Property was very clean and spacious for our party of 15. 11 Adults and four children - ages 2 to 10. We had room to spread out and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Plenty of parking to accommodate our multi-family gathering (we had six cars between us). The kids even braved the pool once or twice. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of hot water, pillows and towels for our group. We did not make it to the clubhouse this trip but hear it is fabulous. We all felt safe and secure in this gated community. While the home interior design did not match the photos in the listing, it was comfortable and functional enough. We were very pleased with the VRBO rental house. The price was unbelievable, the house was clean and welcoming, very comfortable and stylish furnishings. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which I advise anyone to do. We also paid extra for the propane BBQ grill, which came in very handy for cooking quick meals. This property came with a community pool/lazy river that was no extra charge to use and we used it on our down days from the parks (note: if you want tubes you can bring them with you or purchase them there. Also bring your own towels with you to the community pool.) Location of house to the parks within a half hour and very close to stores (Walmart, aldis, etc) Communication with the owners was great. Would definitely rent this property again.

The house is big and has 8 bedrooms, pool, etc. We enjoyed our stay. The home is not decorated as pictured, many of the amenities/decor in the photo were not there on arrival. The house was clean, but looked bare when compared to the photo. The host was easy to communicate with. It would have been nice to have a welcome package/guide to the property -not just posters on walls.

This was a beautiful home! It accommodated all 18 of my guests. We loved the location, the splash pad and the community. April was easy to communicate with and get in touch with during our stay and this is someplace we would definitely stay again!

The property was good just didn’t get the check in information until about 2 hours before we were supposed to check in. Everything was 75 more dollars. Should get a heated pool and hot tub for the price we payed. Would recommend staying at the property. Just be careful and read all the extra charges that you can accrue

Very spacious. Photos matched the house. Great Location. Pool was excellent. The host was very responsive. The appearance, cleanliness, comfort and its location made traveling, shopping and vacationing with the family an enjoyable experience. We will most definitely stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It seems the photos were taken a while ago. One of the reasons we chose this property was because of the carpeting (cuts down on noise and echoing when in a large home with 17 people). However, the carpeting had been removed. The furniture was ok, but not as nice as in the photos. The house itself is very well laid out, lots of space, it never felt crowded. The pool was warm without paying extra for heat. A few of the screens were damaged (not fully attached), we worried about mosquitos in the evening, but there was a nice breeze so we didn't have to deal with any mosquitos. It would be nice if there were a few basic items included (like salt and pepper, coffee, etc). We stay at a lot of VRBO properties & this is the first one that didn't include a nice welcome basket with goodies & basic cleaning supplies, paper supplies, & hygiene items. For the price, they really should include more items, it would not cost them much. It was also a little weird how they had signs everywhere "warning" tenants about fees they would charge for every little thing. Like, if the toilet gets clogged, you will be charged a plumber fee, if you put cardboard boxes in the garbage can without bagging them, you will be charged $75 fee, etc..... It is a little offensive. It made us afraid to touch anything lol. I think the owners/property management co. should remove all the threatening signs. It really takes away from the enjoyment and relaxation of the home.

Pool was good as well as the community center only suggestion is to have some kitchen basic ie salt and pepper and garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent
Overall a wonderful experience and memories for all of us!!

Overall this trip was very good. Most VRBOs that we have been to have had some basic spices, condiments left over from previous vacationers. Although not a big deal, this place was empty with no laundry pods and little in terms of dishwasher and washing soap. This was the only annoying thing otherwise communication was excellent and it was a very good property. Thank you again to the owners that allowed us to check in and out on a Friday to Friday stay.

The property is spacious big enough for a large family. The listing indicated 4 en suites but truly only has 3 bedrooms with its own bathroom. The remaining bedrooms have to share. The property wasn’t clean to our standards, bathroom showers were not clean, rugs are stained, floors aren’t clean. Overall the property needs a deep cleaning and replacement of kitchen pots/pans. We paid for heated pool and was not warned pool would not heat when weather was below 55. After multiple calls to the maintenance number someone finally came out but rudely responded that he couldn’t do anything and left. The pool did not heat until the weather was above 75. Had I known this I wouldn’t have paid for pool heat. The property is not located in the same subdivision as the clubhouse. The subdivision is gated but you don’t need a code to come in, hence anyone can drive in. Overall great location to Disney area but I wouldn’t stay there again.

My wife, two children and I very much enjoyed this property. The photos are accurate and the property is equally as beautiful in person. We appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that was put into the kitchen and everything made available to you from the blender to the keurig to the stylish plate and bowl sets.
I prefer to rent properties with much more space than what is needed as our both our children are under the age of two. So while we all slept in the master bedroom together, the amount of bedrooms and baths in this house was impressive!
My two year old very much enjoyed hiding in all of the cupboards as much as he enjoyed playing in the pool. We opted for the pool to be heated and it was a pleasant temperature throughout our stay.
The neighborhood community itself was very quiet with no unwanted interference. The community center was great! Although I would have loved to enjoy the heated lazy river solo, it was still a lot of fun walking it with the little one. As a bonus, the frozen yogurt serving robot was delicious lol. The children's waterpark section is great and was being enjoyed by lots of happy children while we were there.
April was in communication throughout our stay to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves and everything was up to par with expectations. She was a pleasure to speak with and makes your stay that much more enjoyable knowing you have a responsive host/overseer of the property such as April.
In summary, if its not obvious already, we had a great stay and are glad we chose this property!

