I checked out earlier because i did not have linen change and even no clean bath towel.

The staff were very polite and helpful.

I did not receive housekeeping for 4 days

I reserved for a room the same day. Called in a few hours to see if its ready. Apparently they didn’t see my booking request and they were no rooms left. It would have been nice to call me asap and let me know they were no rooms left.

Excellent customer service

The staff is incredible. Excellent customer service. Very spacious. Very clean.

The road leading to the place is terrible. I know it is the government responsibility, and I feel badly for the owner because he would be getting a lot more customers if the road was even halfway decent.

The coffee was great. The one receptionist tried to salvage the situation and do what he could to make the stay comfortable.

I felt that there was misrepresentation. The location, the pictures. We used the shuttle service the one night and we had to wait a long time for the driver to fetch us.

Hotel on a Red Hill

Nice staff, big breakfasts, nice view of Kampala

Long time for food to arrive, cash only accepted to pay, hotel is in the middle of no where up a hard to reach mountain

not so bad but they have to improve

The rooms are spacious

The location. The living room couch is dirty .

The place looks nice but the service is poor and the whole experience was really not good at all

The breakfast is basic but ok. the room is ok with a comfortable bed and a good size, the wifi is excellent

The rooms are ok however the bathroom was outside not really ensuite, basic things like toiletries were missing and I had to request for them, one of the bathrooms didn't have hot water and on my last day water run out completely. The road to the place is horrible granted its not their fault but something to be aware of. The staff cleared the dishes and just left them on the sink unwashed I just couldn't understand the logic at all.

Your place is very dirty I had a very horrible experiance I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Some of your staff members are good people and security they value the clients

The television was not working the entire time I was there you did not pay your DSTV subscription The door could not close The house was extremely dirty You did not change bedding sheets and towels It was very noisy, the money which was quoted for booking was different from the money I was expected to pay upon my arrival I was expected to pay $280 instead of the $270 I was quoted for and they did not want payment with spot rate they had their own rate which was more than the current USD to UGX exchange rate What you claim to offer and what you deliver is completely different I want a refund of my money

The apartment were spacious, staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, everything was close to perfect.

The road leading to the apartment is sooooo bad. That was the worst I have ever had to travel on.

It declined..

The employee how he worked, apologised and friendly he remained.

On arrival the room wasn't clean. They cleaned when i was there. The breakfast wasn't like last time. No fruits, no juice. Only omelet with milk.

The friendlynes of the employees.

The road, location was wrong on google maps. The mosque was seriously disturbing even i couldnt hear the tv while it was loud.
