The 5 bedrooms in this spacious rental include a grand master suite with an extra large bath tub and steam shower, a junior suite on the ground level, perfect for any mobility-impaired guests, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bunk room with three twin beds and a trundle, plus a Queen size pull-out couch in the smaller living room. The house is on the town's bike path, and a stone's throw from the free bus to the slopes and downtown. It is walking distance to miles of hiking trails. No need to drive to a trailhead! You are minutes from enjoying all Sun Valley has to offer. After a long day on the slopes come home and relax in the 16-person in-ground hot tub, or the indoor sauna. We had such an amazing time staying in this beautiful and HUGE home for a week long ski trip. Even with 14 people there was ample space to hang, including in the hot tub! Never seen a hot tub like this in my life - it’s worth the trip to Idaho alone. Our group also enjoyed having the large and well appointed kitchen for group meals after a day on the slopes. If you are a large group taking a trip to Sun Valley, just book this place already.

We are a family of introverts who love to be together, but also need time to be alone. This house was perfect for that. There were rooms that we could gather together as a big group of 13 and enjoy each other‘s company. But then when we needed to re-energize, we could retreat back to our private rooms when needed. I know some reviews used terms like quirkiness or unique to describe the floor plan layout, but don’t be put off by that… it’s all in a good way! Everyone in our group was comfortable and had a great time!! We made some lifelong wonderful memories here.
Everything you could possibly need was provided. And the owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and during our stay. They were wonderful!! we are already planning our next trip back to this lovely home in Our Happy Place., Sun Valley, ID.

Home is lovely and spacious. We celebrated a big birthday with a group of 10. The kitchen is large and well stocked. There is plenty of seating. The hot tub was a treat after a long day at the Trailing of the Sheep Festival.

From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. The amenities were top-notch - the hot tub, steam shower, and sauna were an absolute dream after long days of wedding preparation.
One of the highlights for us was the fact that every member of our group had their own room and bathroom. This made getting ready for the wedding festivities a breeze and allowed us all to have our own space to relax and unwind.
The home was beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed many meals together in the spacious dining area.
The location in Sun Valley was perfect for our needs, and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process seamless.
Thank you for helping make our daughter's wedding weekend even more special. We can't recommend this VRBO property enough and would love to return for another stay in the future! 😊🏡🌟

Such a fun, quirky house with delightful furniture here and there. Big enough to spread out as well as gather as a group. The kitchen was well equipped and could seat all 10 of us. Owners were responsive and helpful. Property was beautiful. We highly recommend this house!

The place was great for our group of bikers, hikers, boaters, and fishermen. Brad and Susan were fantastic to work with and we will definitely be back.

Loved it. When we booked it the had pet friendly. However we were never asked if we had a dog coming. I am a 5 star vrbo guy and would never try to sneak our dog in. No mention to us of where the dog should stay. When our dog found mice poison in the living room we had a discussion with the host. All is good now

The layout of the house had two separate upstairs which worked well for dividing the families with infants from those without. Location was fantastic and Brad was easy to reach by phone. We would book again so these are things I wish I'd known in preparation for visit:
1) Kitchen was super well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, spices, and aluminum foil + saran wrap, however there are no tupperware, Ziplock bags, or cooking oils.
2) A few adults in our group slipped while going down the spiral staircase so it helps to have one hand free to hold the bannister near the bottom.
3) Dogs are not permitted in bedrooms.
The price and space was a huge value for the area! We enjoyed the multiple dining areas and sauna during our stay.

Perfect house for our group of 12. Spacious, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed evening meals outside and congregating in the hot tub. The house was well furnished to meet all of our needs. It is conveniently located on a quiet street where you are close to town and ski slopes. We plan on returning for another family gathering.

This was our first time in Sun Valley and we loved it! The location of this house is amazing, close to the bus line and town. The house is even better than the photos, the hot tub was wonderful and the heated floors made it extra comfy. We will be back!

Honestly the place is a lot bigger and nicer than in the pictures. We were really surprised about size. It's not ski in-and-out But very quick and comfortable ride with the shuttle to the slopes. It's rear where you can get sauna Very big and hot Jacuzzi Pretty good pool table, And so many beds to sleep. Thank you very much.

This lovely property was full of surprises everywhere. We turned! If you love, antiques, and beautiful decor, and also comfort them like this home! We Especially appreciated, the huge hot tub, the pool table, and the large French country style kitchen! The owners of this home certainly care about providing a lovely atmosphere and experience. Our family of 11 had a great time!

The house fit our needs very well. Worked for a whole range of ages. The hot tub was a big hit. We were there during a hot spell and there were not enough fans to make sleeping comfortable as most of the beds were upstairs. Something to consider as more hot days are likely in our future. The courtyard was lovely and a great place to hangout. Close to bus line which was a fun way to travel to town. Over all a great place for a large group!

The house was spacious and well accommodated our family. The kitchen is remarkable. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the inner patio - most of our meals were taken there. The teenaged grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub.

Awesome house and location
House was perfect for our group. Even better than expected from the listing. There is ample outdoor space in the backyard, huge hot tub, lots of sleeping options. The shuttle into town makes it super easy to get around.
Susan went out of her way to make our stay stress free and easy.
