The property owner, Shirley McMillan, has been a vrbo host since 2004. ***** Offering weekly rentals only Saturday arrival, departing the following Saturday. ***** Coastal Contemporary with the WOW effect - as a local resident, I personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance each Saturday, assuring you will be welcomed to a clean, well maintained and completely equipped vacation home. You deserve exceptional quality accommodations for your long awaited vacation and my southern hospitality is just waiting to greet you. ***** The decor is upscale with colors that are soothing to the senses and coastal contemporary in design. From the 6th floor private balcony, the view of the sugar white beach and blue gulf water is unobstructed to the east and west. The perfect place for a romantic dinner or just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the surf. ***** Beautiful ceramic tile flooring greets you at the door and flows on to the balcony. The bedroom has stylish vinyl plank flooring and shutters cover the double windows for that ultra beach effect. Custom made bedding is coordinated to flow with the contemporary design. ***** The living area is spacious and very comfortable including a sofa and recliner. The glass topped dining set, entertainment center and lighting are the perfect compliment to the room. ***** Free WIFI. ***** Beach chairs and umbrella rentals available on our beach March 1-October 31 ***** QUICK VIEW: ~ Gulf side pool (not heated), hot tub (heated), boardwalk with shower, pool side restrooms. ~ 2 elevators, luggage carts, gulf side grills. ~ Bedroom: Queen size bed. ~ 2 cabled TVs and a DVD player. ~ 1/2 Size Stacked Washer & Dryer. ~ Full size kitchen:dishwasher,stove/range,microwave,refrigerator. ~ Overly stocked with cooking & eating utensils, small appliances. ~ Iron, ironing board, vacuum, fully stocked utility closet. ~ Bed, bath & kitchen linens provided. ~ Free WIFI. ***** ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: ~ Offering Weekly Rentals Only - Sat arrival 4pm, depart following Sat 10am. ~ Maximum occupancy - 2 Adults. ~ Rental Contract, copy of driver's license and $200 reserve/security deposit required to complete reservation. ~ NO Smoking including balcony - This is a smoke free building.. ~ NO Pets - Strictly enforced by owner's association.

Satisfied with the condo. Easy access from airport. Parking and building access was convenient. Elevators to condo was easy and quick. Kitchen was well equipped, combined dining and living room was well furnished. View from balcony was fantastic. Bedroom and bathroom areas were good. Area was quiet at night resulting in a peaceful restful sleep. New mattress provided was comfortable. Did not use laundry, pool, hot tub or double bunk bed. Restaurants, groceries and entertainment close by. Would rent this condo again.

Shirley's condo is perfect for us. She has thought of everything we might need for our stay. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful. The view from the balcony is pretty amazing too. We hope to return in future years. Shirley is a wonderful host.

The condo was excellent. Very clean and well equipped. I love the artwork also. It is a little over a mile from the retail part of town and very quiet. The beach is beautiful and the hot tub is welcome on those chilly nights. The host was very approachable by email and genuinely seems to want to make your stay enjoyable. Small grocery to the west of the condo. Great week

Older but really nice and clean inside. Beautiful wide white sand beach. Excellent access to the ocean. Easy parking close to room. Within minutes of all the best restaurants and shopping.

Condo was perfect! Immaculate and right on the beautiful beach. Dolphins swimming by every day and the last day, a couple of them were doing flips out of the water.

This place was a slice of heaven. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The queen bed was very comfortable. It was located in the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation recharge. This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I to connect, relax and recharge together. I would definitely recommend this place and condo owner.

We have vacationed in Gulf Shores several times as well as Orange Beach, Fort Walton and Fort Morgan. We always seem to come back to Gulf Shores. This condo was a great location! It was easy to find, complete with a “short cut” provided by the owner to avoid some of the traffic. The condo was so clean! I appreciated that so much! Everything had a place and Shirley supplies details regarding the entire process—directions to the condo, how to check in, out, and everything in between. Renting from an owner gives you a personal touch, which was nice. She was a phone call or text away if we needed anything. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf in the evening. We loved our vacation to Gulf Shores! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our week in Gulf Shores. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean, well maintained and had everything we could of needed. The owner was very responsive and communicated with us to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Can’t wait to visit again!

I can’t rave enough about how beautiful this condo is! Lovely decor and perfect location within distance of anything you’d want to do in Gulf Shores. This is also a great place for viewing dolphins. We saw a dolphin jump straight into the air in front of the condo and saw them swimming several other times. Kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. Shirley is a great, helpful host. She is prompt to reply and supplies anything you could need in the condo. We will definitely be staying here on future Gulf Shores trips!

This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences. Shirley was great to work with. She kept us updated about our rental the entire time. Unit was spotless. Views were amazing. Complex was kept up very well. Can’t wait to come back.

Coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean, quiet inside in the midst of a storm, shelling after the storm, a resident osprey, families of pelicans flying by at 6th story eye-level view, laughing gulls, and a pod of 100 plus dolphins. What more could we ask for? When can we come back....
