You have the quietness of a private beach with all the amenities and activities available at the Rum Point Beach Club. Our family loved our stay! It was perfect for 5 adults. Individual space, comfortable beds & plenty of family space in the living/dining room, lanai, & lovely upstairs patio. The view is gorgeous; the best on Rum Point. It was great being so convenient to the dock to take the excursions. Well equipped kitchen when we weren’t going out to the restaurants nearby. Great internet was appreciated. We would all love to return soon!

This place was in a perfect spot! We went in August so not a lot of people and it was like we had our own private beach!
The balcony on the top was pretty useless since it was too hot to sit out in the direct sun but the lower screened in deck was amazing! We sat on this deck every morning with our coffee, under a nice fan. At night we sat out with our drinks and didn’t have to worry about the bugs.
I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this rum point condo! Having 3 full baths for our group of 6 was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved waking up and seeing the beautiful views. Would definitely book here again!

I was unsure of staying on this end of the island away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Island. Boy am I grateful we made this decision. Rum Point is serene, quiet, and beautiful. It was like having your own private beach. And the property was perfect. It sits squarely on the middle of the island and the views are incredible. We spent equal amounts of time on the 3rd floor private balcony and the 2nd floor screened porch. We had everything we needed, from snorkeling gear to a fully stocked kitchen. If we are lucky enough to return to this island we will definitely stay in this unit again!

From the lanai and the upstairs deck, you will enjoy the beachfront and an unobstructed view of Rum Point, the bay, and the ocean to the north. The unit was quiet and roomy. We appreciated a good supply of snorkel equipment so everyone enjoyed the snorkeling. We enjoyed the snorkeling at Rum Point tremendously. We saw rays and turtles just off the point out front and the coral on the north shore and around the point is in great shape and beautiful. Unfortunately, a few maintenance needs detracted from what would have been a first-class experience.

Absolutely do not hesitate to stay here! We are so glad that we chose this location and condo. Dave was very helpful and kind and seems to really care if you enjoy your stay in his place. The snorkeling is fantastic right out in front of the condo. (sea turtles, stingrays, conch shells, starfish, and colorful fish of all kinds) Walk across the street to the bioluminescent bay in the evenings. Walk to the rum point beach bar for burgers/buffet/drinks. Starfish point very close by. My son enjoyed the balcony to use in the evenings for his photography and even was able to get some great night sky pictures. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful spacious condo right on the beach. Amazing snorkelling-saw sea turtles and fish right in front of property. Great Beach bar and good right beside condo building. Will be even better when rum point construction is done but service, food and drinks were excellent.

Our stay in Rum point was amazing. We traveled with our family, including a 9 month old and the proximity to the beach, Kaibo, and Rum point bar were everything we needed. The condo had all the basic amenities and there was a lot of gear including snorkel masks/fins and a paddle board to borrow. The condo is about 40 minutes from the airport/downtown Georgetown area so renting a car worked for us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The condominium was wonderful, right on the beach with lovely views. It was fully stocked with paper products, kitchen items, beach towels, snorkel gear, and charcoal for the grill. The host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay there so much!

Gorgeous two floor beachfront in upscale, quiet northside retreat. We loved the two big patios (one screened and roofed the other open) overlooking the beach outside our condo. The owner and propery manager couldn’t have been faster or more responsive. Highly recommend this lovely piece of paradise. Try the local restaurants ans see sea turtles free at Spottswood Beach. Coral Gardens and Stingray City very close.

We enjoyed it so much that a few days before we were supposed to leave we extended our stay by 3 days. Bummer that Rum Point wasn’t open, but we still made memories and that’s all that counts.

Perfect Location
This is a perfect location for people/families that want lots of snorkeling opportunities and not the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. The views are some of the most beautiful in the world. The house has everything you need to cook meals in instead of spending a fortune on eating out.

It’s a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us. We previously stayed at a gorgeous oceanfront home just down the street, but this location & beach are far superior. We’ve been to many Caribbean islands and overall this is our favorite so far. We will definitely come back!!

Great stay at Rum Point
We had a great stay at Run Point BUT you should be aware that all Rum Point restaurants and bars are permanently closed and the Kaibo is only open on certain days. This leaves you with the only option of having to drive for meals on bring groceries with you before you arrive. The view is amazing at the condo.

The house was just as described and offered everything that we needed during our stay. The Rum Point area is slowly opening back up as we (hopefully) approach the end of the pandemic, but even with all area amenities not yet available, we were able to have a great stay. Thanks for making things easy and comfortable!

We enjoyed our girl’s trip at Rum Point immensely. Everything we needed was there. The Rum Point club was not reopened yet but lots of other places have begun to reopen. We were glad to be on the quiet side of the island as this week the first cruise ships started to return. We highly recommend #28 and would love to return again

The best location for snorkeling fans!!!

This property is amazing. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo located right beside the famous Rum Point. The screened in porch allows sitting out late and the upper deck is perfect for sunning. One of the best places I have ever stayed!

Beautiful view and serene. The Covid impact could be felt by the lack of people and fewer dining options, but the quiet was wonderful. Perfect space for two couples. And the weather was perfect as well. Testing took some time, but very accommodating and efficient at Health City. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Condo!
The condo was the perfect size for our two families. It is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The view is amazing. There were always beach chairs available. The snorkeling off the shore is wonderful. The pool is very nice. Our favorite thing about the condo is its location to Rum Point. The reservation process and check in were very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Retreat at Rum Point Paradise
We had a very relaxing vacation during our stay at Unit #28. The view is spectacular and the area is quiet day and night. Unit is very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. View from the balcony and screened in porch is spectacular.
You basically have your own private beach right in front of the condo. All the supplies you need to go snorkeling and kayaking (minus the kayak that you request from the office) are available for your use. One of the top snorkeling spots on Grand Cayman is about 150 yards straight in front of the condo. You will see eight to ten snorkeling tours a day anchored there. We simply swam out there each day to enjoy seeing hundreds of tropical fish, sting rays, lobsters, conch, and eels.
All the locals we encountered were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
Rum Point Beach Club is right next door with good food for lunch and dinner. We ventured out to the Lighthouse Restaurant for dinner which was really good. For our "special dinner" dinner we went to Kaibo "Upstairs" for one of the best meals we have ever had. Service was impeccable and the atmosphere is very classy.
Our other favorite restaurant was Tukka - we ate their twice and the waiter we had the first time remembered us. Great food, reasonable prices, awesome service, and great views.
We will be back.

Beautiful spot..beach wonderful and almost private yet can walk to restaurants and bar next door. Snorkeling amazing right from the beach and access to water fun and excursions next door . Beds comfortable and nice size rooms. Dated but clean and the staff so helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend over the hussle and bussle of 7-mile beach area

A Piece of Heaven
This condo unit is absolutely amazing! The most fabulous views, steps to the beach. Extremely quiet location but only a minute walk to the Rum Point fun and action. Great snorkeling right off the beach. I can't say enough about this condo. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful place.

Wonderful relaxing stay in 28
We and extended family enjoyed 8 nights in 28 in early December.
Large spacious condo with well-stocked linens and kitchen supplies.
Our favourite place besides the beach and the water was the large screened lanai where we ate most meals and listened to the ocean in the evenings, soooo tranquil and soothing.
We have stayed in this condo twice now and loved it each time.

We had a great time at this condo with extended family. The condo was well stocked and the location was great. Construction noise at the condos under construction next door was very minimal. We would gladly return in the future.
