Port Aransas, Mustang Island, Beachfront View, Second Story, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with a great, private 2nd story balcony view of The Gulf Of Mexico and the pool. The Mar Azul is a 2nd story condo which means it is quiet because there is not anyone above you. Also, your balcony is private and quiet as well with great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool You are on the beach and walking distance to the town's grocery, many restaurants and marina. It is the New Port Dunes Golf Club and it is open for public play. The 'Mar Azul' condo has recently been completely updated with all new paint, flooring and bedding. The owners took great care in updating the flooring throughout the entire condo. There is no carpet. The 'Mar Azul (blue sea)' condo is in the charming, Island Retreat Condo Community which is in town and near great restaurants and activities. The exact location is: Island Retreat Road, Port Aransas, TX 78373. It is off of 11th Street in a great part of town. The 'Mar Azul' condo has a beautifully updated interior and is in a great location. The owners have spent a great deal of effort making the 'Mar Azul' condo comfortable, warm, fun, and like new. The condo has nice kitchen appliances (with all the Pots, Pans, Dishes and Utensils you need to prepare great snacks and delicious meals). The BEDROOMS are very comfortable and cozy. Each BEDROOM has 1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed with new mattresses. Please note the overhead picture with the condo outlined in red to see the exact location. It has a great view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the 2nd floor and there is no condo above, so it is quiet. The condo has some great amenities and accommodations such as: smoke-free, master bedroom with a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED and a private bath, a second full bath, a second bedroom with a QUEEN BED and a TWIN BED, a private second story balcony with view of the Gulf of Mexico that provides great ocean breezes. You are within walking distance of all the great activities. The condo is right in Port Aransas and has its own private path to the beach. The 'Mar Azul' condo is smoke-free and does not allow pets, so it is very clean. From the balcony, you can see the sand walkway to the beach ! The walkway is only 20 yards from the condo. You are on the beach ! The condo community, has coin operated laundry for your convenience. The condo community has been recently renovated and is a great place for families, couples or friends. We look forward to your visit and really appreciate our return customers ! Booking Requires 50% of the total due with the remaining balance due 12-15 days prior to check in. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival for refund less a $100 fee. There are no refunds for early departures. Maid service can be provided for you during your stay for a fee. Additional fees will be charged for damaged items or excessive cleaning needs. Check in time is 4pm (it can be earlier sometimes, based on availability). Check out is 11:00 am. The condo was very clean, comfortable and great location. Condo was equipped with all needs. Beds were comfortable and very cool inside with all the added fans available. Would definitely stay again. Chris was very helpful. We rented a golf cart from Paradise with a discount for giving Chris name.

The property was very nice & comfortable. If you’re worried about stairs, you may not like it. Close to the beach which was great. I did not use the pool or laundry room. The property has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. That’s a big plus when you’re on a budget. I would stay again when the weather cools down.

What a great place to stay! It was easy to make our reservation, Chris kept us up to date on all the information about the condo and things to do in the area, and we had everything we needed! It was almost like a home away from home with access to a beautiful beach. :)

This was a perfect place for our family of 5's trip to Port Aransas. The location was excellent - an easy (less than 5 minute) walk to the beach. The pools were large and well maintained. The house itself was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, beach toys, etc. We loved that there were two beds in each room. If we visit Port Aransas again, we would gladly stay here again!

This condo is easy to get to, extremely clean and comfortable. Getting our parking pass was easy. The walk to and from the beach was very easy and close. House is comfortable and really cutely decorated. The kitchen is very well appointed. Loved our stay!

The condo was well appointed. The location is great for enjoying the beach, jettys, restaurants, and amusements. Our kids made good use out of the beach toys kept at the condo, and in the evenings, and we appreciated the wide selection of games. We enjoyed our trip very much!

The place was clean and equipped with the basic necessities. Although it was only my friend and I it has what you would need for a family weekend get away. It is located in second floor, oversees pool and is walking distance to beach. My friend and I had a relaxing time. Chris was available when we had questions and provided suggestions on things to do. Check in was easy. For the most part I recommend staying here and wouldn’t mind staying here again. Thank you Chris! :)

This was an amazing place to stay ! Updated and nicely taken care. Of. A/C works great and everything you need is here. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is complete and anything you might need to cook is there. Furniture is also comfy. Blazing fast internet and great tv service. Nice views of the ocean. The property is well maintained and the pools are clean.. Short walk to the beach. Everything was great !
