Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Our family (husband and two adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Its listing is very clear and spot on. This place is perfect for a visit to Colorado Springs. Great location, it within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, centrally located to several area attractions such as Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for seven days the week of Thanksgiving. The property owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of amenities inside the unit, such as coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster oven, plenty utensils and cookware. The beds were all comfortable, there were plenty of clean linens for the bathrooms and on the beds. The fireplace was wonderful. The location to activities was the best. We will be back in the warmer months and will stay here again. We had two adults and three children (6,7 and 8).

The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained! It has all the amenities you would want in a home away from home. We loved our stay here. As a bonus, it is a great place to stay as a jumping off point to many of the activities in Colorado Springs.

Our VRBO was exactly as advertised! It couldn't have been a better location. The room arrangement was perfect and the decor was nicely done. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and it was just a short drive to the sites like, Garden of the Gods and the Pike Peak Cog Train ride. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The location of the property was so close to everything we wanted. Restaurants, shopping, gas, grocery store and so many things to see. We were in the heart of everything but was quite and relaxed. We had four adults and one elementary age child but never felt crowded. We would end the evening sitting by the fire. We absolutely enjoyed everything the property had to offer!!

The condo is nicely decorated, really clean, and so close to restaurants and shops in Old Colorado City. Also very close to the cog railroad for Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Has a cute patio for relaxing after a day hiking at Garden of the Gods.

This place is wonderful! It had everything we needed, was comfortable and the location was awesome! So many good restaurants within walking distance, We went to Garden of the Gods every day because it was such a short drive. Communication with the owners was great! Don’t hesitate on booking!

Townhouse was exactly as pictured. Very clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Location is ideal - walkable to shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City historic area and a short drive to many local sites in the Colo Springs and Manitou Springs areas. We did the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, hiked at Seven Falls and Garden of the Gods, toured Cave of the Winds, and explored the many shops and restaurants of Manitou Springs, all within about 10-15 min drive, and there were many more options if we'd had more time. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

The home was beautiful and ideal for myself and 4 teenagers. Was also equipped for families with small children. Old city was a 2 minute walk down the hill, easy access to ice cream, coffee, dinner and shopping. Pikes peak and Manitou incline were 15-20 drive, just a beautiful area. Only regret is that we did not plan to stay longer! Thank you .

This place was wonderful. Very modern and comfortable. The place had everything that we needed for our stay and was very close to the many attractions of Colorado Springs. Check in went smoothly and communication with the property manager was timely. Plenty of room at the house and it was very clean. There was a great view from the deck of the mountains.

Beautiful place to stay and very close (walkable - 1 block!) to all the downtown shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City. The place is updated nicely and has everything you need. Initially, I was a little worried the neighborhood, but it was fine. Thanks so much!

This property is absolutely in one of the most convenient parts of Colorado Springs if you are looking for a space that is close to attractions. Just a block away from shops and great restaurants and a very short drive to Garden of the Gods! Just as described and so very comfortable and clean! This was our first time in Colorado, we came to explore and to visit family. When I say this is the perfect place I mean It. The house was so easy to find, EXTREMELY CLEAN, and beautifully decorated. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants downtown and were super close to all the major Colorado Springs attractions. But even better than that was the view from the front porch. Simply breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spaces for multigenerational or mixed families. Used table on front porch for sunset dinners. Stocked kitchen allowed us to cook all meals. Great location - close to a park and a block away from cafes/restaurants/bars in Old CS.
