There is a half bath on this floor and, most importantly, an oceanfront deck off the living room with a dining table for 6 and the walkway to the beach! A short walk down the walkway and you are in the sand! The top floor has an oceanfront master suite with a king bed, flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix) and private bath with shower. A door from the hallway leads to the 2nd story covered deck and on up to the rooftop deck for the best views of the ocean by day, stars by night. This is a great spot to catch the sunset and for stargazing at night! The other two bedrooms are also found on this level. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). The 3rd bedroom, or 'Bunk Room', is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds and a flat screen 'smart' TV (cable + Netflix). There is a full bath in the hallway serving these two bedrooms with a tub/shower. Other great features include a gas grill (located in carport) for grilling fresh local seafood or steaks. There is an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower in the carport - always fun to shower outdoors! There is also a hose at the end of the beach walkway for rinsing off the sand on your way in from a day relaxing and playing on the beach.
