Welcome to Playa Rana, home of the finest properties right here in the heart of Virginia Beach. This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV in every room, washer and dryer. ****ALL LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE RENTAL!!!**** There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and coded access. Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located half a block from the condo for all of your shopping needs. Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, separate full bathroom, vanity with a mirror, TV and Wi-Fi DVD player, closet with washer and dryer as well as wooden dresser with night stands and lamps. Second bedroom offers a brand new bunk bed, with twin bed on top and double bed on the bottom, flat screen TV, closet and a desk. Great room offers a nice smart flat screen TV (with You Tube), DVD/VHS player, sofa that converts to a queen size bed, leather euro lounger that converts into a couch or a bed, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to the balcony for you to enjoy the sun set and palm trees. You will absolutely enjoy your beach experience at this beautiful luxury condo for its safety, amazing location and home like atmosphere. We stayed here for a family vacation here in Virginia Beach. We had the best time. The place was fantastic. The pool was key! My kids went swimming everyday! We even used the grill during a pool day! I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean, and fit my family just nicely! The rooms were big and laundry was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a family of 6 older adults. Simone was a wonderful host. We were informed when we arrived that the washer was not working but a new system was replaced within a couple days of days. The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. I am so thankful there was an elevator since during the latter part of my stay I had a fall and sprained my foot while we were walking at Beach Street. The communication with Simone was excellent.

This is our third time staying in this building and we very much enjoyed this stay. The layout is perfect for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bedrooms were very well-appointed. The location is great--close to the beach (with 2 parking spots!) and across the street from a grocery store. It's also on the side of the building with a ramp and elevator. I highly recommend this condo--you won't be disappointed!

Host Simone was easy to get in touch with, and took care of everything extra that we wanted. Nice condo. Walking distance to Resturants, nice grocery store a across from the condo.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to ocean, stores, restaurants and groceries. Pool is a little small but nice. Condo was nice. We had to buy more toliet paper, trash bags and a can opener. Went to use washer and it still had dirty linen in it. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Virginia beach

Super location close to beach, grocery and restaurants. Can easily walk to all! Listing is exactly as described. Contact with owner was easy and timely. I liked that I could change the door code to what I wanted after check in.

The condo was clean and tidy; the master bed was comfortable; the wifi was nice and speedy; the balcony has comfortable seating; and everything needed for home away from home is provided. Keyless entry with personalizable PIN was convenient and covid-friendly. Just some minor items to consider: the main living room sofa is somewhat low and a bit soft; the main TV's position in the corner of the living room makes it a little awkward to watch; the dishwasher requires some fiddling with the buttons to get it to work (at least for us); and the corkscrew lacks the cross-piece to provide leverage. However, these are but minor issues that detract little from a renter's enjoyment of the condo.

Every thing was great!
Everything was great! Check in easy and the best ever. Condo was equipped good. Only suggestion would be to add some extra dish cloths and dish towels! We will stay again. Thanks!
