This newly-constructed, luxury villa with high-end finishes and designer touches is sure to be your go-to destination for all your vacations on the Bolivar Peninsula. Enjoy panoramic, unobstructed Gulf views from every level. You’ll also enjoy resort-style amenities including a fabulous infinity pool with lower level tanning pool, golf cart-friendly pathways with private beach access, a shared firepit, and serenely landscaped grounds. WHAT’S NEARBY This home is located in the community of Seagrass Beach, just a short, seven-mile drive from the center of town where you’ll find everything from golfing to deep sea fishing. This community also boasts lots of locally-owned shops, including, grocery, hardware, and gift shops, along with a number of annual events like the Lone Star Jeep Rally, the Mardi Gras Parade, the Texas Crab Festival, and the Oyster Fry. THINGS TO KNOW All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Gourmet kitchen w/ dishwasher and wine refrigerator Amazon Alexa Hair Dryer in all bathrooms Smart TV in every room *The front gates at Seagrass are now closing from 6am-6pm **Seagrass Beach is an exclusive beachfront development. Absolutely no partying at the pool, or on the grounds will be tolerated. There are additional rental rules that apply to Seagrass Beach, and they are strictly enforced by the on-site property manager. Any violations will be grounds for immediate eviction. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: ** There is an active security camera on the front porch. Additionally, all units have cameras within this subdivision. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location, the pool, the house was large enough, near the beach ,beautiful views, but it was not clean and no sheets for the pull out bed. Ants every where. We had to call for someone to clean the garage. ?

Overall this house was great. Lovely place with lots of amenities. The only issue we had was the gas grill. I called ahead of time to confirm it was working, they assured me it was but just rusted from the salt air. It's a little more than some surface rust... it needs to be replaced. The igniter doesn't work either so you have to light it manually. So yes it worked, but it was less than ideal. Also, we had to go get some more propane gas for it. The pool was great, but there's an big ant problem. They don't bite, but they're everywhere. I didn't know much about the beach before coming; it's probably worth a google if you're also unfamiliar. You can drive on it, which is cool, but it's a bit of a highway. If you have young kids you just need to keep them away from the inland-side where the cars are driving by. We were there for the 4th of July, and there were tons of people doing fireworks on the beach that night. We thought it was pretty fun, but it might not be the vibe everyone is looking for. It's just not as quiet and private as I initially thought it would be, even though we still had a great time. (I'm specifically referring to the beach. The house/pool was nice and quiet.) It also was probably more crowded because of the holiday weekend though. We'd definitely come back!

This was our 3rd time to stay at this property. We really enjoyed it! The check in time was moved further out to 4pm and the check out time was moved from 12pm to 10 am. I know that cleaning has to take place but I feel that it's not worth losing out on nearly a whole day's worth. There was still sand in the showers that wasn't cleaned out. As a side note, one of the main attractions is the pool and unfortunately the pool was without exaggeration, disgusting. Ultimately, the property lived up to expectations and we really enjoyed staying again!

Some of the older people in our group had to take their time going up the stairs. The pool and beach were within walking distance. Everybody in our party had enough space and comfort. The balcony was nice and the views were very relaxing. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next beach vacation!

Beautiful home with great view of the pool and the ocean. Has lots of windows, wrap-around balconies and lots of amenities. Wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the pool and the beach, but we will be back!

The good-
Excellent location
Soft-close drawers
Gorgeous pool and fire pit area (although too cold to use)
Property management responded quickly to my messages
We rented a golf cart and the path to the beach was nice!
The bad-
I notified the property manager that the dryer was broken the first night of our stay but it was never fixed because they couldn’t get ahold of the local management. Super inconvenient for a beach house to not have a working dryer, especially after we washed a load of clothes.
Don’t plan on using the grill, it is filthy. We covered it in foil and tried to use it but it also didn’t heat very well
The fake plants in the windows were covered in cobwebs
The fan blades were filthy, I didn’t want to turn them on and dust fly everywhere. Air intakes super dirty too.
Garbage disposal barely worked.
The outside trash bins were full of other people’s trash and weren’t emptied our entire stay. We ended up stacking trash bags in the garage.

Door knobs falling off
Broken chair at the island
This place would be great if it were better taken care of. I’m curious how long the dryer has been broken and how they clean the sheets.

Home was beautiful with gorgeous views. A quick walk to the pool or beach. Note there is not much attractions/restaurants in crystal beach and the ferry to Galveston took an hour on a slow day.

The house was beautiful, with lots of windows and great views of the beach. As other reviewers have stated, the living room could use some more seating (especially with how many the house sleeps). I don't know if it was the time of year or what, but the property had SO MANY MOSQUITOS. We're from Texas, so we're used to it, but we got attacked every time we walked to the pool or beach, like biting us through our shirts, 50 mosquitos on you the whole way...it was crazy. The pool area is top notch, the beach is a standard Texas beach. They plan to build a lot more houses on the property, which will probably change the feel, but for now it was lovely and not crowded. Also, don't expect anything off property, your grocery store and restaurant choices are extremely limited. Overall a great family trip!
