The minute you walk through the front door, your cares will melt away as you take in the up-graded furnishings and finishes of this beautiful home. All new flooring with NO carpeting anywhere! Sit out on the expansive front deck and relax with a cold one as you watch the boats travel on the Santa Rosa Sound. Sip a nightcap at days end and view the magnificent sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for. Just 700' to the gulf waters out the back where you will practically have the beach to yourself! The open floor plan includes a fully stocked, well equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry ,a breakfast bar seating 4 and dining area that seats 6. The large great room features a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests, flat screen tv and a full house stereo system. Wake up in your king-sized primary suite to magnificent water views. The en suite bathroom is pure luxury, featuring double sinks, large freestanding jetted tub with body wand and chromatherapy bulbs, and separate large walk-in shower with body jets. The second queen-sized bedroom has a private bathroom and sleeps 2 more. After a day on the beach, rinse off in your outdoor shower and grill (charcoal) in the covered area under the house. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. Escape to your own private island when you cross the bridge into paradise and feel like a real castaway at Castaway Cove! We had a great stay. Excellent location, very clean and well organized. The house had everything we needed. Very nice and comfortable stay here. The only thing that could be better was, the floors were sticky throughout the house. It was unpleasant to walk on barefoot, but this could just have been a type of floor cleaning product. Nothing that would stop us from staying here again. We will definitely be back!

We had the BEST time in this beach house! The decor was beautiful. The location was perfectly situated between the bay and the beach on a quiet road that was perfect for walking! Every little need was thought of and wonderfully prepared. There are two beach access points to this location that are both easy to get to.We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back to this house!

We had never been to Navarre Beach but after this trip we may never visit any other beach. What a fun and relaxing environment. The house was amazing. Perfect for just the two of us with enough room for our grandkids who live nearby to spend a day and night with us. The dedicated bike path was wonderful and we felt very comfortable riding in the neighborhood too. We played golf two days at two separate courses and both were great. It’s the first time I’ve ever heard my husband say he was sorry our vacation was coming to an end and he wished we could stay longer.

We had the best time. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and in the hammock. The short walk to is so worth it. During June , the beaches were not crowded at all and the water is breathtaking. If you want a calm peaceful vacation this is it.

Everything about this property was Amazing. There was everything there you need to stay besides your food and basic needs. You had a view of the Sound from the porch and a slight view of the Ocean from the kitchen window!! This property was clean and such a quiet area!! We can't wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Castaway Cove. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It was an easy walk to the beach. The only downside was all the construction going on around us. We were awaken one morning at 6 am to the beeping and squeaking of heavy machinery. There is a lot of construction all over the island so this is not a problem unique to this location. I would recommend this property.

This property provided a warm and sunny vacation. The location is central to many activities. Beaches are spectacular. Miles of walking paths or on the beach. Would use this property manager again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Such a short walk to the beach. The view of the bay was great. Lots of construction going on around us but that’s to be expected.

Our stay at Castaway Cove was great. We arrived just a little earlier than check-in time, but were able to get in to the rental just a short time later. Lisa walked me through the property and answered all my questions, and she also gave me some information about the area, too. The property was neat, clean, and amply furnished. My family and I quickly felt at home. We would definitely consider staying at Castaway Cove again sometime, and would recommend the property to friends or relatives. We had a little trouble with getting on the WIFI at first, but the folks at Blue Moon Vacation Rentals helped us ASAP. We enjoyed spending time at the beach, which was within a very short distance of the property. My husband and I also enjoyed running in the neighborhood. Navarre Beach is a beautiful area and less commercialized than some of its neighbors, but there are still stores and restaurants within an easy distance of this property.

Pretty updated interior. Location was Ok. We were not able to get Internet service while we were there, even after many visits from the company's service man, this was important to my business! Also Blue Moon personnel said that we had ROKU tv in both bedrooms. Apparently that's not the case. Took 2 days to get standard TV service in bedrooms. Thank goodness we had TV service (poor) in Living Room. I do compliment the management for trying to rectify the problems. They did resond quickly. Better than most.

The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. During our stay it was quite windy and in the evening we could hear the neighbors wind chimes all night long, other than that the stay at this location was great. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to have a nice time and accommodation with little or less commercial traffic. Beaches were fantastic! And walking distance away from the house.

The Blue Moon staff were excellent prior and during our stay. House was spotless and in excellent condition. No issues at all. Bluemoon was great VRBO was great.
All that being said… Our family has been coming to Navarre annually/semi-annually for 15yrs. We were always accustomed to the weekend crowds and traffic that disappears during the quiet week- not anymore. Island population seems to be doubled, traffic, crowds, construction and no enforcement of the posted speed limit (so much for running, biking, skating safely). Island census seems to have doubled since our last trip. It’s sad to feel like this quiet little island is no longer a secret - the solitude and quiet we enjoyed may have to be found elsewhere. It’s definitely not Destin or Pensacola yet-but it’s definitely not the Navarre of years past either. If you’ve never been before it’s a great place, you’ll have a great time and you wouldn’t understand - if you’re a frequent vacationer here or a local you’ll totally understand.

Castaway Cove is a beautiful home in a great location. It was everything they said it was. The one issue we had was addressed and fixed within an hour. Property management was extremely fast in responding to any communication I sent. I would highly recommend it and would love to come stay again.
