We can only book weeks 9-43 and week 47. Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas is across the street from famed Broadway at the Beach, so is just one mile from the ocean. Whether you have a passion for fishing, golf, tennis or antique shopping, you'll find it all in Myrtle Beach. After a sunny afternoon on the beach or a day of thrills at an amusement park, you can come home to Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas. Relax inside your spacious one- or two-bedroom vacation villa, take a soothing soak in the whirlpool, or enjoy a leisurely meal on your private patio or balcony (in some units). Experience all of the amenities of a first-class resort. In addition to the features & amenities listed below, the resort also features sand volleyball and shuffleboard courts, tennis and basketball courts, a poolside bar & grill, 24-hour front-desk and security, a children's pool with interactive fountains. There's even a 250-foot lazy river and 9-hole putt-putt golf course. It's all here for your pleasure. Sheraton Broadway Plantation offers flexibility. Vacation in a luxurious one- or two-bedroom vacation villa with gourmet kitchens and spacious living areas. Either way, there's plenty of room in your vacation home away from home. Seasonal Splash Cove/Pool Bar Closures: September - May Splash Cove and the pool bar at the resort are open seasonally. Splash Cove closes after Labor Day and the pool bar closes at the end of September. Both reopen by May (weather permitting). All other amenities at the resort are open for guest use year-round. Two Bedroom Villa: 1030 square feet; king bed in master bedroom; two double beds in second bedroom; whirlpool bath in master bathroom; clock radios and hair dryers in both bedrooms; separate living area with queen sofa bed; ceiling fan in living room; three color TV's; stereo entertainment center with CD player; dining area with seating for six; breakfast bar with seating for two; fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator (and icemaker), dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, toaster, disposal, coffee maker and blender; washer and dryer; patio/balcony; in-room safe. Sleeps 8. Guests may be upgraded to the larger two bedroom lockoff unit, which is a one bedroom premium villa connected to a one bedroom villa. This unit has a king bed, queen bed, two sofa beds, two full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas and two W/D! Both units sleep 8. Please note: we are PRIVATE timeshare owners. You do not need to own anything to rent our condos, and do not have to attend ANY timeshare presentations!

Third trip. Condo very clean. Hallways and porch not clean. No recognition of July 4th! Fire alarm beeped-called-no one came. Our door was hard to close and latch. Pools are great! Kids loved that! Outside area not cleaned nightly. Overall happy!

We travel to Myrtle Beach several times a year for our daughter's dance competitions. This location is our preferred location due to it's convenient location within walking distance of Broadway at the Beach and 2 minutes to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The staff at the hotel are always friendly. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the pool area is one of the best in Myrtle Beach. The check in process can be slow on Saturday and Sunday, but that does not reflect the owner of the property. Overall, it is a lovely resort and would stay here again. Owner had great communication and promptly responded to a question I had shortly after booking.
