The fixtures and furnishings were tasteful and high-quality. The log burner was magnificent and the sofas were so comfortable The bedding and towels were luxurious Beautiful crockery, cutlery and selection of glasses. A fantastic location for beach walks, footpaths to Thorpeness and Snape. We didn’t use our car once. There was an excellent supermarket just over the road, and a pub! The local shops, pubs and restaurants are all delightful and less than five minutes walk We cannot fault this cottage in any respects. The owners obviously use it as there are so many little touches and extras that you would only have if you sometimes live there yourself I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, or your company, to other people. We use Isle of Wight Hideaways to rent out our holiday cottage on the island. It was very interesting staying in a Suffolk hideaways cottage and being on the other end of the relationship!

I would say we didn’t like this .... but it would be nice to have some proper pint glasses for beer / real ale And a tea cosy and apron

Great cottage and easy walking distance to Aldeburgh high street. Warm and really comfortable space despite it being freezing outside. Lots of attention to detail and good quality kitchen ware. It was great to have all the utensils we needed to cook.

We had a wonderful stay at Number 22, we just wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house is decorated to a very high standard with everything you could need. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t do any cooking. As it’s nearly Christmas the house had some tasteful decorations up, which made the lounge feel very cosy, especially with the log burner on. Master bedroom was very comfortable and the bath sheets were so soft & fluffy. Great amenities nearby, pub opposite (30 second walk), Tesco & Co-op just round the corner (2 minute walk). Would definitely recommend a visit here. Beach nearby & town centre not far either.
