Great sunsets off deck, great location for relaxing.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, the rooms were spacious and the view was peaceful. The water bugs were annoying but the pros definitely outweighed the cons. I would be happy to visit again.

Our week was restful. There were several days of rain which was unfortunate. The condo was on the third floor which I did not realize based on the description. We killed several water bugs during our week. The place was clean enough but there were piles of sand on the side table and food on the floor in the kitchen and second bedroom. We very much enjoyed watching the birds come and go from the balcony. Probably will not return due to the 3 flights of stairs.

Awesome views of the Intercoastal and great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will look forward to possibly rebooking there again next summer!

I messaged property manager regarding large mirror falling off wall in living room just days after arriving, was told someone would come out and look at it but no one ever showed up so we were unable to use the living room area due to safety reasons. There were cockroaches running all over condo, inside and out. Very disappointed considering what I paid to stay there

This is our third stay at Cordgrass and second in this unit. We love this quiet condo community and feel this unit has the best view of the estuary. The place is very clean and well maintained. The only reason I did give 5 stars is because the decor are is dark and dated. It would be nice to have lighter colors and more of a beach feel. We really appreciate the bikes, chairs and electric grill available here. Great family vacation here!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo being a few minute walk to the beach. The sunsets were amazing! The pictures don’t do the condo justice! It was very spacious and clean. We had a couple of unique hiccups but they didn’t take away from our time. My husband’s only complaint was the new king bed mattress was noisy and his feet were off the end of it which is unusual for the size of the bed. Otherwise, we have no complaints and would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing week in July with our sons, their wives and our grandchildren. Priceless shrimp dinners on the deck with breathtaking sunsets, swimming in the pool, tennis and beach whenever it worked for each family. Thank you for this place that has had such an important part in our family memories. Tara was so responsive and helpful, the new mattress in the master bedroom assured restful nights, just terrific.

The property was clean and linens were provided as advertised. Tara, the property manager, was responsive and pleasant to interact with. We were able to park both cars in front of the condo's garage, but if we had needed another space it would have been tough to find due to ongoing construction trucks, dumpster, trailer taking up spots in the parking lot. I suspect that will be short term, but ended up not being a problem for us. The view from the condo was amazing and we had a very enjoyable experience.

View of the Marsh was relaxing. The common area furnishings are above average. The beds are not great. The location is quiet.

Upon arrival, we were overwhelmed with the beautiful view out the front windows. The unit was clean and fully stocked. It was so nice to be able to crawl into bed after a long day. Just an FYI, guests need to stop and buy a back of ice before checking in. The water in this area does not taste good and certainly wouldn't make great ice cubes. So the water and ice dispenser in the door is disconnected. There is an explanation about the water, but as a guest arriving, it might be worth the knowledge ahead of time. Tara was very responsive to any questions that we had and I'm sure she will be the same way with other guests. We certainly will be coming back! Kathy Smith Mint Hill, NC

We had a great stay. Condo was lovely and very clean.

4th visit to Wrightsville Beach, first time here. Beach access is directly across the street. This was the first time we rented across the street and actually preferred it over Oceanside. Quieter. Condo was neat, clean and comfortable and was stocked with all the essentials for our long weekend so all we needed to add was groceries. Kids took advantage of the bikes and pool. Parking was hassle free right underneath the building. Good sized covered deck both front and back. We were here for a wedding so there were many groups from out of town scattered up and down the beach. We had one geek in the party who visited everyone’s condo and reported that we had one of the better places. Thanks to Tara for promptly bringing extra towels when we figured out the standard issue wasn’t enough for our teenagers lust for multiple showers. All in, a successful weekend.

I am not verbose, what I said above says it all. I also wrote comments in the diary on the kitchen counter in the unit.

Some friends and I stayed for two weeks at this property. It was wonderful. We loved being on the sound/marsh side of the beach. There is a beautiful view of the marsh from the patio in the condo and the sunsets are wonderful. The Condo was just as advertised and very comfortable. There were a few minor things that needed to be taken care of in the beginning and Tara was very responsive to make sure those things were handled. We loved the easy access to the ocean and the pool. The people we met in the condo association were very nice. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Great location with views of inlet and beach

The condo at Wrightsville Beach was everything we had hoped for. It was spacious, clean and had all the confidence of home. The pool was very close and the beach access was across the street. I would highly recommend this rental. We had 5 adults and 1 child, there was plenty of room. We will likely stay again.

Perfect for our girls weekend getaway!
