This is a beautiful garden beach apartment at Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beach, nearby El Yunque, Hacienda Carabalí, Luquillo Beach, lots of restaurants and 20 minutes to the airport. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, two bathrooms, one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with two futons, and a dining area. There is room for three adults or two adults and two children . It also includes wi-fi and air conditioning. The common areas include: a basketball court, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The apartment has two private parking lots.

The property is dated, but that's the only negative. The location with access to the beach was excellent, and the host couldn't be more kind!

The location is great but the apartment, not so much. We felt like the owners left right before we got there and left everything behind. The dresser was completely full of bedding so I had to take everything out to put ours away. The fridge was full of "leftovers". We barely had room to put things away. It needed a good cleaning as well. We could not get the TV work, but that wasn't a big deal. The beach is amazing, as was the pool. It is in a good location and close to restaurants and shopping. It just needs to be de-cluttered and cleaned up.

Very beautiful and private condominium complex with access to a private beach and wonderful pool. Location is really awesome! The host Sonia was very nice and communicated effectively with us during our stay.

This location was perfect! Just steps away from the beach and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a safe and quiet gated community and we enjoyed ever minute of our stay!

This condo couldn't have been any more perfect! It had anything you could possibly need.was located in the middle of complex,halfway to pool and half other way to beach,which was devine!!!! Gated property so felt extremely safe and was not crowded at all!!!we will absolutely stay there again.thanks sonia for a wonderful trip!

Knowing that (on our first visit to the island) we would be exploring the northeastern part of Puerto Rico, including El Yunque, we sought a place to stay anywhere between San Juan and Fajardo. For a family of five, hotels are often a challenge, because they typically limit occupancy in standard rooms to four people. And hotel rooms--particularly in San Juan--can be quite pricey! Enter VRBO. This property was perfect for us. It's on the coast, literally with a beautiful stretch of beach outside its gates, has a simple but nice swimming pool, and with a single bedroom but two bathrooms, is really more than sufficient for a family of 4-5. The property owner was very accessible, making it easy for us to take advantage of all her home had to offer. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a more quiet, off-the-beaten-path option compared to what you'll find in San Juan!

We booked this place because we knew from previous stays that the location is stellar. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and check in was super easy. This is a first floor unit which is very convenient to access the beach

We just spent a week at this place Jan15-22 2023. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation. The beach is literally 3 mins walk and the pool is 30 seconds away. The send on the beach is perfectly smooth. There was no seaweed in the water at all. The lagoon is shallow So You can walk easily 50-80yeards in to the water befor it gets deep. In the water there is nothing but send (no rocks or anything else) you don’t need water shoes here. The entire complex was very safe and quite. We had a car so transportation wasn’t an issue. Enjoy your vacation 😃

The property was not only in a perfect location, but it had everything you need and was just amazing. It had sand toys and games for the family, all cooking utensils, beach towels, beach caddie. Just about anything you could think of, this place had. Along with easy access through the back patio to the beach and pool. Sonja was always on top of everything. She responded within minutes of messaging her and very informative and helpful. Thank you, Sonja for helping us and letting us stay at your amazing property. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed every minute!! We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to PR!!

Never visited PR...reviewed Vrbo sites for 5 hours and picked Bosque Del Mar in Rio Grande. Hubby said I chose wisely. Beach was beautiful for swimming and long walks which we love. Nice area with locked area to beach or stay home and enjoy pool. Close to El Yungue National Park and plenty to explore close by. I would suggest this rental to my friends.

Location was amazing. Tranquil daily beach walks. Condo complex quiet and peaceful. Great for families. The definition of paradise. Of all the areas I've stayed in Puerto Rico, throughout the years, this is by far, the best. Just 30 minutes drive to SJU and just 5 minutes away for groceries, restaurants, bakeries, and entertainment in Zarzal, Palmer, and Luquillo. Also highly recommend El Verde BBQ as soon as you hit PR 3, coming from SJU.

This apartment was in ideal location - beachfront property with many other beaches, restaurants, and El Yunque NF within a short drive. Everything was in great working order and Sonia made the check-in and check-out process very easy.

This beach apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. This beautiful and well maintained apartment was simply divine. It made our trip to Puerto Rico so delightful. It’s close to San Juan and was the perfect place to come home to after touring Old Juan, kayaking in a bio-luminescent bay, or visiting Vieques. Sonia is a gracious, welcoming and helpful host. Relaxing and enjoyable time in this great place. Walking distance from the beach, quiet, everything clean and nice. Love it! The owner is very kind with the guests and makes your stay a special one. Sonia was an amazing host. When we were staying there were high tide warnings and she texted and alerted us to the warnings. She ensured that we were comfortable and safe. The property is about mid way in the complex. Very close to the beach, less than a 2 minute walk. There is a locked gate at the beach and guarded entrance at the front of property. The area is very safe. We had the beach to ourselves most days. Amazing trip and excellent property. Property has everything you need for your stay. Can't beat the value.
