Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours! Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted. The patio space is surrounded by a wonderful planting area as well as a huge grassy backyard area for kids to play. Around the back of the house is the large heated pool (available to be heated for $45/day) with a large sun shelf. The large primary bedroom suite with King bed has a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity and large closet. The two guest bedrooms have Queen beds, and 4th bedroom sets up as a separate living space with a daybed that can convert to a King bed. There is a hall bath with a tub/shower as well as another en suite full bathroom off of the back bedroom. The Salt Air Cottage is perfectly situated under the live oaks on the south end of St. Simons Island and is ready for guests to enjoy everything that island life has to offer!
