Located on a quiet, private road, this house offers 4 bedrooms, a living room and a very specious and open kitchen and eating area, enough room to accoomodate family and friends. Our home, with 75' of pristine Canandaigua Lake Frontage has all the modern conveniences you want, including central air, laundry facilities and is only 5 minutes away from all amenities and all of your shopping needs. The water depth at the seawall is one foot dropping gradually off to the end of the dock with about five plus feet. It's ideal for kids all ages to swim, snorkel or just sit in the water. The dock comes with an 6000lbs lifting capacity electric boat hoist, without canopy cover and a 1200lbs capacity PWC lift with handwheel. All of our interior is newly furnished. The first floor includes a full bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, modern and bright kitchen with its breakfast bar seating six, the living room and the dining area are overlooking the lake. From the dining area you step out on the covered porch which invites you to relax on one of the comfortable chairs. The second floor has four bedrooms.
