Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private pool in a quiet gated community located on the West End of Panama City Beach. This home has a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and pool house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main house master bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, and a garden tub in the master bathroom. There is a queen sized bed in the 1st guest bedroom, and a full bed in the 3rd guest room. There is a dining area for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom, washer and dyer located under the carport. The pool house has a living area with sofa , kitchen and dining table for 4 people. There is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds This home has all the amenities of home and complimentary Wi-Fi. Jamaican Lake 43 is located across the street from the beach access and within walking distance to dining, and grocery stores. This home is great for family reunions or large families. The unit can sleep up to 14 people and the pool house is great for kids. Also has big screen 60 inch tv high speed internet. Just installed all new carpet in main house and pool house. Pool has been replastered and we have 28 palm trees around pool and house .The house and pool house is totally fenced in with concrete stucco wall with locking pool gate for your privacy. The pool area has a outside shower and gazebo with concrete table and benches with led lighting. There is a aluminum awning coming out of main house with table and chairs for outside dinning. We have a Weber gas grill off of patio by dinning area and low voltage lighting around pool at night. There is a Winn Dixie and publix grocery store close by and cvs drug store and. Duncan donut shop within walking distance. Bayou bills seafood resterant is just 2 blocks up front beach road

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jamaican Lakes. The neighborhood is gated so it definitely felt safe. The beach is right across the street. There is a ton of room to spread out because it also has a two bedroom pool house! Everything you need is close by, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great vacation house. Would definitely recommend.

The property and location was excellent. The main issues was the swimming pool. The pool pump was not working during our stay. Was told a new pump was purchased and would be replaced (everyday) but that did not happen. We did have concerns with the overall cleanliness of the pool. The other issue was the BBQ grill on the patio was not usable. Definitely needs replaced. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My family usually come to Florida for a family vacation every year. This year we chose Panama City. It was a very lovely stay, right across the road from the beach, plenty of room and our own pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was beautiful and perfect for my friends and I. This was exactly what we wanted. Having the pool was amazing along with being right across the street from the beach. The home was and pool house were both beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of space for the amount of people we had. Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

The location of this house was perfect with beach access right across the road. The private backyard with pool was such a bonus this year. It was so nice to have a place outside to hang out in the evenings. Jeff was awesome to work with. Everyone agreed that we definitely want to rent this house again next summer.

My family wanted a place with a pool and space for all 9 of us and this house definitely did the job! We enjoyed everything and even got to sit on the beach. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating every time we spoke. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks for everything!

Everything was easy, place was clean. The property manager answered every call and delivered a propane bottle to replace a defective one in 15 minutes. Excellent experience!

This property was great! It had lots of room and the pool in the yard was amazing!!! Jeff was very attentive to our needs and did everything he could to enhance our stay. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the details in cleaning. The vents, fans, and other areas that are not high touch need more attention. He is also going to be remodeling. I can’t wait to see the finished product next time!

Easy walk across the street to beach access. The house was big enough to fit all 12 of us. The backyard set up- pool, grill, and pool house was perfect. We wanted to avoid high traffic areas and enjoy time with our family. The house could definitely use a little maintenance but the location and amenities made up for it. Full garage available for parking as well.

The property would be nicer if it was upgraded. For what we paid, I expected nicer place. Mold around pool shower, pool has some algae and needs upgrading. The location of this property is great and convenient to the beach. Jeff the owner was nice. If this property gets an unpgrade, would stay here again. Your cleaning crew is ripping you off Jeff!

Overall it was a great home. Quiet and right across the street from the beach. Only thing is that it was a little far from all af the attractions. The pool was dirty initially but Jeff came out and cleaned it after contacting him, the pool house could use updates but overall a nice rental. Cable was in and out, half the channels did not work. The Jacuzzi in the master could not be used due to water not being hot.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised because the house was better than the pictures.
Some issues that came up: We were going to grill all week and when we looked at the grill we were very sad because it was low on propane and very used/not clean. When we expressed our concern to Jeff he went and got us a new grill. The kitchen is not stocked with essential items. No pizza cutter or round pans to cook on, measuring spoons/cups, the coffee pot was broken, and lastly extra towels/what we had were old towels so we went and bought towels for our stay. Outside of these issues the house was perfect.
We enjoyed the kids having their own space, the pool was awesome, and we all had a wonderful time.
Communication with Jeff was great. He was always there to take calls and helped where he could. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jeff's property. He was super easy to work with and communication to. The house itself was in a wonderful location! Close enough to the beach and stores, but nice and quiet as well during our stay. The house is a little outdated, but we found out as we were leaving it was fixing to be upgraded. Some beds were full size instead of queen, but slept fine. The private pool was so nice! Overall, great place and we would definitely book it again!

Our group ( 4 adults , 1 kid, 2 toddlers ) had a great time at this property . The location perfect, its second house from front beach road and right across the street from the Pier to the beautiful and quite white sand beach. It was very easy to lug the little ones and all the gear to the beach . The Pool at the house was the main attraction to this property and it did not disappoint. kitchen was adequate, we cooked most of the meals at home (thanks COVID 19!). Having said that , the property is a little older and does need some TLC, which was missing. The kitchen had the basic pots , pans and cutlery . The house can use more supplies .Jeff and property management were great to work with and very easy to get hold of when needed.
