Die Wohnung ist okay; allerdings nicht für diesen Preis.

Ruhige Lage. Schöne Landschaftsbilder an der Wand. Gutes Recyclingsystem

Die Außentreppe zum Gebäude (36 Stufen) ist komplett unbeleuchtet. Bei Dunkelheit (zumal mit Gepäck) nicht ungefährlich. Der Tresor mit dem Hausschlüssel lag im Schatten und funktionierte noch analog. Es war ein Gefummel und ging nur zu zweit (Klappe aufhalten und Smartphonelicht nutzen und Zahlen einstellen geht nicht alleine) Persönlichen Kontakt gab es nicht; nur 2 Emails im Vorfeld, die auch vom Bot hätten kommen können. Das Badfenster war bei Ankunft gekippt, deshalb war das Bad ausgekühlt; die schwache Heizung sorgte erst am nächsten Morgen für akzeptable Temperatur. Renovierung und Einbau erfolgten vermutlich in Eigenleistung. 2 Küchenschubladen waren schlecht eingestellt und nur gemeinsam zu öffnen. Einzelne Teile der Sockelleisten waren teilweise überhaupt nicht befestigt. Die Bodenleiste zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer war teils abgesplittert und lose. Die Matratzen war dünn und durchgelegen. Wir haben sie ausgetauscht gegen die aus dem Kinderzimmer.

The bathroom had a terrible terrible smell all the time. Was it clean? Yes. Did it smell terribly which spread in the entire apartment for each minute we stayed? YES

Apartmenthaus Luise is lovely - spacious, clean and very comfortable with a nice view from the balcony (see the forest and tram photo) - which is perfect for breakfast. Easy to get to some amazing Saxon Switzerland walks and views.

Nothing particular, everything was great. (There are fairly steep steps outside. There are good rails but it's worth being aware in case of access needs, heavy luggage etc)

Very good

The apartment is in perfect location. Close to the city centre still in a peaceful and quiet surroundings. It is clean, well maintained and minimalistic but at the same time has everything that you need. Balcony was a bonus, we enjoyed our morning breakfast and dinner there. Definitely recommend it.

The facility is located in a spa town, close to the center, near bicycle paths. Possibility to store bicycles. Convenient parking available. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect spot for visiting the national park

It is a quiet place with a bus and a tram stop to the national park just in a two-minute walk distance. Although, the weather was hot (27+ C), the temperature inside the attic apartment was reasonable, so we didn’t have to use the air conditioning. The recycling bins in a front of the house were super cool. 😊

The ceiling in the half of the attic apartment was too low, it was a little bit stressful to keep it on the mind. We found a hair on the sheets, although the rest of the apartment was super tidy and clean. We would appreciate a broom with a shovel (or maybe we just didn’t find it😊). Maybe, a dish washer would be nice and help to save space on the kitchen desk. When the dish drainer was on it, it left too little space for cooking.

Nice apartment

Apartment is located in a nice classical building. The apartment is is spacious and clean. Nice terrace/balcony. Limited parking space on the property.

Steap stairs from parking to apartment. One of us got ill the last night of the stay and needed emergency surgery. Longer stay appeared impossible. Other facilities sold out on booking.com. After insisting some help from host.

Nice location and nice peoples. I needed some infos and they helped me when I called. I had an incident on the mountains and they had no problemto send my luggage to my home.

Good

Location is good for hiking and at a quiet location. Distance to city center about 20min by foot. It's clean and well-maintained. There is a shed in the garden for bikes etc.

The appartment is a bit small and has diagonal roof sides. Especially tall people may bump their heads. Some smell emerged from the bathroon. Furniture was very basic though well equipped with toaster, coffee machines, oven.

Very nice one-room apartment, not too expensive, but if you need a washing machine, go elsewhere.

Everything was very clean, great shower and bathroom. The apartment was spacious. The bed was big and quite comfy. The TV was great to use while hanging out in the evening or during bad weather, and the balcony was very nice. There was tea, coffee (with filter machine) provided. 20 mins walk down the valley into Bad Schandau, and the location was good for the best hikes.

The walls were thin, and we could hear other guests in the other apartments, especially when one group had a party upstairs one night until 3am. No washing machine was available in the building, and no launderette/Waschsalon in Bad Schandau. We had to wash our clothes by hand in the bathroom sink, which is not ideal when you're on a week-long hiking holiday.

Very nice and clean apartment with everything you would need for your stay. Host Thomas was very nice and helpful and came all the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Thomas for that :)

Beautiful, nice, quiet place, very clean.

Nice located, beautiful apartment for stay for 4 persons family. Very quiet neighborhood, nice and helpful owners. Rooms very clean and well equipped. It is worth to recommend.
