About this house rental
Located in highly desired area of Punta Sur and only steps away from Garrafón de Castilla Beach Club, this custom luxurious home is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of all the different shades of turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Ocean, breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop and views of the Cancun skyline. Whether enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon margarita or an evening glass of wine, the views are spectacular and best on the island. Isla Mujeres is only 4 miles long and is easily accessible by renting a golf cart.There is a small beach club, Garrafon de Castilla, steps out your front door and a local path to snorkel in the gorgeous water any time you would like. With bars and restaurants on the south end, there really isn't much reason to need to go to town other than the hustle and bustle of night life, shopping and mingling with other tourists and locals. Our home has recently been renovated and just finished construction of rooftop entertaining areas including a sky bar with refrigerator, sink, etc. Home has been remodeled with beautiful custom furniture and offers daily housekeeping (except for Sundays & Holidays) and concierge services available to you.

This beautiful, spacious property was great for us 4 adults and 3 kids. It is clean and well kept. The housekeeper is super. The ocean views are absolutely stunning from many vantage points including the rooftop. We had a blast here!

This is a beautiful and well kept home in a great location on the south end of the island. Close to a few restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the fact that it is away from the hustle of the north end.
3 large bedrooms each with their own bathroom and another half bath off the living area. Love the large opening of the living area to the outside deck and pool area. Very cozy and inviting.
Kitchen is very usable. It was needing some more supplies, (cooking ware, etc) but minor inconvenience.
Our family loved this home and would absolutely want to stay here again.

We loved the Sun Kissed home! It was clean, beautiful & a great location for us. It was our first time to Isla and we were so happy we chose to stay there. Anyone who likes a quieter, laid back vacation, this is the place to stay. It’s much quieter & slower than the north end of the island, which was PERFECT for us. We ended up eating at The Joint several times with it right across the street. And, in the afternoon, you can hear The Joint’s live music from the pool.

We had another great stay. We have stayed multiple times and it never disappoints. Easy to communicate, helps arrange transportation and golf cart rental.
Property is clean and was stocked with everything we requested. Location is nice on the quieter side of the island but close to The Joint and east hop on for the island bus or short cab ride to downtown.

We stayed for a family vacation with our 3 children (2.5 years, 7 years and 10 years). The house was perfect for us. The pool was the perfect size for my kiddos to enjoy and the view was immaculate. We loved being right next to our favorite bar, the joint and on the south end of the island. We were a short golf cart ride to most of our dinners and about 15 minute golf cart ride to the north end. We spent some days at north beach and ate some dinners on Hidalgo and the drive home was super easy. We much prefer the location of the south end for our family vacations. We were greeted upon arrival with delicious guacamole and all our groceries! Stacy was wonderful and always responsive when we needed assistance. There are lots of stairs incase that could be a problem but for our family it was fine. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at this home!

We had a great time! The house worked great for our group of 5 adults. We spent a lot of time on the main level where the pool was located as it was too hot up on the rooftop deck. The views of the water were incredible-the water is amazingly clear for snorkeling & swimming. We rented a golf cart and it was easy to get around to all areas of the island.

Great place. Next to the best snorkeling place in town! It is a duplex, though. We thought it was a standalone house with more privacy but when you’re in the pool, you’re right next to the other people in the pool. Other than that it was fabulous, and I’d stay there again!

We checked in with no electricity from 6pm until well after midnight the first night. The next night electricity went out a bit later but was out as well. We had to leave the trip 2 nights early as we couldn’t stay with no way to cool our food, shower, go to the bathroom, or see our kids. Stairs are abundant and with no lighting or way to charge a phone it became too hard for us. Supposedly the whole island has had this happening but this needs to be warned about due to families safety of no lights and stairs throughout the whole area. I’m sorry but it was not a place we could stay with 2 kids given the circumstances.

