We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 4. Please be mindful of our quiet neighborhood after dark, and no parties or gatherings without prior approval. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. There are no ambient sounds at night and as a result, any noise travels. Please be respectful to our neighbors who live here for peace and tranquility and keep outside noise to a minimum after dark. Inverness is a charming coastal village in California. Known for its serene natural beauty, it's an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Restaurants, bars, and markets are within walking distance. Outside quiet time begins after sunset. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and sound travels at night. Out of respect for our neighbors and the home-sharing community, please do not abuse this. You can hang out inside after dark and laugh all night, but not outside where the sound will carry throughout our happy little valley and most certainly annoy our neighbors. No additional guests without prior approval.