Property was as shown in pictures. We had 18 and the house was a good size for us. One issue was ice maker stopped working but had ice cube trays. Pool area was good size for evening by the pool. Could actually fit a full size pick up in the garage with a small car. Would use this unit again

Great space and awesome community pool!
This house was a wonderful option for a large family. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and two separate living areas for adults and kids to have their own spaces. The community pool was optimal! The only downside was the fridge did not have an ice maker. Also, the pool level was quite low, although someone came out to address this. Other reviews said the beds were comfortable, but they were actually quite hard. Overall, a wonderful place!

Fantastic - perfect four our group !! The resort is a quick 5 minute walk and had a great lazy river and pool. All good - highly recommend !!

Excellent trip. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We did not pay extra for the heated pool because we figured the water would be warm since it was June in Florida but we were wrong. If the sun was not shining directly on the pool, the water was chilly. Wish the heat came with the pool.

Awesome family holiday
Perfect vacation home for our group of 18! Really enjoyed grilling by the heated pool and playing in the playroom loft. Super comfortable and the location is great, with everything you need close by. The clubhouse is amazing! We even played a family kickball game in the open soccer area and took family pictures on the beautiful pier on the lake. Highly recommend it!

There were 5 families that rented this house. It was a beautiful house. Parking is tight when you have 5 families in one house but we worked it out. Owner and property manager are very friendly and responsive to questions/concerns.

Beautiful Home
This home was perfect for a large family or groups. All the pictures show exactly what is in the home. I have no complaints at all and when we needed to reach out to property management it was a breeze. Communication was great and the booking was so easy. All of the bedrooms have awesome beds and the pool was great! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Only 2 things that I noticed was parking was not existing due to all the cars. We had the driveway, but the street was hard to find a place to park. No fault to the house just a small inconvenience. If you have more than 2 rental cars it can get tight. The other....which I never did call about was lack of extra blankets in the house. My one friend is anemic and constantly cold. If you need extra blankets....which is not normally the case in Florida....call the property management to see if available. Again everything was perfect!!!! 5 stars in my book!

Upon entering the home, we realized that the pictures shown were from another property. This one was close to it but several wall decorations (such as Disney Princesses) were not there or were peeling off the walls. This was disappointing to our granddaughters who were shown the online pictures before we came and were excited about staying in the Princess room. Also, all sitting furniture was covered with sofa and chair covers.
Even though we paid for a heated pool and spa, the pool water never got up to temp. because the house faces the sun in the afternoon so the pool area is shaded during the hottest part of the day and the heat pump kept the water luke warm but not heated. The spa however was great because it had separate heaters.
The refrigerator appeared to be working when we arrived but, in my opinion, after looking back at all that we went through, the refrigerator only appeared to be working because it was empty. Once food was placed in the fridge, it couldn't keep the food cool because the fan was not working.
The property managers were called the next day and adjusted the settings. When that didn't work, the property managers called a technician and brought one medium size cooler and one bag of ice for us to use to place all of our food for 17 people. After a couple more days, the technician looked at it and said the fan was not working and the water valve was faulty but couldn't get parts until the next week. The property managers then said we could use the refrigerator two houses away for our food, which was annoying every time we had to prepare meals and put things away. Finally two days before we leave, they bring a mini fridge and mini freezer to the house only because someone else is checking in the the house two doors down.
After telling the owners that we should be compensated for the food that was spoiled and the additional coolers and bags of ice that we had to purchase each day to keep out food cool while the property managers tried to figure out what was wrong, the owners kept reciting the contract saying this is not their fault and they are not responsible for appliance failures.
They did however after our stay send us an E-mail and form to sign stating that they would send us $300 as a courtesy if we would sign a form stating that we release them from all future claims and we cannot post complaints of any nature including online reviews and on social media platforms. This seems completely dishonest.

Absolutely fabulous!!
The house, location, amenities were all great. Easy access to freeways, supermarkets, and of course Disney (and Universal). The home easily accommodated our family of 16. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic. We booked on line from the UK and our expectations were exceeded. Clean, spacious, well equipped and ideal for a large family holiday (there were 14 of us). April and Bobby made everything so easy and are unbelievably helpful. We would go again at the drop of a hat.

This home is big and roomy, as advertised.The house was very clean and neat inside and out. Everything worked. The pool and hot tub terrific. The owner is easy to work with. All of Disney is right down the road for the children. Would rent it again without a second thought.
