. We loved the sitting area under the house. The outside shower came in very handy. We enjoyed every moment. We would definitely book again with Jane!

We love everything about this house! The location, the layout of the house, the multiple seating areas. Nice new couches in the living area. Cozy rockers on the porch. Extra seating under the house near the grill. The ocean is right across from the house with a nice newly updated private boardwalk. The owner, Jane, is lovely and very fast and responsive. We already booked again for next summer.

Another Day in Paradise really delivers on that name. The location couldn't have been better, with close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. It's a shell-hunter's dream! There were uncontrollable factors, like 15-20 mph winds a couple of days and a roaring generator across the street where repairs were being made to the beach access walkway, and we STILL has a great time. Holden Beach is a great place, and this was a great place to stay. We hope to return!

This was a short visit for my 2 daughters and I. It was sunny but cool and very windy so going on the beach wasn't a good option. This cottage's front deck is so comfortable with great seating and areas to be in the sun or shade. We would definitely rent this home again.

It was very comfortable and clean… could have use more than two kitchen trash bags 0r include on the client bring list…maybe a flyswatter. Sand spurs were bad out back and couldn’t enjoy the back yard.. Hose and shower outside was well appreciated. Looking forward to making this a annual gathering.

Will stay again. Easy access to beach. Jane was easy to communicate with. She is constantly upgrading property. April was a quiet time, the beach not crowded. Came with everything but sheets. Great water pressure and extremely hot water even in the outside shower. Very comfortable beds.

We visited in March 2023. Good location. Just one row back from beach. Nice size house. House maybe needs a little updating but the price was great so it equals out. And we enjoyed our trip. One concern though, is the stairway to the beach, it very much needs to be fixed or replaced. Apparently owned by several homeowners so not fully this owner’s responsibility. All in all our trip was great even in cold weather!

We loved the cottage. Great location. The only thing we didn't like was that the cleaning crew pulled up to the house before 10am and parked there waiting on us to leave. We sat on the porch enjoying the view and chatted until 10am when we left the porch to get in our vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. The house was very clean and so cozy. The listing states 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2. The beach access is across the street, which is very convenient. Checking in/out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

This property had EVERYTHING we needed. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was very well stocked for meal preparation. The floor plan was excellent with two bedrooms on each side with a jack and Jill bathroom between. The view was gorgeous of the ocean and was an easy walk across the street. Parking was plentiful. It was a wonderful way to spend a holiday and reconnect with our family. Thank you to our host!

We had a great time at the beach. The private access to the beach right across the street was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook. Enjoyed sitting on the front deck and enjoying the ocean view. House being built across the street so unfortunately that view will be partially blocked eventually. The dishwasher could use some updating. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had and check in was easy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Have been staying in this house for several weeks each summer for over 30 years. Doesn’t disappoint - clean, good layout, well appointed, excellent ocean view from front porch, easy close beach access, excellent owner communication. Plan on being back in 2023.

Our family loved coming back to this sweet little beach house for the second time. The view was great and the house perfectly suited our needs. It's a sweet little house that doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it's clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the showers are hot. The beach access is easily accessible all you have to do is cross the street. The rockers on the porch were great to sit in and watch the waves with a cup of coffee. Like I said, this was our second time visiting and I don't think it will be our last!
