Wonderfull View but awfull comfort and poor cleanliness

The Wonder full View on the Nile and the pyramids, from the big terrasse.

Globally, the appartment was really dirty, hairs on the various beds, the kitchen not clean at all with greasy fournitures. The equipments specified in the description of the appartment were either missing (Iron board) or broken (Iron), and one of the bed matress was also broken (we had to fix it). The showers were really not practical to use because there were no cabinets to protect the rest of the bathroom (including the toilets ) from being completly flooded after each shower. And the noise was a nightmare, because all the bedrooms have direct view to the Nile, buy also directly on the 24 hours a day trafic jam ! This wouldn't have been an issue if the windows were correctly insolated from the noise.

Exceptional

Our time in this flat was incredibe. The flat is located in Maadi which is one of the coolest neighborhoods in Cairo. The flat had all the necessary facilities. The owner of the house is a very nice and respectful person, he was willing to respond to my questions regardless the time. I would highly recommend this place.

Helpful staff, specially Mustafa who arranged our check in and out. The view is very nice over the nile. Plenty of space.

Apartment is a bit dusty and not very clean. Beds rather hard. Location is okay but for maadi center a taxi is needed.

Nothing the place was disgusting, i arrived midnight and left 5 minutes after. Trash at the door, stains on the bed. Was horrible

Neat little apartment on the NIle

We got lucky having one day where the pollution was not so bad and we could see pyramids in all directions from the balcony. Really neat perspective to see them on the horizon across from the Nile. Lots of space in the apartment and nice large balcony. Owner was reachable and provided lots of information before arrival.

I would suggest providing a top sheet for the beds. The blanket provided in master bedroom clearly had not been cleaned between guests. Building where apartment is located is a bit run down.

Exceptional

The view of the nile from the large balcony is spectacular, you can see the pyramids from it!! The location is ideal to explore cairo with easy access to public transport, short walk to the metro. The apartment is large and beautiful inside and has everything that you might need. Would definitely use again next time we go to cairo. Also Nabil the property owner is super helpful and very quick at responding back to any questions asked, before, during or after the trip. My son forgot his ipad at the property when we left but we contacted Nabil and he was able to get in touch with his cleaning service team and they found it and we were able to get back. So superb service!

Nothing, I only wish that we were able to stay longer.

It was amazing experience and I am willing to repeat it many times to come.

The location of the apartment is cool, the view and the space of it. Moreover the classic style of the furniture is amazing.

It wasn't clean enough, also some of the bedroom cupboards were broken.

the worst ever! don’t even consider it

this is the worst experience in my life. this property shouldn’t be on any platform. the host is not equipped in any way to receive people, he reflects badly on the image of tourism in Egypt. I feel my money was completely wasted. the apartment and the building are filthy. the furniture and beds are completely uncomfortable. the host is a thief because he has no qualms charging for a time that was not spent in the property, he shouldn’t be in the hospitality business, he literally left us in the streets in the middle of the night and stripped us in the key. we are work colleagues and he insisted that we are unmarried colleagues sharing accommodation and since he is the king of morality he wouldn’t allow it

False Advertising

heater blinds price

location (wrong location advertised) washrooms are horrible beds are not comfortable as advertised one room the window won't shut properly, hence was too noisy to sleep in. Elevator is extremely dangerous as it has no door, you will be facing walls and children and adults alike could be hurt. some uncovered electric wires

Lovely place to stay with beautiful views of the Nile

We only stayed one night and arrived late but everything worked like clockwork. Communication was great and the property manager kept in touch with us throughout our journey there to ensure that we were okay. This was very much appreciated.

There was nothing that we didn't like about this property. Arriving to friendly faces and a warm bed after a long frustrating day was a very welcome experience. We would happily stay here again. Thanks for an easy and happy experience.

Everything. A very nice location, stylishly furnished, very friendly and prompt host to all our needs. I recommend for family or group, it has 3 bedrooms and a very large living room. Excellent!

The view from the balcony is beautiful.

The building is hopefully being renovated.Outside the flat is building rubble. The noise level on the balcony is terrible. Inside the block its like a building site. There are no knives in the kitchen,few forks and 1 spoon.

Great stay for family

The apartment was great and comfortable. The host was very hospitable and if we needed anything he was always available through WhatsApp. My family enjoyed a great stay there and we had all the facilities that we needed.

The only thing you can say didn't like is maybe location a little bit of a far walk to main corniche area.