A great property at a reasonable price. It’s on the South side of the island so away from the North beach area that is so beautiful but busy. There is a construction project going on a couple of doors down, so if you like to sleep in, I’d recommend some ear plugs. I had texted the property manager a couple of times after our arrival but didn’t get a response, but that could just be due to different cell coverages there. We had them go to the grocery store before we arrived and that was awesome. Overall, I highly recommend.

Can't say enough about this property. We loved being away from the busy north side and was next to The Joint Reggae Bar 'n Grill where they serve a Marley $5 breakfast from 10-12 and we ate that each day before heading out to beach clubs mainly on south end. The music from the Joint was great that can hear from this place until 9 each evening. We went to the north side about 2 of the 7 days. Was great coming back to this place each night to hang in pool that changes colors and overlooks ocean. It is much bigger then pictures make this place look. Pool fit all 6 adults perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed. Provided beach towels and a maid came and cleaned and took out trash daily. Owner was responsive when booked and answered all of my questions. Property manager was great and was waiting for us with quac and chips when arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the property. Cold AC and no issues with water pressure or anything. Loved the big showers! There are lots of steps getting up to the property and some more to bedrooms but no big deal for us. Loved it and would stay again. :)

My family had an amazing time during our stay and would absolutely come again. The location was perfect for us- away from the busyness of the north end but close to great places to eat. We went to the Garrafon Beach club to snorkel most days and it was like a dream come true. Everyone is so friendly and I can't wait to go back.

We had a marvelous time. Views are amazing. House immaculate clean. Only issue I had was the music from the restaurant across the street was loud. My family enjoyed it, but as elderly it was too loud for me. Overall a marvelous experience. Highly recommend it.

The house is perfect for a group of friends because there is so much space and privacy. We each had our own bathroom connected to our spacious bedroom, and an extra one for public use by the living room. This house is a well-oiled machine. The daily cleaning service and the HUGE plate of guacamole upon arrival was just lovely. The music behind the house at The Joint might not be for everyone but we didn't mind at all. The bands are at least good, and they don't play too late into the night. The sunsets were dynamite, and being walking distance to morning coffee and Garrafon de Castilla was awesome. Way cheaper to snorkel here than at the other Garrafon up the road. You'll probably want a golf cart for your stay unless you don't plan on going far. Would definitely return!

Fabulous Property! The travel information (golf carts, transportation from airport to ferry and the ferry) was perfect. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 10- day stay! The views are breathtaking as presented in the photos. Daily service was superb! Conveniently located near Garrafon de Castilla, for the snorkelers in our group. The Joint across the street is wonderful! I would totally recommend. We greatly appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful home! My family is 6 adults and we were all comfortable and plenty of room. We ate across the street at “The Joint” everyday. I recommend this spacious home. Everything and everyone was accommodating to our needs!

Incredible Christmas vacation. The property has the most beautiful views on the island. Private pool was perfect for adults and children. This property is steps away from Garrifon snorkeling and steps away from “The Joint” (food and drinks) We recommend getting golf carts for the entire stay. We rented them for the week as soon as we stepped off the ferry. Omar was amazing and was waiting at the house for us with homemade guacamole and chips. Monica is great! She washed our swim clothes daily and is the kindest soul. We will be back and recommend this house for families and couples.

Our time on Isla was fantastic. The villa was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house is big enough you have to space but had plenty of gathering room as well.
The joint music is actually really convenient for background noise in the pool. We enjoyed Massages every morning and sunsets every night !
Stacy was what you hope for in a property manager and answered all my questions quickly. Our daily maid service was Perfect as well! No complains here !

We loved the location of this home. It was at the quiet end of the island. Easy to get around with golf cart. The snorkeling across from the home is wonderful. Loved the home but had a few problems with the water. You had to let the water run for at least 10 minutes before the hot water would come on and two times the water went out completely. We had to call the property manager to come fix it with a plumber. We were told the home needs a new pump. If that is taken care of it would be great. Only other things I would add would be more outdoor chairs not just loungers and more wine glasses. Two wine glasses is not enough for the rental. This rental has lots of stairs but worth it for the great views of the ocean and lights of Cancun.

