Location was perfect for The Marketplace Theatre. Lots of rooms and excellent value for money.

The property was in such close proximity to local shops, bars and restaurants.

Lovely apartment, mega noise in front bedroom from traffic which was the nicest room but unfortunately we couldn't sleep in it. Everything was fabulous

Excellent central location, very clean, beautiful apartment with super helpful and friendly host. This place was better than the hotels in Armagh and far more affordable. 100% recommend!

Bedrooms clean and tidy, location was good for what we needed
Never knew it was on main road, very noisy, couldn't open window in one of the bedrooms, lack of essential items, eg, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, we had to clean the grill pan of the cooker before we used it,

Great location,very clean ,provides towels hand soap toilet roll ,washing up liquid etc even dishwasher tablets
2nd time staying here in a 4 month period .
Highly recommended perfect for my family and me .

Location is good and only a short walk from Armagh city centre
Road outside was noisy at time and the toilet push flush button was not really working!

The Gem is convenient and a nice central place to stay. The owner is contactable and replies in good time if you have any questions.
Overall a nice place that we would stay in again.
The sofa was not comfortable and the cleanliness was ok but when sofas were moved needed cleaning underneath. The bedroom on the top floor needed dusting. Could do with a freshen up and re-painting.

Road noise in front 2 bedrooms. Very thin curtains in front bedroom & broken blind. In the hallway, an unpleasant smell was present, could not determine where this was coming from.

the location was brilliant and is in walking distance to everywhere in Armagh!
lack of bin and recycling facilities was the only area of improvement! Leonne was fab and super helpful and quick to respond! thanks so much :)

Spacious, clean and all amenities are included. Everything was perfect except the extreme strong odour of damp.
Extreme offensive damp odour throughout. Very noticeable when you first enter. Carpeted stairs leading up are stained. Had to buy a candle
To Help Alleviate odour.
