The property was in the perfect location with a coffee shop and supermarket being opposite. Aswell as most golf courses and tourist hot spots being 10-15 minutes in a taxi. The villa is well maintained and managed with the hosts being very attentive.

Only negative was a damp patch under the air con in the living room - partly covered by a painting.

This is a very nice villa, located in a lovely area, and very close to a number of amenities (the Rosa Center being directly across).

Aside from one of the bedrooms’ having filthy marks on the wall and a pair of used underpants underneath the bed (obviously not cleaned when the last guests left), and the heated pool being very cold, everything else was really good, and we spent 17 days here. It’s not cheap – it cost around £4000. What really spoiled it was the rental company, in particular, Marta, the office junior, The day we were due to leave, we were outside and the wind caught the door, slamming it shut, and locking us out. By the time the rental company came to let us back in, we were rushed for time. As a result, although everything had been removed from every other room, there was still food in the kitchen, fridge etc. A few days after we returned home, we had a message to say we were being charged €300 for leaving the food behind. The rental company also said that we damaged a number of things, including the work surface, the cooker and the fridge. I take offence to this – the fridge drawer was broken when we arrived (it actually fell out the first time we opened the door). We used the oven once, and absolutely did not damage it, not was any work surface burnt. To add insult, they said we had damage a picture frame – the picture frame was infact OURS, and we left it behind because it was damaged. They also said the place was so dirty that they had to get industrial cleaners In. This is utter fabrication. We left the villa tidy except for the kitchen, which as explained was due to us being locked out. Marta said "YOU MUST LIVE IN A PIGSTY". This gives you an indication of her level of respect for someone who paid £4000 to stay there. I’ve tried to contact the rental company a few times in fact, six emails were sent to them without reply. Really dodgy company.

Size of the villa was fantastic. Loads of space in bedrooms and kitchen, just like home from home.

Everything, not one thing disappointed at all. Pool area is lovely along with the villa! Over all for us it was fantastic - the owner Martha is absolutely lovely - fantastic host!
