My very happy stay in Toulouse was memorable also because I had such a pleasant stay in this place. It was cozy, not pretentious, but like a one's own home base, with a cute balcony, a very good radiator that heat up very quickly, small but sufficient kitchenette, where all cleaning materials are provided, cooking supplies and big dining table. The window shutter was pretty solid & good for a night owl who needs to sleep during the day time. Location was perfect (equi-distance from the main train station and the center of the town, both easy walking distance). Mr. Victor at the reception was very polite and friendly (even when I wasn't so loaded up, he spontaneously helped me carry my cabin bag upto the room, checked if my keys worked smoothly, and even stayed up beyond normal office hour to help me re-book extra nights' stay despite my last minute change of the plan). The owner of the residence also was quite understanding and helpful, as soon as there was a little bit of hard grip of the room key, he instantly visited the spot to readjust the door lock, and was kindly permitted me to deposit my luggage while I explored other parts of the region. Their reactions and pleasant attitude made me feel that all population of Toulouse are super gentle, kind, friendly, open-minded, practical, good humans.
If I might suggest only two improvement to the two rooms I had stayed, that would be: (1) the lighting at the kitchenette, which was almost too direct and bright against eyes, to the extent that I taped a length of toilet paper against this light. to dimm the strength of the light. As long as I cover that part with a piece of toilet paper, it was ok, but, it is a bit funny thing to do! :D and (2) a body length mirror on the wall. I don't know abt boys, but, girls usually need it to check if the edge of the skirt isn't flipping, or skirf length is correct on the left and the right, etc. It does not need to be decorative mirror, just a practical one will do, as long as we can check the whole figure (besides, a presence of a long mirror on the wall enhances a spacious image of a room). Apart from that, a hook on the wall is useful to hang various stuff, such as umbrella, hat, belt, used towel etc.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville et à 15 min à pied de la gare . Il est aussi calme car il donne sur une cour intérieure donc aucun bruit de ville Réceptionniste très sympa . Appartement propre et lit parfait . Petite kitchenette

La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo. El encargado además es muy atento y en todo momento se preocupó de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. El ambiente del barrio también es muy bueno, con bares, restaurantes y un teatro cerca. Si volviera a Toulouse volvería a elegirlo.

chambre-studio pas très grande mais bien équipée. Mobilier basique pas specialement joli mais efficace. Bonne literie. Le four à micro ondes ne fonctionnait pas mais je l'ai signalé et cela a été réglé rapidement. Emplacement idéal juste à la croisée des deux lignes de métro, quartier très sympa. A 10 min à pied de la gare. Personnel à la réception très aimable.

the position is very central and excellently connected to the airport with a direct bus living you in front of the building. the apartment was clean and good sized with all you may need.
it would be nice to have more than two towels per person and maybe the basics for cooking like salt and oil so to allow to use kitchen also for short stays.

It was a small cozy room with very nice balcony and view to inner yard. There is free of charge laundry at the property that helped us a lot. Apartment has everything you need but it is very small. Location is very convenient. You can reach train/bus station on foot in 15 mins and reach city center in 5 mins.
There is a wifi limitation with max 2 devices per guest. We had more and we suffered. There is no air conditioning only a fan. It is usually ok but we were there at exceptionally hot period.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Great location, easily walkable to the sights, restaurants, food markets.
Nothing. The street is a bit noisy, but the closed windows blocked the noise and the fan kept things comfortable when windows closed.

Great location - within walking distance of train station, opposite airport bus stop and five minutes away from old town.
Lovely young man at front desk, free laundry facilities, little balcony overlooking courtyard, bed clean and comfortable, if a little small.
Floor was dirty and needed sweeping, table fan had not been turned on for ages so was extremely dusty and blew dust balls everywhere

Wonderful. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to live well and comfortably for a long time. The location is exceptional, close to the metro, close to supermarkets and immersed in the historic center of Toulouse. Last but not least, we were very well received by the hosts who were always ready to answer all our questions very carefully. I recommend the place and will definitely come back.

The location is ideal. I found the bed comfortable (although my partner wasn't so keen). Although the weather was bitterly cold, the apartment was nice and warm. The window blinds meant that the room was pitch dark during the night! I received a phone call from the proprietor the previous day, to check that I knew how to get in following our late arrival which I appreciated.
Although there is a coffee machine, no coffee/tea is provided so if you want tea/coffee, you'll have to bring your own. It was very tricky to get the water temperature correct. When my partner was taking a shower, there was a lot of swearing coming from the bathroom!

It was a great place to stay for a temporary stay until I found my long-term rental. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were cleaned weekly and included a kitchenette where you could cook. It was centrally located close to the Capitole area, where everything is located in the city. I stayed for two months to get to know the different areas in which to rent a flat. I would highly recommend it.

Very good location, little kitchen, iron, warm blanket, refrigerator, pretty big table are present in apartment.
By cold weather and closed windows is quiet.
The staff is absent most of the time, it also absolutely not available on Friday und on weekend even per phone. Answer in 2-3 days. No help. Communication with property by booking assistant . The postbox, where should be keys left is broken, so the key could be easily taken by anyone. This everything makes the stay there insecure, uncertain and unpleasant, despite of the all others good sides of hotel. As a small detail- hotel gives only once toiletries (may be for use shampoo and body gel by drop per day).

Cosy and clean room which is excellent for the price. Well situated with all shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance.
The fridge was noisy and the fact that my room was situated on the street side with restaurants also made it noisy at night.