We stayed here for a 4 night birthday trip and really enjoyed the place. Being on the south end I do recommend renting golf carts for the full time you’re there, it makes exploring much easier. Host and maid were great!

We had a great stay & highly recommend! Views for days! Location is great. It’s quiet yet close to everything you need. The 3 separate large bedrooms with each their own on-suite bathrooms was perfect for our group (3 couples)! Rooftop terrace is awesome and the pool was a big hit! Check in and communication with Stacy was smooth!

The view is amazing, the house is beautifully decorated and a great location. We were greater with guacamole, salsa and chips which a refreshing light snack after traveling. Would definitely stay here again

The location of this property was great, with beautiful views of the ocean. We spent time on the rooftop each morning and evening, enjoying the scenery. We loved being at the south end and so close to some great eating places. The beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Monica was wonderful each day with housekeeping and laundry, and Omar was helpful when we had minor pool and BBQ issues. Eric was great to communicate with leading up to our trip. Overall, we loved our stay!

We traveled to Isla to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. The location was perfect for walking to the Joint for breakfast or dinner. The kids snorkeled at Garrafon several times as we just walked down to the park. The house is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having space for everyone to spread out when it was time to relax. We have shared the property with several of our friends.

The most incredible stay and experience!!
This property and the overall experience was absolute perfection. Definitely book this place! I honestly can't say enough nice things about the owners and the incredible property manager, Stacy. They went above and beyond for our stay! We were visiting for my bachelorette party (5 girls), Stacy was in communications with one of the girls and helped to get decorations for the house that were so beautiful!! I was blown away. We also set up having groceries delivered and all of the companies the owner recommended were fantastic (golf cart rental, air port transportation, private dinner, swimming with whale sharks).
The house is breathtaking. The pictures don't do it justice. We also loved being on the south part of the island where you are away from the main crowds in the north but also have plenty of people, restaurants and beach clubs in the south to be self contained. We hung out at the beach club at the bottom of the house (Garrafon De Castilla) and also at Kin Ha. Getting around in a golf cart was so fun and easy. It was the best trip and I can't recommend this place enough.

The property was fantastic. Location was great. I liked being on the south side of the island. Seemed a lot more laid back than the North side. The view was incredible. Communication was easy. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The setup of the home was perfect for us! Beautiful views, quiet location, personal pool. The upstairs deck was a little weathered, but most of our time was spent by the pool, so it didn't matter to us at all. Stacy was great and very responsive to our needs. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus. We hope to be back soon!

Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!! The house was beautiful and PERFECT!!! Our 2nd time in Isla for my daughters HS Grad family trip. Waking up each morning to those beautiful views was amazing! Couldn't ask for anything better!! The house was cleaned daily which was so nice to come back to after a day out. We had no issues with the house! Stacy was so great answering any and all my questions to help us on our trip. We went to beach club right in front of home one day and it was nice! Great service and kids enjoyed the snorkeling there. It is a good drive into town when needed and things shut down early on this side of the island but we didn't mind it.

It is a home away from home with master suite style bathrooms for all rooms, a pool steps from your front door with a killer view, and a full kitchen with full size fridge. The recommendation to go to Chedraui (their Wal-Mart), by greeting host was well received and has everything you will need to help stock up your fridge or beach bag on your vacation. This home is across the street from “The Joint”, an awesome restaurant with a great vibe - personally our favorite restaurant of the week. The home is also within a short drive of a few beach clubs, one in particular that we loved and visited twice was Kinha. The North side, commercialized area is only 15-20 minutes by golf cart, so you are still close to shopping, the public beach, and tons of restaurants…..although our favorite restaurants were on the south side. We loved the home and loved the location and will definitely look to stay here again…..just as a bigger party reserving both sides of this duplex style home!
